Manager Allison was incredible. I need 25 5 gallon buckets for my music students to make a “bucket band” but our school doesn’t have the budget. She didn’t hesitate to help us. She was so professional and kind on the phone. It really made my day and my students are going to be SO excited!!

Sometimes I just have to go there for supplies, but its never easy. Customer service is terrible. Have fun checking yourself out because they hardly ever have anything else available. And, that gets very backed up often. Finding what you want? You have about a 20% chance at that. Store layout is just odd, breadth of selection is poor, depth is poor (yeah, I know all about shortages now). At least the parking lot is new and nice.

Its home depot... Im not a huge fan of home depot or Lowes. They have better product then harbor freight or ace hardware but the staff... Personally, when Im able, I go to Bomgaars. They have a better staff that has a good grasp on how to help you when you have questions. The product is of similar or better quality, and it has a more homey feel to its ambience.

Magda was amazing. Helpful, funny, and very easy to talk to. Her customer service is on point. We needed extra help and she was so accommodating.

Good place to make the need it right now purchase. They usually have what Im looking for. Be careful about ordering special products from their website. Promise delivery times are good about 70-80% of the time. Other times ordered items either do not come in at all or are greatly delayed. Experienced this both pre-covid and during. Service is a little bit of a coin toss. Some of their associates on the floor are extremely helpful. About 25% do not care and do not hide it.

This store is often under stocked compared to the other home Depots in the region. Not sure if its a stocking issue or if its just more busy.

Decent place to get home repair stuff. Suffers from the same cant find anyone problems of most big box stores. Prices are pretty good, selection is better than Lowes. Go here when you cant find it at a smaller place (ACE Hardware, other local home repair stores).

I had a big cart full of stuff, and there was a long line with ONLY self-checkout open. Home Depots loss, because I just left the cart and walked away. Thats enough. Im going to Lowes.

Out of stock on simple tub spout repair kits. Was forced to my new units at almost 10 times the cost. I checked my local Home Depot and the repair kits were in stock. Maybe some inventory review and trending would help.

I went to home depot Wednesday 29th. And I ask a lady if they had moving boxes and she was so rude when she answered she said I dont know over there and keep walking. I understand if they are short handed but thats not the way to treat a costumer. And when I was paying she was helping another man and she was so nice to him so I dont know what was the problem.

The customer service here is great. I’m 6 months pregnant and didn’t realize curbside pickup ended at 6. I had ordered an air conditioning unit, and I knew I couldn’t lift it into my car. So I called the store and the manager was very kind and had an employee named Ethan bring out the air conditioner to curbside for me even though I was well past the curbside deadline for the day. Both employees were more than happy to help and didn’t seem inconvenienced at all. We’ll be headed to this store for all our home needs from here on out!

Staff here are as helpful as a third elbow. I feel they are well below Lowes in terms of their customer service.

Worst experience with a HD. Needed an order pulled to save some time. When I got there to pick it up it was not ready. They said it would be ready in thirty minutes. Two hours later I had a partial order. The people in Orange are like kids playing hide an seek from customers.The most pathetic work ethics I have ever seen. They do not like to work! They will walk right by you even if they know you need help. Not true of Sylvia and Elisabeth. Good cashiers.

Great store with more employees to help you than Lowes. They should also offer 5% off if using their credit card.

The Garden Center is wonderful and blooming right now! They have a wide variety of plant options and a very helpful sales associate chased us into the parking lot once he located an item we thought was no longer in stock. That level of service is excellent!

Have gone here for decades. They always have great prices and follow up when theres any tire issues. They are the best of people to work with.

Its home depot. Soo. . Hard to find employees to help me find stuff. Once I did. They vaguely told me where to go, but didnt take me there or help much more than that.

I asked a sales person at the counter if the 2 inch hole saw worked with the hole saw arbor that I bought there and they said it would I just needed to screw them together when I got it home the arbor is to small for the hole saw blade now I need to go back and return one or the other or both, what a pain in the rear! I wish there was some one in the place that really knew what they were doing so I could get proper info!

