This is the most god-awful shipping company in the world! I had an important package shipped overnight on a Thursday and its Wednesday and I still dont have it. It has been put on a local truck several times and brought back to their facility several times. I will never ship anything via FedEx again!On the other hand, the person at the counter was extremely nice.
Ordered a watch from Jomashop and paid $24.50 for next day delivery. Received an email advising package would arrive on 10/20/21 before 8pm. Waited all day package didn’t arrive. Called several times all I got was automated message that said package would be delivered by 8pm. At 8:30 I drove to the FED EX Center near the airport in Louisville Ky. While the countermand was polite he could offer no help. He did check then informed me the package hadn’t yet arrived in Louisville but was instead on a truck that was on the way from Indianapolis. I asked if he could arrange I pick up the package on 10/21/21 at a FedEx facility, he replied that wouldn’t be possible. Here it is the next day I’m sitting on the front porch and just saw a FedEx delivery truck drive right by my house.
Many things go thru this hub. They received an item for 2dayair on Sunday and failed to even get it off the dock on Monday… let alone deliver it. Then it sat there until almost 200pm Tuesday. Was delivered around 700pm… no time for the store to call me for pickup.The second incident… package sent overnight standard… tracking said would be delivered by 430pm on Tuesday… then it changed to end of day and was sent out for delivery at 215pm. Never arrived! These were parts sent to get customers active again and were very much needed ASAP. But… around 1020pm it returned to the hub and rescheduled fir today. Guess what… it’s still not listed as “out for delivery “… imagine that!The way I see this… FedEx is still collecting the price for each item sent… yet it is not delivered. If weather were an issue like the hurricane Nicolas… I would understand. But it’s here in town… so why is it not being delivered? I want my money back!!!
Fed Ex has failed to deliver to MANY packages on time. The two most important...a box full of fertility medicines that need to be kept cold. The shipment delayed caused me to miss a complete fertility treatment cycle. Not only did the medication costs several hundred dollars to replace, repeating my fertility treatment prep cost several thousands of dollars. A box full of frozen fish was supposed to be delivered 9/9. As of 9/13, there is still no status of delivery other than its being held in Louisville Facility. Is the facility on strike? The fish has been at the facility since Thursday 9/9. The value of the fish is around $600.
Had to pick up a package that couldnt be delivered (the sender had used our PO Box address and they dont deliver to PO Boxes). Finding the entrance was a little confusing and I should have trusted Google maps, but there was ample parking. Staff was quick to assist and pleasant. Looks like they are still only taking cards as payment d/t COVID, so dont expect to pay with cash.
I really dont feel that Fedex even deserves 1 star. We are 1 mile from the Fedex hub and have been waiting on a shipment for two days on to be told, humm I dont know if we have a truck going that way. There is no routes going on your street.I understand everyone is busy and drivers are hard to find but how can business run if we can not get shipments in ? We paid 300.00 to get a quick delivery and it is sitting in the hub since yesterday at 1pm.I guess will will have UPS delivery it from now on.

Liars!!! I never get my packages on time! Last package was thrown in the middle of the road! There is always a major problem with delivery. Never Fails. Its like the drivers dont care nor do the managers

Over night delivery was not made overnight. My pets have probably died. Over a day late. Cant get anybody to help me find out where it is. Or whats going on. Just a call center that has no idea on where it is, you should be able to reach each facility and check your package. Not have a room full of computers hoping to find it.

Literally the worst experience Ive ever had from any delivery service in my life, called me one day to confirm my address, and said that my package should have arrived, called me the next day to confirm my address again, and said The address was corrected on one side, but not the other Which, whatever that means, would have been fine.... If they didnt call me again the next day, this time I was asleep when they called. Then apparently they delivered it, but my package is nowhere to be seen. If you have a choice of a delivery service, dont choose this. If any of my other packages ever get touched by this FedEx again, Im canceling my order. End of.
I paid $25 to get my package shipped to receive it within 1 to 2 day and it never came. I called FedEx to find out what happened to it and nobody can tell me any information what a joke
I paid for a package to be delivered in two days. The package arrived in my state on Friday but they cant deliver it until Monday even though they acknowledge that the package is here. I volunteered to pick the package up at a facility and was told that its in a can at the site but no one was willing to walk back there to retrieve the package. This company has poor customer service and caused the company that I ordered from to lose money because I had to send all the merchandise back
Put on a delivery truck 3 days in a row, still not delivered. Guess my package doesnt matter. 3 DAYS in a row out for delivery, 3.

