Called them up to tow a motorcycle. Not only did the person who answered the phone not know if their company towed motorcycles, they never got back to me with whether they could or not. Winded up going with Kings and they got my bike home within the hour...

Called them to have them pick up my vehicle. When they arrived they did not put the chains onto the vehicle properly and tore a 3-inch gash into my tires. Not sure how the tow truck driver didnt notice when the chain flew off and the tire when completely flat, but apparently he didnt. They dropped it off at the repair shop with a blown tire. When I called them to help to get the vehicle where I could get the tire repaired, they flatly refused and wanted to charge me again. I would not recommend this service, to anyone and it doesnt even seem like they know what they are doing.

My car was in some difficult positioning against a curb, and right in front of another curb, in a full parking lot. It looked impossible, but they managed to get it on the truck and to the Firestone I directed them to in no time, for a fair price. The driver was pleasant and professional, and paying was easy. I would use them again, and recommend them to others.

Sending my sincere thanks and appreciation to your service tech Nathan he literally came through with great timing and excellent communication! I have had trouble with my bmw for 6 months. It needs repair and I simply can not afford it. The battery is beyond dead and I couldn’t get into my car port at my home. There is a slight incline before reaching my parking spot. Thankfully Shauns Towing & recovery came through and Nathan took the extra time to explain my options and he had a positive attitude! I was panicking big time and freaking out because every attempt I had made to jump start the vehicle was unsuccessful. I had paid two different towing companies to try and park it. During Covid I experienced a lay off and dramatic income reduction. Each time the tow service techs would either say it was hopeless or just jump it for five minutes or so and give up. I had lost all hope and was desperate for help as the car had been tagged to be removed by loveland PD. ( Due to a nosey neighbor ) I had it parked behind my townhome on a private street. I am crying tears of joy because this is the last issue from a domestically violent divorce. I am so thankful I chose Shauns towing & repair! As a single mom I can’t explain how much relief I have knowing I had such a fair price for the jump! This was an awesome experience and within the time that Nathan assisted me another servicemen appeared with a flat bed ready to help! You are the best towing company period! This is the worst towing business I have ever had to deal with. They clearly don’t care about the person they are doing business with or the car. I was involved in an accident and the state patrol had them tow my totaled car. I called to see if I could come get my stuff out of the car; they failed to give the right address. I called them again- they gave me the correct address and I when I arrived they wouldn’t allow me to get my stuff saying the insurance company owed them money. Insurance is under husbands name (husband works out of town) now not allowed to get stuff because he has to say it’s okay with a notarized form (how very convenient). I feel like they don’t care and they are just trying to rake in as much money as they can. Lady in the trailer/office was very rude and when I told her my frustrations she looked at me like she could care less because it’s not her car and it’s not her problem. I would never recommend someone to use a business with heartless employees who work with customers who have been through stressful situations. I understand there are rules - but rules are more easily followed when people are at least nice about them or explain them before you go through the trouble of trying to just get your left over old stuff.

Was able to quickly help me out of a bind having issues with the death wobble on my Jeep. Very great communication. Called to let me know when he was finished with his previous two to let me know he was on the way, and included a link to see where he was and always have an up to date ETA. Shaun made a very tough situation for me a lot easier. And hes a great guy to boot 👍👍

I used Shaun’s Towing’s roadside assistance due to being greeted with a flat tire when I went to leave for work this morning. Their technician, Asher (I think), was onsite super quick, put my spare on fast, and answered all my questions about my tires. Service was 10/10, I highly recommend them!

Even helped me push it up my driveway.Ron understands and respects that motorcycle owners are particularly picky about the handling of their bikes. He was exceptionally cautious about every step...motorcycles are more difficult to load/unload than cars.

I highly recommend Shauns towing! I had a rental car breakdown on a Sunday evening of Memorial weekend and had issues with the rental car company emergency service and getting a tow truck. Howard, from Shauns Towing, just happened to stop in the gas station along the interstate where we were and ended up helping me deal with AAA that the emergency service through the rental car company had called. He would not leave until the issue was solved (even though he didnt have to stay and could have left us) and it took hours! He was so patient, friendly, helpful and professional that he made the whole ordeal bearable. I sincerely want to thank Howard for helping my mom and I when we needed help!

I was connected to Shaun’s from the Geico roadside assistance app, and within 30 minutes, Eric from this service was at my apartment to change my flat tire. He was so quick and got here almost 30 minutes before the expected time. (Not to mention this was after midnight). He told me to go inside and stay warm while he changed my tire for me.
