Everything went smoothly. I ordered exactly what I wanted online, it came very fast, it was really inexpensive, and was accurately described. I talked to their customer service guy who was also named Keith to place the order and he was so friendly and nice! I would definitely buy from them again!!

Have multiple discounted item more than the show in the website (TVs, monitors, etc). Kenny the customer service manager is helpful. Will come back in the future.

Bummed that they closed the retail store, but you can still call or stop in and they will see if they have what you need. (thats better for my wallet, since I would wander in and buy something I had not planned to when they have the retail space)Nice, friendly responsive folks, glad they are still downtown and accessible, and improving their website.

Always check stuff works, but if it does, you pretty much strike gold. Got an amazing vacuum, and two broken wireless headphones. Still, the full cost including trash headphones was pennies compared to the value of this vacuum.

I ordered a Wii U essentials kit. This should include a Wii U gamepad protector sleeve, a gamepad travel case, two stylus and a cleaning cloth. My package arrived quickly and its in excellent condition which is why I gave them two stars instead of 1. Unfortunately it was missing a stylus and the cleaning cloth. Looks like someone purchased this from a store, took those things out and returned it without the store knowing. And then open-box also failed to check that all the contents were there. Based on this one transaction I doubt Ill use this company again.

I ordered an XBOX 360E from the-open-box. It was literally open-box condition, that is unused and minimal, if any, wear. It was supposed to come with two games, one via download and one hard copy.The package arrived on time and I dug in. There was an HDMI cable included (doesnt normally come with the item, so a plus!) and even an SD card. The controller had some dirt on the bumpers which I found kind of bizarre, but not much of an issue. What really bothered me was the lack of the hard copy game and missing hard drive!I called their customer support and the gentleman said he would have to talk with his boss to determine their course of action: would they send me a new unit and I have to ship mine back? It was up in the air. The next day I got a call from the same guy and he said the boss cleared him to send out a 500GB HDD and copy of the game, end of discussion.The system works flawlessly, and Ive never had such a great response from a company when I have an issue with an order. Highly recommend.

The guy was rude and customer service was bad when I asked about a package that I was returning . The guy had a attitude because he didnt understand my question of me asking can I have someone else ship, so there name will be on the outside but the note that will be on the inside with the order # will be my information . He was just like so whats your question ? Your just making statements? And he was disrespectful with his tone didnt get the guys name . The person wasnt Kenny, Kenny was nice .
