After an incident at a dealership, which damaged the drivers side door, the dealership sent me to Car Cosmedics. I worked with Chad, the owner to get the damage repaired. We looked at the door, he made recommendations, which I agreed with and he proceeded with the work. When the work was completed he called. When I arrived he went with me to inspect the repair to see if the work was satisfactory. They did a great job.The paint repair was very well done. Chad is totally professional, courteous and no nonsense about the work he does and his shop. I have some work I need on a Mustang I own and I will be taking Car Cosmedics.Im new to the area and it takes time and work to find people and businesses who really care about what they do and how well they do it. Chad is one of those guys who cares about what he does and how well he does it. His customers matter to him. Im very happy with the work performed and I am fortunate to have found body shop I feel I can trust to do any of the work I need to get accomplished in the future.

Chad and his team did an outstanding job on my 1984 Blazer. It had some hail damage from the 2019 storm that needed addressed and also to rust on the rear quarter panels. Certainly took some meticulous work to get that rust removed but they were up to the challenge and did a great job. Will definitely use Car Cosmedics again!

I was referred to Chad from a really good friend. My BMW got a bumper dent from another vehicle and Chad said he could fix it within a few days. I left my keys with him on a Saturday morning and by Monday afternoon he had let me know that my car was as good as new! Chad went above and beyond and even cleaned up some tree sap that had fallen on the body of my car. Now I even know how to clean if off. Thank you so much Chad!! I took my four runner to chad as it had a pretty big dent in the front passenger wheel arch. I dropped it off at 8am on Saturday and by noon Chad had removed the dent without any need for paint and also did some touch up to the flare. Fabulous job and cost was SIGNIFICANTLY below what any other shop had quoted. I will use chad again for any body repairs to my vehicles. Great central location too behind king Soopers in Loveland.

Picked my Lincoln MKZ up yesterday after they repaired the crashed up hood and grill. My sister backed into me. Looks like a brand new car now and its 10 years old. Highly recommend Car Cosmedics!

It’s rare in today’s world to find those not only as dedicated to their craft as Car Cosmedics but also as true to their word. I came in with a pretty big dent that wouldn’t have made sense to go through insurance for how much my deductible is. They came out, gave me the full run down and a rough quote based on what they could see. I scheduled an appointment weeks out due to more significant damage I was going to have fixed at Stuttgart as a result of a hit and run. Stuttgart said there was no way they could get anywhere close to the quote I received at Car Cosmedics. Due to Stuttgart holding onto my car for more than double the time I was quoted, I had to push back my appointment nearly last minute but Car Cosmedics was willing to be flexible. I’m so appreciative of that - I know they run a tight ship with respect to scheduling. When I finally took my car in they asked if I had been given a quote already. I told them how much they originally said and that I understand it was a rough quote and I would be willing to pay more if necessary. When I came back to pick up my car, there was no evidence that my car had done anything other than roll right off the lot. I was in disbelief that there was a way to make the dent look like nothing ever happened. True to their word, they charged me what they originally quoted and not a penny more.Some unsolicited advice though: switch to a Client Relationship Management software. That way everything in the business will run more smoothly and you’ll be able to keep tabs on quotes, contact information, and if clients need an update.The communication was pretty poor. In my experience they wrote down my name and number on a date on a paper calendar and when I rescheduled, they didn’t write it down on the next month’s calendar. When I showed up, they weren’t really expecting me and had thrown out last month’s calendar - and with it, my contact information. The gentleman who wrote down my number again must have written it quickly because it took me a lot longer to receive a call that my car was completed than when I was told. Apparently a 4 looked like a 9 or vice versa and they were calling the wrong number. This could have been mitigated with a more robust CRM system or even a spreadsheet. But that’s the easy part of a business to improve. The hard part - the bodywork - they have down to an exact science.I’m always recommending Car Cosmedics over their competitors from here on out. Hopefully I don’t need them again but if I do, that’s where I’ll be headed.

Over the years I have had a fair number of dealings with Auto Body shops and have come to the conclusion that there are few true body and fender people left. Chad Reisbig of Car Cosmedics is a true auto body expert! Three times he has done work on my vehicles, the quality of the work is flawless and his pricing is very fair compared to his competitors. He has a high sense of immediacy to accommodate his customers. He gets you in quickly and finishes it when he says he will. I got hail damage on my truck in South Dakota, retuned home on Friday took my truck to Chad on Saturday, got a price and was told it would be ready on Sunday and it was! Which illustrates if Chad has an opening he will accommodate you as quickly as he can.

