Ended up paying what seems like 3k for a 500 tv and 4k for a 1.2k computer. And when I asked questions they answered them wrong. So when it came time to finish my payments. All they said was. Should of read the contract

Blanca is now horrible to work with. I have given her 5 star reviews int he past and now she is flat unhelpful and down right rude. Corporate is no help either. Benefits plus does NOT replace your item right away unless you ask. I have been a customer of RAC for 15 years and I will not be buying anymore items from this location and likely not from RAC in general. Go to Conns. Tey are much friendlier and have better service.

So the customer service is horrible and slow af. I filled the application out in the morning called them text and nothing until 4pm. Then went to the store and not one person in there and I not one person was working. They are rude when asking questions and do not try to help or make it easy at all. This is the first time I have tried this place and will never go back.

We stopped by here while shopping for furniture for our new place. We had nothing and were literally starting over. I knew I’d pay a bit more here, but I wouldn’t have to front a few thousand dollars up front. Anyway, we stopped by and the showroom appeared dirty, most of the stuff they had in the showroom was either used and for sale, or they were items waiting to be delivered. There wasn’t much of a selection and the gentlemen told me I could look at the selection online. Now I’m ok with that for some items, but I want to see my couch or bed in person. Pictures don’t always justify a color or style. Needless to say I wasn’t impressed.

Edit 04/29/2021: I had to get a fridge and bought it through them. It doesnt do well when it is hot outside. The freezer wont keep anything solid frozen when the temps exceed 70° outside. Yes my fridge is inside. Id call and do something about it but when they sent someone to fix the dryer, the technician didnt do anything to fix it and then billed ME! Yall sell messed up not fully functional items and it is BS that yall can get away with it. I always pay the same as cash price to have stuff that does NOT work properly. Yall dont give a hoot about resolving anything, so dont bother acting like youre going to try and make it right.People, youd have better luck finding fully functional things in FB marketplace.Ive bought several things from RAC in different states. They overcharge, which is to be expected when you are doing rent to own. Normally everything Ive gotten, as long as it isnt electronics, works well. In recent months, I got a dryer. I pay monthly. Since bringing this dryer home during COVID-19 it takes 2-3 full 80 minute cycles to dry clothes. I have told several people IN STORE since getting it that it doesnt work properly. As I continued to make my monthly payments, nobody tried to resolve this issue for me. I am down to my last 2 payments and still, nobody has made ANY effort to get the service on my dryer. In turn, I have decided to wait to finish paying the dryer off until they fix it, amoung dealing with COVID-19 related deaths and a non-working dryer, and all these people care about us getting their money for something they refuse to fix. Unless you get rude they dont try to do it right. Its bad business.

I had to call the store for them to follow up on my online application. They asked me to drive to the Longmont location to pick up a new Xbox one x, they only had a one s.And I had to follow up the following day to get a refund issued even though I had requested it the night of.Terrible customer service. Ryan is incompetent and can’t determine the difference between S and X plus he sounded under the influence and Bianca, this woman has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. It’s no wonder you guys have such a terrible rating.

If I could make this a 0 I would. Blanca has no tact or professionalism what so ever. I will be shopping around to get what I was making payments on outright and will call them when it is time for them to pick up my merchandise. Tired of this place and this rude manager. I am so close to the same as cash too, but I dont want them having anymore of my money at this point. Your bad attitude just lost a loyal customer. We have actually for the first time missed a payment by 4 days, because of a family tragedy and helping with funeral costs. This Blanca says when I spoke to her this morning I understand that you have other bills that had to be paid but youre 4 days late first time or not. It was funeral expenses! No my condolences on the loss of your father, no Im sorry for your loss, just tried to lecture me lol wow! I felt like she hadnt heard a word I said. She never notes the account when I call, we pay online and I call them weekly or the plague you with calls letting them know I pay it every Saturday after work when I pay all my bills online, its been ridiculous since day 1. We are looking for a new apartment sized washer and dryer outright, any reccommendations folks?

