Color matching on the damaged bumpers was perfect and the body lines were spot on. Used Blue Ribbon years ago when I was involved in an accident and needed my car repaired. They did a wonderful job! However, my review is my most recent experience. I noticed an area where the paint was cracking so I took it in to have them take a look (it was an area they had fixed from said accident). Right away, they took care of everything for me from handling the drop off, a rental car for me to use and having it done faster than I expected! The cherry on top was that they cleaned my car for me as well, totally complimentary. Cant recommend Blue Ribbon enough. The customer service is great and the quality of work is 5 stars!
Blue Ribbon lived 100% up to this sign.Id just gotten a vehicle from Mike Maroone Ford that had a little bit of a cosmetic problem that I asked to have fixed as part of the deal. The zip ties that were used to fix what was agreed upon didnt last 100 miles before it came off while driving.Since they said theyd done [their] best, I took it to Blue Ribbon. They GLADLY fixed it (not with zip ties) and called it a customer courtesy.The work has 100% held up and is also warrantied.Would definitely recommend.

Saw my Altima T-boned last month and State Farm sent me to these guys for an estimate. Dropped my car off in the rain and was surprised to see the level of service we received. The estimator came out and walked the car with me to make sure she got everything checked in right. Very friendly, too.After the weekend, they called with my estimate and I had questions. I stopped by and Kenny (General Mgr) took the time to explain his teams estimate in great detail so I knew exactly what he thought needed repair and why. He was patient, showed me the car, gave down-to-earth answers and treated me with respect despite having his hands full.I work in a service industry and recognize someone who goes beyond expectations. As busy as his shop was, I was soundly impressed by someone who seemed genuinely committed to his customers.Should have known it would be a great experience... the quote in his waiting room reads: The purpose of a business is to create a customer who creates customers.Ill gladly return when the need arises.

The folks at Blue Ribbon were very kind helpful supportive. They were very informative and took plenty of time to answer every question I needed. They explained what my insurance adjuster was doing and how he was working and the constraints he was under. Blue Ribbon alleviated any worried that I had and was sure that I was completely satisfied before I left their shop. Blue Ribbon did an excellent job on the repairs to my truck. They communicated frequently so I knew exactly what was going on and when my insurance (Allstate) did everything they could to delay my claim Blue Ribbon let me use their loaner car and dealt with the mess Allstate created. I really feel they provide great customer service and highly recommend them.

My girlfriend had her car repaired at the Loveland Blue Ribbon and had issues. She was in an accident in November, they made her wait a month til the first week of January, which we felt was a while but reasonable, and they came highly recommended by our insurance. They then pushed her back a month to the last week of January by notifying her of the delay on the day of her repair, saying they had tow-ins. They then tried to push her back two more months to March the next day and she said no. We didnt hear from them, which we commented was odd on our way to drop it off, as most places give a courtesy call. When we brought it on the date that the receptionist had given her when she said she would not wait til March (last week of January), they had not given her the late January date as promised and had her for March, despite saying we would not wait. The receptionist continued to say that she had a March appointment, and when the inspector finally came out, said multiple times how they didnt think theyd see us til March, which was their issue, not ours, but they continued to repeat it, which felt unprofessional for what was their error. They should also prioritize people who chose them and had existing appointments over tow ins. They did take her car, although they complained it wasnt how they wanted it (washed/vacuumed) until we pointed out we did not get a call since they moved our appointment without permission, then did not give an estimate until her own father had to intervene with management. Her father doesnt even live nearby and is only a cosigner on the car since its her first, but despite not being involved, they listened to an older man that never came in more than a young woman professional who owns the car.Even with these issues, when they had gotten to her car, they had done good work, just handling the middle management was sometimes frustrating. Luckily, the main manager stepped in and helped us out. They did address all her concerns, but she had given them a physical list of everything she had noticed problems with since driving after the accident.If you use their services, make a physical list of everything you want looked at, and follow up frequently. Do not let them move your appointment even once, and try to hold them to the dates they estimate, or they seem to put things off. They do good work, but their management and communication at both stores is lacking,
I hit a deer with my dodge pickup that had under 65,000 miles. Blue ribbon did all the repairs. Under $4000 that the insurance covered. They replaced the radiator and pre cooler.we were pleased with the body work. Not 14,000 miles later and we need to replace the radiator, pre cooler, and the transmission on our vehicle. There is proof it is from the parts blue ribbon installed in our truck. Haven’t been able to drive it for well over 2 months. We have tried dealing with Don the owner and Chris the manager for weeks now. They will not return our calls will not give any help because they don’t want to cover the almost $10,000 repair bill. So much for having company core values!!!Respect, integrity, reliable. Where do those core values come in to play in our situation. We were told all parts and work they did was under warranty as long as we owned the vehicle. I would NEVER recommend blue ribbon to anyone. Their customer service is a joke.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Blue Ribbon has amazing customer service. They kept in touch with me throughout the whole repair process and answered any questions I had promptly and thoroughly. My truck was finished ahead of schedule and it looks incredible. Its a 10 year old truck and quite frankly, I figured it was going to look like it had been repaired. The repair job was flawless. I am so happy with it. Even though I was hit by an uninsured motorist, they handled everything with my insurance company to make sure that I got taken care of. I stopped there to get a quote. The first visit the adjuster wouldnt give me a quote until the insurance adjuster came to them. I was told they dont come to the customer. Than I was told they needed to replace the whole panel. I spoke to my husband who use to do that work & said thats not right. I called my insurance got a second opinion & an estimate. Went back & told Blue Ribbon what I found & wanted an estimate finally got one but adjuster wanted to put a clear coat on whole panel instead of blending the small sections together. I was a customer years ago but not happy with the jacked up pricing method recently.
Blue ribbon had had my Very Nice 2005 Cadillac twice. hit a deer last year, and Hail this year. The experience was better than I could have ever expected. Don will take the best care for his customers. the staff where all very nice and knew what there where doing. All I had to do was call Geico and Blue Ribbon did the rest. they even found damage the ins. co. didnt took care of it. I trust Blue Ribbon and dont need to take my Beautiful car anywhere else. I have never seen any bad work from them.