After checking online before going in I found that they listed 9 of the parts I needed. So i worked my schedule around a trip in (20 miles round trip) so that I could get the parts installed before the heat of the day. After getting there I found they had none. The floor girl I asked about the part was as close to rude as you could get. She found someone to check the back room who was very courteous and apologetic that they didnt have it. Needless to say another wasted trip to Home Depot. Save time and shop somewhere else.

Its 50/50 sometimes you get a person that actually wants to assist you. Usually this is not the case and you spend time looking for employees. Then you find about 4 of them bunched together playing around?? I do like this store when the help can be found and the checkout not too grouchy. 🙃

Rude and unhelpful employees. I had to ask 3 different people for help. The last person being a manager named Don. Who took my part I was looking for and wandered around the store on his cellphone. So I followed him around while he had his conversation for about 10 mins and then he just stops hands it to me and says they dont have it. While still on his cellphone.. left and probably wont ever shop here again.

Dennis in lumber is the type of employee / person that you hope to meet. His knowledge, compassion and understanding sets him and this department apart from the others. If you’re doing any project I would highly recommend that you take some time to seek him out and speak with him.We set out to build a deck in our backyard and I thought I had everything planned out. While shopping for pricing we met Dennis. He stopped what he was doing and spend the next hour and a half walking us through the entire project showing us what we needed and how to do it. Because of him, we have a DYI deck that we keep receiving compliments on. At every turn in a moment of concern I went back to discuss with him what I was facing and he guided me through the solution.I honestly think we needed his wisdom even thinking that I had it in the bag, his expertise proved to be the best advice I could have received.Thank you so much Dennis. This Home Depot is going downhill f-a-s-t!! Alot of the good employees have left, and the few knowledgeable employees that are still working are run ragged. The new young hires just wander around the store, not helping any one!! OUT of most dimensional redwood lumber!! And, alot of other things: white PVC pipe fittings, dryer vent hoses, some types of stains & sealers, etc.

Customer service is not a priority in this store. Went to look at washer, a female employee was sitting at a desk with her back to us. After about 10 minutes she finally turned around and saw us. Didnt appear to really want to help. Talked to another lady who was friendly enough, but she was new and gave us misinformation on purchasing a washer. And it went downhill from there.

Kudos to the guy off the clock who helped point us in the right direction, you dont pay that guy enough

I visited the paint department today and was thoroughly impressed with Jeff. He took the time to explain to me the difference in the finishes and which area of my home needed it and WHY. He explained visually how much paint I would need and which grade of paint I wanted based on how much work I wanted to put in. He was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. In a world where customer service seems to be obsolete, he definitely took it back to the good old days. Thanks Jeff! My bathroom looks great! I will definitely be back.

This is a giant big box store that serves a great purpose for doing small projects to giant projects to probably building your own house. You can pretty much find anything and everything there yet the prices are a little high especially when it comes to holiday decorations.

Cant even do a color match in their paint. Way off

I was last moment Christmas shopping for a special tool my son wanted. So very happy they had it and price was marked down a little. I love that they are so connected to the USA. WORKERS were so helpful and friendly. Ended up getting a couple really nice plants marked down and the gifts I wanted. Thank you to all the employees for answering my questions and knowing just what isle to send me too.. Great job. Nice clean neat store. So proud of all if you!!

Much better than the South Ft Collins store. Staff tends to be a little indifferent but they have far better selection of irrigation supplies than Lowe’s so I go here.

Went for paint got it mixed up pretty quick even though paint dept was busy!Lumber prices have gone waaay up not sure if just a home depot thing.. But still well stocked.

I needed to match eight year old house paint that had dried in a bucket. I brought a piece of old trim with and they color matched it perfectly. The paint department personnel were exceptional: efficient, friendly, informative.

