Good first. I found the gift I needed. Ordinarily I would have gone online to find a Bose Bluetooth speaker, but my bad, I waited a couple of days to long. The downside. Lots of people working at the store, most of which were engaged in talking to each other. Managed to get one of their attention long enough to point me in the right direction. Checkout is ridiculous. Due to Covid they have closed the checkout lanes and combined checkout with customer service and returns. Three times the wait less than half the staff to serve customers, long line, and people trying to make a purchase have to wait in the same line as returns and customer service customers. At least the workers out on the floor have time to shoot the breeze with each other. Sorry Best Buy Management, your system is currently not working. The standard checkout lanes give the same amount of social distancing if thats what youre trying to accomplish.

It was a pretty meh experience. Came in looking for a computer monitor and found the selection to be quite thin and the prices were higher than online and at Target in-store. Best Buy is good when Ive been in a pinch for a cable or accessory, but for bigger, more thought out purchase I think there are better options either on their website or elsewhere online.

BestBuy. @BestBuy#Bestbuy I advise any and everyone to not shop at Best buy. I purchased an 82 inch Samsung TV. BestBuy employees loaded the TV into my vehicle, but when I got home this is the picture. I take it back to BestBuy and they will not take it back. Dont shop@BestBuy The problem is BestBuys customer service, and how they treat customers. The general manager is a jerk. I will never spend my money there again.

I went in the line to checkout out. Clerk skipped me for someone outside the line and checked them out first. I confronted and asked a direct question to the clerk why, he was flippant didnt look up from the computer and was non genuine.Then as I was walking out, another employee antagonize me questioned why I confront the clerk. Im not asking for epic apologize, just already look up acknowledge that I exist, you did me wrong and say my bad.Manager eventually came and started with that Best buy has a policy of defending their employees. Also I know you lift manager bro but stepping into my personal space does not de-escalate.I did not berate that employee, I asked a question, direct yes but it wasnt abuse.Now I will admit to getting hostile and berating the separate employee who chose to antagonize me as I was walking out. Ill own that.Ill give credit that the manager at doing the bare minimum but it was something.I would like everyone reading this to understand, that it may suck working retail but it doesnt give anyone an excuse to treat people poorly. Again let me stress if asking a direct confrontational question is considered attacking an employee then something is wrong.Im talking the bare minimum of customer here. Keep at it Best Buy retail wont be be for longer. Ordering from Amazon is just easier.

Customer service is absolutely pathetic, online and in store. They lost my laptop. Yet it was my fault, I waited 2 weeks when I was told the delivery would be a few days. I waited and waited, finally I’m told to go in store after contacting them multiple times. I head up there just to be told to cancel my order and place a new one. They couldn’t even compensate me for missing school, loosing their own shipment. I would honestly just head over to Walmart or Target if local try Amazon online cause this Best Buy has gone down a crazy slope. I use to be an elite member ($1,500+ Spent within a year) but I will never in my life use a Best Buy for anything. The way I was treated was worse than gum on the bottom of a shoe.

The store has closed the checkout line, apparently because short staffed due to covid. This moved the checkout line to customer service(which had nobody behind the counter with 8 people waiting) all while I was still asked if I needed help finding anything by 3 different people while in the store. I am just completely baffled by how this makes any sense other than youve decided to prioritize salespeople over checkout clerks. Maybe the sales person who helps me find what I already know I am looking for can check me out after weve found it?

I hesitate to give 5 stars because with Best Buy because you truly dont know what youre going to get when you walk in. This particular store, however was great! The staff would give us lots of room to browse and if we didnt want to talk, theyd leave us alone. No attempt to upsale and no pressure. They were at the ready to answer questions and give us space. Sophie was a standout awesome human! Good job Best Buy. My experience with the chain of stores has been 50/50, but this location is truly great!