They worked on my 2018 f150 (aluminum body). They did an amazing job. They had to reskin the bed and rear passenger side door and i cant tell anything has been done. Paint is metallic gray color and have yet to see any blend lines.Amazing work. Wouldnt hesitate to have them do more work.

Had a small dent in my car door and got a recommendation to this business to take care of it. I car is a Tesla Model 3. This past weekend, went to have the repair done. They were very professional. The job was beautifully done and I was on my way in 10 minutes (estimate was about 25 minutes). I would highly recommend this business for car body repairs.

I have used Car Cosmetics twice now and both times they did an excellent job and stand behind their work. Their prices are reasonable and they are very friendly and professional. They did a badly damaged hail project on one of my cars and it turned out perfect. I get compliments on the car all the time. They also did the front fender replacement and rear bumper on my wifes car and the result is her car now looks new. I just got another car back on the road and it will go in to do some PDR on the sides. I highly recommend these guys they are not fast but are very good.

We brought our Audi to Car Cosmedics to repair hail damage. The repair was perfect. Then we brought it to them after someone backed into our car and left a deep scratch through the paint. We were required to get three quotes. Chad was confident that he could repair it without replacing the bumper. He gave us a quote for both a repair or a bumper if necessary. Two other shops quoted 2-3K more to replace the bumper and repaint the entire rear of the car. They said it couldnt be repaired. We brought it to Chad because we trusted that he could do it. He is honest and talented. When it was done, it looked like it had never happened. Hes an artist. Thats why they are so good at what they do. I highly recommend Car Cosmedics.

Wasnt sure about how good a job paintless dent removal would do on our hail damage - but our truck came back from Car Cosmedics looking as good as new (and not just the hail damage, they also sorted out a couple of other dings and scrapes). Chad knows what he is doing, and obviously takes real pride in the quality of work he delivers. I couldnt be happier that we chose them to do this work. If you have to wait a while to get your vehicle in, it is worth it. It is great to work with a company that does business the right way.

I had extensive hail damage to my Chevy Silverado, and Chad was able to work with me, to do additional repairs to my vehicle at the same time, with little added costs. He handled the communication with my insurance company and me while I was travelling in Europe. The job was complete, and the truck was detailed when I returned. I purchased a certified pre-owned BMW X5 that unfortunately had two relatively unsightly dents in an otherwise immaculate vehicle. This company does amazing work, I will say that! Scratches, dings, dents you name it.BUT the communication and service is just pathetic. Dont expect your car to be done when they tell you it will be, and when you call them no one will answer the phone. Super disappointing to find a place with such awesome quality and then just run the experience straight into the ground.

I would like to say that I am really please with these guys! Above and beyond for sure.I can agree with another poster about it taking a while to get in. But its definitely with the wait. This is a small shop with guys who have lives and try an balance work and life. With that, you are going to have to expect to deal with a small business, not a corporation. With that said, they always answered the phone when I called, but if youre a jerk to them on the phone, they may not answer your call, I dont blame them. Here is my experience with them.Time: The damage occurred in early May, I was supposed to get in on June 1st but due to scheduling and personal issues they needed to delay me, and then I had vacation, so the truck didnt get finished until July 25th. However, I took it to them on Friday night and they worked over the weekend to complete it and had it ready for me Monday night.Quality: Way above and beyond. As for the damage, I cant even tell where the damage was, you can see a little bit of orange peeling from the new paint, but it is so minor that if you didnt know work was done there, you would NEVER notice. The also fixed a dent in my passenger door and touched up all the chips in the front of my truck at no extra cost. The thing that really impressed me, was the tech working on my tailgate noticed the latch was really sticky and because he owns the same truck, knew how to adjust it and made it way better than it ever was before! These guys really care about what they do and the quality of their works shows it! Very personable too!Cost: I cant believe how affordable they were. I was expecting almost twice what they ended up charging me, especially for all the extra work they did! I will be taking all of my bodywork repair back to these guys!Summary: I really dont have anything bad to say, I wasnt in a hurry for the repair, so if you are in a big hurry to get it worked on, you may be better off at a bigger shop and youre gonna pay a lot more. But if you want great quality and extremely good pricing, but are willing to wait for availability, then take your vehicle to these guys!