I have come to the Loveland Home Depot for about 15 years. I have bought two of my major appliances from them. Both times I had the same associate help me, Dennis. Dennis is the best. He knows his department and all the merchandise that he sells. I recently bought my new oven. Honestly, I did not know the difference between the conventional and convection ovens, so of course I want to buy what I know which is conventional. My oven was a month out and not guaranteed even after a month to be in stock. Dennis explained and helped me understand that convection wasn’t much different and that I could have it in 10 days. So, I purchased the oven for a fraction more than the conventional I was wanting. Normally after you’ve spent your money you never hear from the salesperson again, but Dennis called me the day before my delivery to make sure I knew how to inspect it before accepting it. Long story not short, customer care is key and Dennis is on it, he is the only one I will buy my major appliances from. He is a keeper Home Depot!

This location is by far the worst Home Depot Ive ever been to. Nobody bothered asking if i needed or offering help, the store is dirty and looks run down. Employees not wearing masks. I only came here because it was the closest location, next time Ill make the extra drive for a better experience!

I have been shopping at this Home Depot 1529 for years. And it has been going downhill due to the poor treatment of workers and management being all about the money. As well as not recognizing associates efforts. The stock on the shelves has been getting Lower and lower as the months pass as it appears all the old employees have left leaving young teens to take their place

Staff does not seem anxious to offer assistance.

Home depot is not my favorite PLACE. THEY USE TO HIDE THE DUCT TAPE THAT WAS A RRASONABLE PRICE IN THE BACK OF THE STORE SO MOST WOULDNT KNOW THAT AND BUY THE TAPE THAT WAS TRIPPLE THE PRICE UP IN THE FRONT AREAS OF THE STORE. THATS STEALING IN MY BOOK AND DIRTY PLAY FOR A BUCK. PLUS HAVE YOU SEEN THE PRICE OF THE LITTLE BOX OF SCREWS AND NAILS. THEY TRY TO GET U IN A SLEEZY UNETHICAL WAY JUST TO MAKE AM EXTRA DOLLAR TO KEEP THE CLERKS WHO RUN FROM YOU WITH A PAYCHECK. IF I DID BUSINESS LIKE THIS STORE I WOULD BE IN JAIL OR THE POOR HOUSE. WHY DO YOU THINK SHERWIN WILLIAMS PULLED ALL THEIR PRODUCTS FROM THE STORE. MIN WAX 3M GONE. GUESS WHY SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

The service was mediocre but the plastic covid safety measures make ringing up large items or many items very annoying.

I would like to thank Samaria in the garden department for her professional and warm customer service. I have bought a snow blower in November 2020. It had an issue of automatically stopped every 2-3 seconds. My husband did not tell me because I bought it as a Christmas gift for him. Today I saw how it works so we brought it back to the store. Samaria use her professional knowledge and update a better snow blower for us. We had a very good experience with Homedepot Loveland store. Thank you!

Loveland colorado store is amazing. Super helpful staff, Always check out in the contractor lanes. The ladies there are wonderful and amazing. Good old fashioned service and fun to talk to. Give them a raise and keep them as long as you can!!

I visited the Loveland Home Depot today and was extremely impressed by their customer service. The employee that helped me was courteous and knowledgeable and even suggested some items that I was very happy to have working on my project. I have shopped at Lowes in the past and was let down by the lack of help and the poor demeanor of their employees...Home Depot will receive all of my business for my home improvement needs in the future. I would highly recommend this store.

Local store tool rental and decent service

Went in today looking for wall sconces for a bathroom. And was so disappointed with the lighting choices offered. Everything up on their display looked old or dated except for a couple of lights. They also need to CLEAN the fixtures on display: dusty, half lit, and some were broken. Take a leaf blower and blow them off, throw some lightbulbs in them, replace the fixtures that are broken off the display. No one asked if we needed help, so we were in and out pretty fast. A bit disappointed.