Wow let me say that older heavier set sales associate was so rude to me. After coming in and shopping for a game system I was being helped out application processed then as soon as two other customers walked in when I was about to pay the 40$ and leave with a ps4 she grabbed the paperwork and told me to step aside and proceeded to make me wait 20 minutes as she booted me out of the way and helped the other two while having personal conversation with each so I up and left. Ive never been treated that bad especially when Im basically getting 200% marked up product I will never go there again.

The manager was very nice and helpful Jr. However the credit manager Jason must feel his position is very very special. I agreed to a price with Jr Hes on vacation. Jason called for payment and the price changed. I informed him I wasnt going to pay more. He was idginant that thats how it worked. Pride ruined a sale for the young whipper snapper

Poor customer service, the finance manager is completely offensive and just rude. Im not even 2 days into my rental and they didnt not informed me that I would have to buy parts for my washer dryer combo that apparently they dont sell or hook up for you. When I complained about their lack of communication and poorly installed washer dryer combo. James the finance manager tells the technician just to walk out of my house. Then when I asked when could they be out to service the things. I hear the finance manager yet again say hes on his way with a truck to take the washer and dryer back. I laughed and very rudely explained that not only have I paid for it but was also under contract and Id like to see him try.. only reason I still have this washer and dryer combo is because I need it. I will never work with rent a center ever again. And if I can find something better some place else I will be going there. PS the actual store manager is never there so you have pretty much employees behaving poorly with no repercussions for their actions.

Unfortunately, I cant make this a 0. The staff here is so unprofessional and rude. I work retail and work during the day. 5 to 6 phone calls a day is ridiculous! We have jobs too! Heaven forbid you are late on a payment! You get the 10th degree on why, with, dont forget, major attitude!!! They treat you like you are not a person! We arent perfect. Do not get stuff from here!

The staff there is incredibly condescending and unprofessional. Especially Blanca. Shes snide and should be fired. She absolutely does not belong in customer service. She tarnishes the Rent-A-Center name and if I were her boss Id be embarrassed. I heen in customer service for a very long time. The very first and most important thing you learn is how to speak to a customer. Im embarrassed for her. I suggest someone retrain her or keep her from interacting with customers. She will only hurt the business.

Ordered a couch online paid and everything! soon after I got a confirmation email and call saying my purchase would be delivered two weeks from the original date due to shortage of employees. I called back trying to see if there was any time sooner it could be delivered and there wasn’t! I waited my two weeks out and a hour before my delivery was due I received a call saying it would NOT be delivered and that my references didn’t not come through! My references were my parents that said they never received a call at all! This place is a joke not only did I not receive a refund I still have no furniture! Save ur time and money people!

First Impression - They dont care about your business. Filled out application online. Spoke with Alex and verified they had all info needed and scheduled delivery two days out. I called back two days later after they missed the delivery time and was told they didnt have all the information needed. WHAT? They didnt even bother to call and let me know? Told them I would be renting from someone else instead and they didnt seem the least bit bothered. If you appreciate good customer service, look elsewhere.

Unfortunately I couldnt put a 0 star because it wouldnt allow.Just in general the female manager has nothing but attitude to the point to where I dont know how shes in the customer service industry. I being in the customer service industry know how to treat customers n thats not it! To explaining why I havent paid, due to not having the account information, due to not even signing a contract. I work Im off odd hours when i can get ahold of them they are closed already and when paying online I cant cause I dont have the information. After explaining all this still attitude and then has the audacity to question me on where I stay as I stated after I get my son from school be a hr drive to yall. She then proceeds to continue to give me attitude n just in general should honestly be fired. If I were in her shoes n my boss heard my tone and the way I just engaged with my customer like she did me. Id be surprise if I could ever find a job again.To the manager I suggest you finding a job that you actually like because you are driving away your customers. Luckily I love my couch otherwise I wouldnt even still be a customer after this.