The staff was extremely helpful and kept me updated throughout the process of my car being fixed (rear ended and needed a replaced bumper). They were professional and answered all of my questions. These guys know how to do body work and they are fairly priced. Theyll assist you with insurance paperwork and rental cars, including allowing you to leave the rental there when you pick up your own car. If you find an issue after the repair, just call them and theyll take a look and do everything they can to fix it.
A few days ago I took my car to repair they are professionals. in what they do they work. with you at your time. and thats what I like. one hundred percent. recommended
They don’t run an honest business! I took my vehicle to them because they were recommended by State Farm. They MAKE you sign a paper stating they will do the work and collect the money.While going over the damages from the accident WITH their employee, I was informed, they would do NO WORK UNTIL THE INSURANCE ADJUSTER CAME OUT TO LOOK AT IT BECAUSE THERE WAS PRIOR DAMAGE (peeling paint in the hood and rust on the back quarter panels a ding here and there) I said that was fine. So my we spoke with our insurance agent and asked if we could have our regular mechanic look at it and maybe him fix the mechanical and then maybe do some of the cosmetic work ourselves. Our Agent informed us that we had to pay Blue Ribbon $240 to put it back together, so we could take it out for the insurance adjuster to look at it. Hmmmmm????? That doesn’t sound like HONEST business practice to me. Our insurance is thankfully covering it. But I will NEVER take a vehicle to them again! I will never recommend them to anyone! And I half tempted to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. And I did have a witness present when the statement was made “We won’t do anything to it until the insurance adjuster get here.” And now they are taking their sweet time putting back together since they aren’t doing the repairs! Nice business! You really do rip people off and they don’t have a clue! How pitiful!

My car got rear-ended causing damage to the rear bumper and quarter panel. Blue Ribbon repaired my car quickly and for less than the initial estimate. The staff are all very friendly and worked with me the whole time to make sure the repairs came out the way I wanted. They even removed some scratches and paint blemishes that were unrelated to the accident. My car looks better now than before it got hit. Im very happy with the results, and if I ever need any body work done again I will be going here.

My brand new Toyota Highlander got pounded on in the hail storm while I was in Denver. I was lucky enough to get my car in the day after the storm and they treated it as if it was their own. They also had a rental waiting there for me when I arrived. I received text messages for updates on my car so I knew exactly what was going on the whole time. I just just picked it up and it looks absolutely pristine! I dont normally take the time to write reviews on my experiences with different companies but I felt in this instance it was necessary. From the moment I walked through the door, Thea, the receptionist made me feel welcome and cared about. In fact, everyone I had dealings with treated me with the utmost respect and a smile. Obviously, after youve been in a car accident youre feeling kind of shook up and dont really understand the whole process of insurance and repair or totaling of your vehicle. Thea stepped up and said she would handle it and then did a great job of explaining everything and basically walking me through it as a friend and not just as an employee doing her job. Good customer service has become something very rare, but you and your employees have it in spades and your employees also seem to truly enjoy their jobs. Thank you for everything and I will not hesitate to recommend Blue Ribbon to anyone I run across that may need your services.☺️
They did a quick awesome job and kept me in the loop, but they didnt do a walk around of the car with me so when it had a layer of shop dust inside and out, my stuff was randomly tossed in on the floor, and they left the paper matt I hesitated to go back in because it was a pretty small thing. Overall though it was better than I expected!

