I have taken 2 vehicles here in the last 2 years. The first one unfortunately was totaled but Gerber was prompt and efficient in providing their report to my insurance so I was able to resolve the claim quickly. The second was fixable and Gerber did an excellent job. The other partys insurance (they were paying since it was 100% their fault) decided after they had approved repairs that they were not the primary insurance and declined to pay. (The other driver was doing ride share at the time of the accident) so the second insurance had to take over and was a complete pain about everything. Gerber was amazing and did not let that slow them down. They worked through it to complete the car and were flexible in their dealings with the second insurance. They kept us updated on everything and when we picked up the car we were very happy! It looked better than before the accident. Thank you Gerber and even though I hope I dont see you again, I know you will be there if I need you. :-)

I was in an auto accident and the other drivers insurance listed Gerber on their preferred list. The entire experience from having them do an estimate through the pick up and inspection before I left was 10/10. I went home and called my own insurance company and told the agent he needs to get them on our insurances preferred list. Any repairs I need in the future will definitely be through Gerber.

First, Im sorry if youre reading this because youre car is probably damaged. But if you need to get it fixed, everyone here is super friendly and helpful. Glen is too overqualified about car repairs to be working at Gerber, which is your gain, so ask him anything. They have a decent lounge to wait in while they do repairs, and they were quite conscientious about getting the job done right on my car.

They had great communication throughout the process of getting my car fixed. The color matching was as good as new. They even vacuumed my car and replaced a light for me. The above and beyond service shows they care about their customers.

The positive about them is flexibility and communication. however, I personally have had a poor experience thus far. I have had my completion date postponed four times with inconsistent stories as to the why. The first time is an accident, the second time a mistake, but the third and fourth time seem like a lack of care for the costumer who relies on the vehicle for work transportation etc.

WELL organized Body Shop other work was done nothing was left short everybody was very friendly very curious I would recommend this body shop do anybody has any problems were there cars were glass 100% u.s. made!!!!!

You would be better off giving a crack head a can of spray paint! After my insurance referred them I brought my brand new 2017 in for hail damage. When I showed up to drop off they had lost my appointment. They sent me to another Gerber in Englewood to accommodate. When I got my vehicle back the bumper was hung crooked. Brought it back to englewood. A year later the paint started chipping off, brought it back to Lakewood. They repainted one panel. When I left realized there was a gaping hole in my ceiling where a light used to be, brought it back again. They kept it to go over everything. Left again and realized none of the lights on passenger side worked... brought it back for 3rd time. They fixed electrical they had broken. Left and was driving down I-70 when I heard something smashing my roof. They had taken 1/2 the roof rack off to paint and didnt bolt back on. Brought it back for 4th time. Insurance company now gets re-involved. They fix rack and detail. I leave again and now notice cheap paint job is chipping off next panel.... bring it back for 5th time. Gerber sends out their quality control person, finds more faulty paint. They send To Cedar street location to have another panel painted for 6th time! After leaving I find paint flaking off on hood. It is now going in for 7th time!!! Need to be completely resanded and done over. They have had my vehicle in total for over 6 months. Straight incompetence

My car has been there over a month. They have lost some of their body repair technicians and are rehiring new ones. They cannot provide a date for getting my car repaired. I went here based on the recommendation of Safeco insurance. I would never do it again. I have no idea when I will get my car back. BAD BUSINESS!!

I just went here for an estimate and they said they cant release me the estimate because of the insurance. I also found out after the fact that they messed up someone i knows truck so Ill be looking for a different shop

They fixed my Toyota, took it forever . manager TJ cant keep his promises,very unprofessional and unpleasant person . dont know what he is doing