If I could give this a 0 I would this place was so unprofessional rude Blanca was the worst! I was 2 day late and had set a time for them to pick our TV up because I was just tired of dealing with them! And the literally stocked my home and followed my husband home and took it in the middle of the night. Such an invasion of my home and privacy never go here you will regret every purchase!

Originally I went here for a bed for my son and a bed set for myself. When I did go, there were only two bed sets that I could choose from. Luckily I liked one, but my son wasnt as lucky. They had a bunk bed, or a pink bed available. I ended up having to choose from their web page, site unseen to get a bed for him. That wasnt so bad and only the beginning of my problems with this place.The delivery men were wonderful. They were on time, efficient, set everything up perfectly where I wanted it. I wish I were only rating them because Id give a much better score. That s when I got a look at the beds. My sons bed, which I was paying over $1000 dollars for, was made of this horrible cheap ply wood, and the mattress was paper thin. He couldnt even sleep on it because it was like sleeping on wood. My bed set was beautiful, but obviously pre-used which I didnt know it would be. There was still stuff in the drawers from the previous owner.Then the real trouble started. For the first few months I made my payments on time every time. Always within a day of the due date. They left me alone, it was a decent business relationship. One month, I knew I was going to be a little short on money for a week so I called and asked if I could make a payment A FEW DAYS late. They agreed. I called on the exact day I said I would and made the payment.A few days later, I got a notice that they were charging me a whole other full payment 18 days early for no reason. I called the store knowing it MUST be a mistake. They tried to argue with me for 20 minutes to pay, before finally realizing I was right. She said she couldnt fix it, but shed pass the information on and her manager or whoever would call me back. He didnt.I ended up having to relentlessly peruse the matter, calling for day on end trying to settle it. It took about 2 weeks. After my bill was finally set to rights, its like they went freaking insane.Every single month on the 22nd (the day my bill is due) they began calling me. Im not talking Hey, just a reminder your bill is due today! On my voicemail. Im talking calling me from 8 AM to 7 PM. Up to 10 times a day. Non-stop, all day. Let me remind you that Ive never missed a payment and other then the once (which I called and got permission) Ive never been more then 2 days late. They treated me like I was in default. if I didnt answer theyd call every 45 minutes. If they did leave a message, it would be about a promotion. Really?? On the 22nd of every month, 10 times a day??Its been going on for months on end. Rent A Center is a Joke. We got a kitchen set, and the chairs got damage, we have a protection plan so we sent out our chairs to be repair. We had been trying to get a dateline for the store in loveland of when our chairs are going to be back. Jr. the store manager did not know. I just spoke to him last week about my chairs, he said your chairs will be in Wednesday or Thursday. Still nothing. It is going on to 3 months and my chairs are still M.I.A. No dateline, courtesy call, or at less an update. But they call me every weekend for the payment of the bed set that I got out. What a joke.We called Rent A Center customer sercice for they to call us back in 48 hours. Because they so need to investigate. It has been a week and Nobody had call with an update. This kind of personnel makes Rent A Center look bad.

They used too be really nice and helpful and considerate and I sent them alot of business. But now since the previous manager Jeff left the service is very poor. All the employees care about is making the sale they could care less about u or ur payments or ur time. Jeff was the heart and soul of the 29th St store. They made a big mistake letting him go

Horrible horrible horrible.. was renting a Samsung lap top, it was given to me with a electric tape cord, when asked to order a cord for it 4 months later never received nothing. Laptop NEVER would up date to 8.1 and god forbid trying to go 10.... took it in told them the problem what was going after 2 weeks came back with windows 8 again because thats all the tech can do.... will never under my name rent from the them... or if someone tries to get me a gift I will ask them to retuen.... the store off of 29th is horrible.

Well this is exactly why I have gone to Aarons in the past...called to let them know I would pay on my next paycheck well the guy I spoke with told me that was ok..til I wake up at 1130am while sleeping for my night shift to a rent a center employee telling me they are getting the couch because they havent spoke with me in regards to my account...so buyer beware shittiest customer service Ive ever had....pathetic
