Whenever I was sick and I had to quarantine and I called storage space. Ms. Jennifer was so very understanding and helpful and very sweet. She is respectful and always willing to try and help you out with your bill. She had helped me more than she knows and I aREALLY APPRECIATE HER KINDNESS. When others are being rude, I will wait to call back and ask for Ms Jen. Thank you for everything ms Jennifer. Stay sweet and kind

The lady that helped me out was awesome 🙂 it was time for them to leave. But she still showed my storage place. You know when you are off its time to go. Everything has been great! This is my second time renting storage space with the facility. The space is very clean and Melissa and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend my friends and family to Storage Space for all their storage needs!

I do have a storage unit at this facility and I’m super happy that I am able to know my things are safe. At first… looking around the place, it wasn’t appealing due to the trash everywhere. After speaking with the manager and her explaining the situation, I am completely understanding on the fact that there aren’t a lot of workers the way the world is now and 1 person can only do so much. The manager here is incredible and I don’t doubt for one minute this place will be how us customer and her as a manger want to see this place. It’s up to a lot of us to be grown and put our trash where it goes.

I am glad to know my stuff here is safe. The manager is amazing and she went out of her way to make sure I was happy as a customer. Covid times, I know the workers are slim so the mess outside does NOT represent this place because the customer service and the staff is what does and knowing my items are clean, safe, and secure is everything I could ask for.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The location provides easy accessibility from any metropolitan direction. Parking lot allows individuals adequate room to unload itemdsspacing for unloading environmentally conservative with interior sensor lighting,

Terry was awesome! He worked with me on move in dates and assisted with all of my questions. Happy with my unit and location is great. Very clean and air conditioned.

Staff was polite and helpfull i asked 2 switch units and they did i would suggest trying to get a unit closest to the elevator if youre on the second floor

Mrs. Jennifer is the bomb.com work has been slow as a waitress during covid-19 and she has been very understanding. The place is clean, the staff is respectable. And my belongings are safe.

I dont normally write reviews but I felt I had too after yesterday. I was just helping a friend who was going through some bad times get moved and the place she was originally supposed to go nobody was there when we got there so after a quick Google search we ended up here. Jennifer met us at the door with a big smile listened to what we needed gave is a cold water and got us in the perfect unit. I wanted too rent a unit and did not even need one she was so friendly. The place is super clean and very secure, my friend knows she made the right choice by renting there and we would recommend anyone needing storage go there. Thanks Store Space and thank you Jennifer for making the best out of her bad situation!

Very poor security items stolen from the unit, lock removed

One of the newer facilities in town that is in the old Phillip Morris building at 1612 W. Broadway, the building was gutted and everything inside is brand new having only been open since late Sept. The staff is the friendliest in town with many years of experience in the industry. So if storage is what you need this is the place to be.

Reasonable rates, indoors, clean and dry. Staff are very cordial.

The representative at the Broadway Louisville KY. location is so polite helpful and very likeable.She takes the time to explain things and answer questions always cheerful . definitely 5 stars for her. Matter of fact if it wasnt for her I would have moved to a different place.

Recently helped a friend move some stuff into storage. The property manager Jennifer, was amazeballs!!!! She was SOOO helpful and had a fun, easy going attitude (even for the end of the day.)