Recently my iPhone XS battery decided to kick the bucket. Being a business owner, I couldn’t afford to be without a phone for long which pretty much eliminated mailing it in to Apple or visiting an Apple Store, the closest being 40-50 miles away. As an alternative, Best Buy is an authorized repair provider for Apple. I should say Geek Squad, located within Best Buy is an authorized repair provider. Since this location was convenient, I scheduled an appointment online for that very same day.The process was fairly simple. I did encounter a short wait but when I spoke to the associate they were very friendly and knowledgeable. After signing some release forms I left my phone to have a new battery installed and was told to return a few hours later to pick it up.I did end up waiting for a little more than an hour past the completion time, as it wasn’t done yet, but I walked around the store and noticed that they had a good selection of phone accessories and other modern tech items. I didn’t purchase anything other than the repair cost but all in all it was a pretty fast and painless process and I had my phone back and as good as new, same day, within a few hours. I would recommend to go ahead & use Geek Squad for iPhone repairs, if you are uncertain.

So I had bought a Dell G7 15 gaming laptop online for in store pick up. The laptop worked great for a week or so before the laptop screen started flickering and seeing issues. I decided I liked the laptop enough to try and get it fixed. Over the next two weeks, Dell sent out a tech that had the wrong part, then told me the part wouldnt be available for another 6 weeks. Basically I had a laptop that didnt work. After getting fed up with Dell support, I decided to contact Best Buy and they said I should take it into the store. I ended up bringing the laptop in today and was amazed by their service. The site was also felt very safe in terms of employees wearing masks and gloves, etc. The person who helped me behind the counter, first plugged in my laptop and immediately saw the issue. He looked up the receipt and walked through all options given the time frame. He also found the exact same model and swapped it out for me and then wiped the data from the laptop I exchanged. He even explained the process the laptop would go through if the laptop couldnt be wiped. I was super happy and now typing on a working laptop again without flicker. He even mentioned that if I have an issue I should bring it back in and discussed the Best Buy Lemon policy. Exceptional service from this Best Buy.

Then after we had someone finally help us, he recommended us to go to a different Store because they Dont have anyone in Automotive tech? Why are you selling Automotive products if you cant answer the consumers question? Very disappointed with the experience in that store.

Loved the fact that the specialist in the TV section was helpful in answering questions and didnt get put off when I asked some dumb ones. Just answered and smiled, offered advise and i left with a better TV than I was planning on... and I have no buyers remorse!!

They need to rename this place to Worst Buy. Girlfriend just came back from buying a screen protector from there and they charged her 8 bucks to put it on. Ive never heard of another place charging anything to have one installed when you just paid full retail for the item much less that much for something that takes about a minute to install and I could install at home for free. Will not be going back there again.

Bought a record player for a Christmas present. The records were late arriving. It didnt play well when the records did arrive. Skipping on all records.Best Buy customer service, after multiple calls and disconnects and long waits said to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer after more calls, waits and dropped calls said to return it to the store where it was purchased. Back to worst buy for more of the same. We still have a record player that doesnt work and Best Buy still has our money. No more shopping at Best Buy. Amazon gets another customer.

Didnt receive a bill, maybe lost in mail, maybe they didnt mail one. Best Buy only has a due in 30 days policy then they report you to the credit bureau. Reported to the even if you are 1 day after due date. I never received a bill. TOO BAD!!!! They dont care. Credit score was dinged 60 points. They just dont care to work with you so dont bother trying. I even wrote to the CEO. She never even bothered to respond. Funny when you dont respond they can hurt you for 7 years.

Where to start... defective product, didnt realize dealing with customer service or the so called Geek Squad would be so difficult. When asking to talk to a manager, I ended up speaking to Daniel who said he was the only manager available. I assume the actual manager was out at lunch because there is no way that guy was a manager - and if he is, the general manager should resign for hiring him. Simply aweful service all around. There was one polite girl there, but unfortunately she had to defer to her higher ups. Looking at reviews, clearly not the only one who has had issues here.