Rented the Genie Scissor Lift and after I got it unloaded and started doing my work when after I moved I saw it was leaking hydraulic oil. Couldnt finish my work had to load back up and return to Home Depot. Clerk was rude, didnt care. No credit given, no discounted future rental for a lift. I told him and others behind the counter I wanted them to clean up the hydraulic oil and the clerk said NO. Do not rent from Home Depot, Loveland, Colorado!

Its a big box with what you would expect. Annoyed today as they had pallets block many isles in the garden area. Not customer friendly today for accessibility.

I have to say that the low review I have here is based on a phone call. I have uploaded the picture for you to see. I called to see if this store made keys and no one ever answered. I heard the same message about how important my call was and that an associate would be right with me. I left the call going, walked into the store and saw 2 girls with no customers standing at the customer service desk. There were also 3 more enployees at the paint desk just talking. I got my key made and the call still wasnt answered. Not sure if there is a technical issue or what it was. This store has been good over the years, but this is a little disappointing...over 19 minutes and no answer.

They sold me the wrong merchandise and I had to return the water softener pellets the next day.

Consistently 5 stars. Friendly, attentive, and AVAILABLE staff, who are happy to help you find what you need, give you some advice, and cut your wood into sizes you need, so you dont have to do it yourself. Returns and online pick-ups are quick and easy. Denver area Home Depots pale in comparison to this Loveland store. I enjoy going to this store when I need something they sell. Highly recommended. Good experience this morning. Associate got a 4x8 sheet of pegboard off the stack for me and called someone to cut it to size for me. Nice cashier and no problem getting a military discount.

Home Depot is always the way to go. Better prices then Ace and Lowes, and Home Depot staff can always answer whatever project questions I have.

Very busy cashier didnt have change and we waited for change requested from the vault. Waited 15 minutes the next man in line stole lose money from the drawer and ran off. Management left the poor young cashier with no money for change and probably blamed him for the $10 stolen by the angry man behind us.

This place always surprises me. Unexpected 50% discount. Woo-hoo! : )

Mom needed a new washing machine and we had purchased one at another store that was giving us the runaround. The other store sent mom a broken washing machine. I went into Home Depot to see what they had and a woman named Pamela Kay (my name too😊) took care of us. She was so pleasant, knowledgeable and attentive and really rolled out the red carpet for my mom.....treated her like she was a person, And took the time to make her feel important. We will always go to Home Depot for any further needs. Home Depot has an awesome employee working for them. Thank you again Pamela K for taking care of my mom.

I was there today, Wednesday afternoon on September 16th-for the most part, it was very hard to find anyone that could help... We finally found the ladder we needed. We had a woman cashier from Egypt to check us out-she is a terrible human being. She attempted to run three different of my cards-it kept saying transaction canceled. She canceled the entire purchase and wanted to re-run everything. Paul, very graciously, had already put the ladder in our car. She told me, very rudely to go get the ladder back out. NO! I cant lift it by myself-so I went and got the ladders sticker off to re-run. When I came back in, we tried again with no luck. An older woman came up to ask if she could leave her cart while she went back to her car and get her money-the cashier YELLED at her! This poor older lady was in tears and asked her not to yell at her. SHE CONTINUED YELLING AT HER TO MOVE HER CART! This is straight abuse! I flagged Paul over, he was wonderful. He opened his register, ran my card, and done. I will NEVER go back to the Loveland Home Depot again. I can not believe they would allow an employee to be so abrasive and ABUSIVE to a customer.

They always know where things are and what are the best prices for the right job.

Dude, they have like 15 employees with covid right now and if you had to ever visit you would see why. No one should ever go here unless youre one of the maskless hoards that are too pathetic that they cant even be bothered to do something as simple as put on a seatbelt. I am not exaggerating when i say that having had to travel over much of colorado this is the single most horrible place i have been forced to go into. Even ignoring the trash customers, if the employees cant even set an example and are capable of wearing equipment right, why would i trust that they know anything at all about how to use their products.