Wow, what a great experience! I bought a 10 yr old used car and the door didnt close right. I walked in and even though you need an appt for an estimate they worked me right in. 15 minutes later the door closed like new and they sent me on my way with no charge! While I was waiting I wondered into the shop and got a personal demonstration on how they remove hail damage. Professional, nice, honest... and a very nice waiting area. Im a grouchy old man but I just had to write a review this time.
They got me in fast and got my car done fast. When I picked up my car I was couldnt believe how clean it was. They cleaned my floor mats and wiped down the inside. I was not expecting that at all. I may have been in the few but I hope this was a good learning experience for everyone and remember, communication and trust are the foundation to any successful relationship.My car had hail damage from the hail storm that came through Denver in May 2017. All Denver body shops were booked a year out so I decided to look around outside of Denver and based on reviews, we chose Blue Ribbon. Front desk was friendly. This is where my experience stopped being a positive one.Dropped my 2013 VW GLI off on Nov. 14, 2017. They asked if I wanted to receive text messages on the progress, which sounded great, wouldnt have to call to get updates. After two weeks, havent heard anything, so I call and they say they havent started working on it yet because of insurance delay (Blue Ribbon wanted to total my car, insurance did not). I asked why I hadnt been notified, they said they had been sending texts but they had not. When I told them I hadnt received any texts, they checked the computer and did a test, it sent a text saying I had been opted in to receive messages. After talking to them about the insurance delay, I called my insurance company to see the status on the claim and see if they were going to total my car. Insurance said they gave the go ahead to start repairs but Blue Ribbon said they did not receive the ok. After some back and forth with the insurance company and Blue Ribbon, work finally started.Blue Ribbon also called my insurance company to have them call me to let me know that its not Blue Ribbons fault. This struck me as odd to have the insurance company call me to deflect blame.Flash forward another two weeks, I get a text saying my car is in the paint department. This was on Dec. 14, 2017. I called on Dec. 20,2017 to get a rough idea on when the car would be completed. They told me it had not been painted yet but they were planning on being done before the end of the year. I called on Dec. 27, 2017 to see if they were going to be done by Friday Dec. 29, 2017, they said they will try very very hard. It wasnt done until Jan. 2, 2018.Picked my car up on Jan. 2, 2018 about 10 minutes before they closed. Overall, car looks great but I will need to clean the inside windows as there are streaks, fingerprints and what looks like sticker marks. Also, when I go over 60 mph, there is a whistle coming from the top right of the window. Checked my doors to make sure they werent open. Now I am going to have to drive back up there to have them check the window seals.Blue Ribbons mission is We are committed to making your unfortunate situation a pleasant one, regardless of the circumstances. Well my situation was not pleasant, you failed Blue Ribbon.My advice, choose a body shop that pays your deductible (tons of them will). That way if you have to wait 7 weeks for your car to get fixed, you wont be out your deductible. Also, choose a body shop close by, in the long run, it will be more convenient when you have to take your car back to have them fix their work.
I had my van taken there because it was hit while parked. The company not only ignored what i told them but they also didnt have the courtesy to call and tell me what was going on before submitting to insurance. When i fanally got my van back, it was in worse condition than when they took it. They left my bra hanging off, and completely killed my brand new battery. And my right front tire is now low, perhaps has a hole. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICAL TO THESE PEOPLE, THEY DONT CARE WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR CAR IN THIER LOT!! When i called to see if they would make things right the guy claimed they never touched it, besides the fact that it had a sheet of paper listing what they did.

We had a good experience with these folk. They let us use a loaner car for a week while ours was getting fixed. Not my first choice of car but Im glad I could get to work. This body shop does NOT warranty their work. I had a problem with my vehicle 6 months after they fixed it and they fought me, were rude, and refused to look at the problem logically, so they could get out of fixing the problem they created. I have been using Blue Ribbon for over 5 years and this fight left me feeling betrayed. Never again will I go back here. What happened to you Blue Ribbon?

Im assuming they do good work but i wouldnt know, van is waiting to get worked on from insurrance issues. i want statefarm to handle my claim but because allstate started repairs, blue ribbon wont switch. the confusion caused the repairs to be delayed through allstate. if they would let me switch i wouldnt have to pay my $500 deducible out of pocket. insurrance companies have no problem with switch, not really happy. Now I understand the previous reviews i dosmissedbr
Lady ran a red light wrecked my infiniti G37S and when i got it back from Blue Ribbon it looked almost just as good when I bought it they did such a good job matching the paint and the lines were flawless never looked wrecked after i got it back plus they warranty all their work thanks guys friendly staff also!!!
So rude. It took them 9 days to even give me an estimate on my car, and when I called to check on the status, I was rudely chastised by the woman working the front desk for calling every 2 days. Avoid at all costs, unless of course you like having your car be ignored and some of the rudest customer service Ive ever experienced.

Absolutely HORRIBLE work!!! They did not use OEM parts or manufacturers specifications for color matching. Rushed the job and cause damage to parts of the car that were not in need of repair.