After decades of buying products from Best Buy I will never buy from them again. On December 16, 2020 I bought my son a mid price range headset for his game system, a nice upgrade over his discount store pair he has had for a year. They were a hit he loved them! About a week ago his microphone stopped working and so we went to see about exchanging them. I didnt buy the geek squad warranty figuring this was not a major purchase. We went to customer service and were let them know we had purchased these for Christmas 2 months ago (60 days) and I even had the receipt. The young man asked quickly if I bought the geek squad plan, I told him I did not, and he immediately said he couldnt help us, no Im sorry, no explanation, just I cant help you then, he told us to contact the manufacturer, so I asked him for the manufacturer information and he quickly replied he didnt have it and couldnt help, . First off, what a poor policy, secondly, how about a little empathy and an attempt at help at least, thirdly if your employees have zero people skills keep them out of customer service,, sorry for the rant, but hopefully this helps someone avoid headaches, dont buy from these guys, better prices online and no worse customer service, if you do buy from them, get the geek plan, even if its just batteries, they wont stand behind anything without it

Honestly had the worst experience here, i typically enjoy best buy but i went in there to look for speakers, they didnt have what i wanted so i went to leave but wanted a drink. After i grabbed my tea i noticed there were no open counters to check out except for customer service, but nothing was labelled on where to pay. Asked where to pay and had a very dry response with only a point towards the counter. Then i got in line and had the woman in front of us get help from another employee, after the man at the counter was helped, me and my friend went up to the register and the man walked away without saying anything. We stood there for a goof while and the employee came back but walked past us and didnt say anything, he walked up to the man at the door and literally just talked with him while we waited in a different line. We waited for wayy too long before i gave up. Waited in line for probably 15 minutes with numberous employees disregarding my need for assistance. It seemed they wanted to all go home for thr night but thats no way to treat customers. I respected their request of wearing a mask inside, and treated everyone very fairly so to have such a bad time really puts a bad taste in my mouth to the place

My Samsung died a week ago and since we bought it at Best Buy we took it there. We were serviced by an incredible young man in the phone area. He went above and beyond to do everything he could to help me. Since I need the phone for work I decided to buy a cheap replacement. Kevin helped me pick out a suitable one and transferred the data and contacts and everything else. His attitude and knowledge were beyond compare. I recommend him if you visit the store. His name is Kevin Howell and he is the Mobile Supervisor.

Yesterday afternoon I was out with my family in the promenade shops in Centerra. We had went in to Best Buy to look at some phone cases. At first the employees were really nice and were asking if I needed help but I had kindly told them no because I was not looking for no specific phone case. When I was heading over to meet up with my family and about to leave an employee walked up to me and had asked me to follow him because another employee had seen me put an item in my purse. I knew that I didn’t steal anything and without hesitation I gave him my purse and the other bags I had from shopping at other stores. I followed him up to a counter and I gave him my bags and he asked another employee which bag it was and he told them it was my purse. The employee then tells me to open my purse because he “didn’t want to go through it” so I start pulling my personal items out and then he sees NOTHING from their store in my purse because I did NOT steal anything.After doing all of that, he just looked at me and said “you’re good.” There was 3 other employees at the counter and the guy looking at the footage that first falsely accused me of stealing said “she put something in her bag right there”, if I had put something in my bag they would have found it!What makes me upset is even after going through the footage more than once and making MYSELF to go through my OWN purse and still finding NOTHING the employee was still falsely accusing me of putting something in my purse! The employee that was falsely accusing me could not even look at me, he only kept looking down at the floor the whole time.Once we were leaving, they couldn’t even apologize to me for accusing me of stealing, Just a simple “have a good day.” Don’t plan on going there ever again.

We stopped by here to camera shop. I was pleasantly surprised at the selection of cameras that they had to chose from. As we were looking I asked about a certain style and the gentleman told me they don’t have that camera but there other location in Lone Tree does. (They have a huge camera set up there.) So on the weekend, we drove down into Lone Tree and he was correct. The selection was great. I was super happy with both stores. We ended up purchasing a camera.

I had bought the extra coverage on a TV that I had bought here and the speakers are funky and you cant plug a soundbar in to the headphone jack otherwise it gets a constant buzzing I brought the TV back they would not honor the coverage do not buy anything from these people at least at Walmart they will take anything back I will buy my TVs from them now bad bad Best buy