I was supposed to get a package delivered by 10:30 so I woke up at 10 and waited for two hours, no one came. Then I was like, “okay, they’ll knock or ring the doorbell and I’ll come and it’ll be fine, no big deal.” Whoever works at this location put a door tag on it meaning they literally came to the door and didn’t even BOTHER to knock or ring the doorbell. The package required a signature so I had to literally wait until 6 to drive all the way out there to pick up my package. KNOCK OR RING THE DOORBELL. All my doorbells work and I could hear if someone knocked. Your workers clearly don’t know how to do their job. So incredibly frustrating to the point I felt the need to write this review because it was such ridiculousness.
Was frustrated I took off work to get a package that never showed up. The staff was very courteous and very quick they helped me from outside the building I was in and out in a heartbeat all in all a very good customer experience.
One employee assisting customers and the line is nearly out the door. Areas for immediate employee training are customer service and logistics. Please at least acknowledge customers when they approach the counter. A simple Hello will suffice. Also, employees should be able to prioritize customers needs as they enter instead of allowing them to wait in line for 20 minutes. I understand its near Christmas and youre busy, but proper planning does wonders. Unfortunately, FedEx is becoming the US Post Office.
It was very convenient being able to pick my packages up from here because I’m not always home to receive them. I didn’t know it was at this location. It worked out for me. Especially now people stealing your packages off the porch it’s just not safe anymore.

I went into the store to pick up a package that fed ex attempted to deliver the day before. I was told that it was already out for delivery. When u requested that it be delivered after 6:00 p.m. or on Friday I was told that changes could not be made.They ended up leaving the baby bed sitting in the grass in the rain.My suggestion for anyone ordering online is to choose ups if you have the option.But I will say that the customer service representative in the store was quite friendly.But that doesnt change the fact that the left the baby crib sitting in the wet grass while it was raining.
I owned a new business and they cannot get messages from the National call center to the individual shipping centers. The National call center does not have phone numbers to the shipping centers so I cannot contact the shipping centers to clarify my address. Service is terrible and will instruct members of my company to only ship UPS to me. Thanks FEDEX for wasting my time.

I had a delivery, I was told my delivery was at Walgreens when I got to Walgreens they said it wasnt there, I called FedEx they said it was down at the deliveries Center on Breckenridge Street. When I got there the package was not there and they did not know where it was so I stood around for 45 minutes. Only to be told to go back to the place I was originally which was Walgreens. Im very dissatisfied with my experience with FedEx.

I paid high dollar to have a package overnight and it ended up taking over 4 days to get. They wouldn’t even let me pick it up. I’m so mad!!! I highly suggest not paying extra for faster delivery service because it does not happen!!!
The folks are always helpful in sending your package on its way and ensuring you have all the right labels, stickers and warnings for safe transit.
Very good service! The worker at the front stayed a little after closing time to make sure I received my package. If I know her name I would post but I dont.

Oy vey - waiting for 15 minutes and no one is here. One would think because it’s their busy season there’d be someone manning the front.
Training was lacking and inadequate for the type of work it is. Lots of bending down so not the job you want if have back or knee problems

Needed to drop off a package with a pre-printed shipping label. I was the only customer there (middle of the afternoon). I was in and out in less than 5 min.
If i could give 0☆ I would the lady that works the closing shift(older blk lady) is horrible she is never at the front counter and has a bad attitude when you ding the bell RETIRE OR FIND ANOTHER JOB
