We purchased almost everything we need in our garden, porch, and back yard from Menards. We built a deck and it is time to stain it. The team is so professional at giving us suggestions and helping with the products. Alonzo and a lady (whose name I don’t have) on the shift of Friday around 11 definitely make this place like home for every customer!

The manager we worked with was extremely rude, I understand that working in customer service is not an easy job as I have done it for many years myself however, when a customer comes in your store and spends their hard-earned money on your products and your company drops the price less than 2 weeks later I see no reason as to why that difference cant be refunded to a store credit or the way I paid. Also if somebodys going to tell me I have to bring back 89 40 pound boxes of luxury vinyl flooring to get a store credit you better believe Im returning all $5,000.00 worth and never coming back. Thank goodness Bridgewater falls took care of us.

Well stocked store with a wide variety of merchandise. This is more than just a home remodeling store. You can buy groceries here also. Prices seem to be reasonable also. Check out this store. Decide for yourself.

Tons of products! I walked out with my favorite candy, windshield wipers a heater and skin moisturizer! Wow! I highly recommend checking Menards out!

Staff is very helpful. Occasionally difficult to find if store is crowded. Menards has more of everything over Home Depot and Lowes.

I was looking for a type of kitchen storage and couldnt find what I was looking for. As I was wandering around looking perplexed, one of their employees asked me if he could help me. I told him what I was looking for, and he began to search for me. Another store employee came by and the first asked if he was familiar with what I was looking for. He went immediately to a storage section that should have had what I wanted. He checked every section and found they do not carry what I was looking for. He was amazed and said he could not believe that they did not carry it. The two employees were super nice and went over and above to try and help me. I sincerely appreciate their effort. It made me appreciate the store more for hiring these kind people.

Its ok for what they sell. Price wise look before you buy I found several items way cheaper at other big box stores

The selection at Menards is enough different than the other two big home improvement stores, which tend to be very similar to each other. My only problem with Menards is that it is so big it can be hard to find things.

Inside help was great. After we (2 women over 50) checked out we were told that the person who helps load cars was to launch. We had 10 - 60 lb bags of sand-topping mix that we had to load ourselves.

Great friendly shopping experience. If you go Wednesday through the weekend you can get hotdogs from Heavenly Hotdogs at the exit.

These guys have just about every thing. When it comes to selection of wood they dont have a competitor in the big box space. Simply have more and higher quality than the others.

Nice garden and yard dept. Lots of plant varieties and nice herb section too. Pet section, household cleaners and laundry sections offer lots of choices as well.

Total Mask police. Dont even attempt to shop at Menards without a mask. Wont be shopping here anymore and encourage other freedom loving Americans to do the same. Their competition right down the street treats me with a friendly regard without a mask and probably are nicer and more personable to me when Im not wearing a mask. If masks work, wear your mask and it should keep you safe, dont worry about me. Anyone discriminated against and not allowed to shop for not agreeing to wear a mask probably has a case for a lawsuit against not only the store but any person involved (a.k.a. employees) based on civil rights infringements since there are no actual laws supporting this policy. Who you support with your wallet in these times may determine if you and your children remain a citizen of a free country or not.

The only problem with Menard is no handicap carts. My husband is handicapped and there are never a cart for him. He is a retired builder and would definitely do a lot more shopping there if they had a cart.

Very professional staff. Special thanks to Ellie for helping me with a phone order. I arrived there, everyone was very polite and my order was ready. The associate in the back of the store even loaded my order into my car for me. Great job to everyone there.

It has everything under one roof - groceries, home improvement, auto parts, yard supplies, toys, hardware, lumber, etc., etc. You might think with a huge place you would not get help, not so here. We were greeted several times to see if we needed help or assistance. Quick service at checkout.

Very helpful and her customer services was beyond amazing. She help me get the correct item and was quick and fast. And Steve down in the customer service department for pickup was amazing as well. Went to the store talked to a front end manager Jeff trying to explain what i was told he rudely wouldnt let me finish what i was saying told me to go to hardware im sending someone, very UN manager like customer skills sucks its not the first time he done that to me and was told it be corrected and it hasnt yet

Stopped last night to buy cabinet grade plywood. Asked three different employees if they could help me load the plywood on my cart. I was purchasing 3/4 so it was heavy and I didnt want to damage it loading it. Waited for a while then I finally went back to the lumber sales area and asked for help. The guys I asked for help argued over who should be helping me. I finally decided to just leave. I stopped at the front desk and spoke to Jeff the manager and explained what had happened and he said SO. Really disappointed. I will do my best to avoid Menards as much as possible in the future. Went to Lowes in South Lebanon after that and then were glad to help. Great job Lowes A plus!!!!!!

A terrible experience! Mask patrol would not let me check out I was on my telephone on the phone. I just forgot to put on my mask on I dont need to be harrased by a store when it comes to my rights

What a huge selection they have here, blows away home depot and Lowes. Also when they Run a sale its hard for the competition to match it.

Loveland menards is my new favorite home project store to go. It is so organized with great management and caring helpful employee😃👍Evendale menards use to be my favorite place to go. but recently its too messy, with careless employees. I rather to drive 15 more min to get to Loveland.

Great store to shop in, but beware of shopping online. They completely missing shipping my order but marked it as shipped. There is no customer service phone number to call for help so after many emails back and forth they refund my money minus the shipping, which they didn’t even pay in the first place because it never shipped!!!

I have rented a truck here a couple of times and it’s always easy and fast. The older lady at the desk has helped me there and her customer service is always great.

The store seems fine but the lady that works by paint had a nasty attitude and my mom son found a dead mouse which goes to show its not being cleaned there very well

We ordered something on line to be picked up at our local store from their stock. They had pulled the wrong item and the item we ordered could not be found. They were sorry and happy to refund. Wasted trip

Their systems are always off on quantity. Was supposed to have four of what I needed and had zero. Had to go through a lengthy pickup/return process. Called ahead to confirm for the second menards location to make sure they had them, was told I was good and they had them to waste another hour trip to not find them. Several hours wasted in all.

I drove 28 miles to menards so I can get important tolls and products that I need, they didnt let me in because of no mask (I always carrying 2-3 extra in case someone needs it) that I never heard that we have to pay for them in order to get in the store!Just be prepared to pay or go back if you forget your mask!)) VERY disappointed that Menard’s chose to take away the customers right whether or not to wear a mask, despite the findings of the CDC. I shopped at this store the week before last and no masks were required. I go to pick up an order today and not only are they required inside, but outside as well! OUTSIDE where you load your own order, which could be deemed potentially hazardous to your health due to the weight and awkwardness of the lumber yard and products customers self load there. But masks are necessary.... Upon our visit today we observed a group of 5 employees outside in the lumber barn working together and only 2 had masks on. And I say SO!!!! Good for them!!! They are OUTSIDE! In the FRESH air! NO EMPLOYEES should be forced to wear a mask, ESPECIALLY OUTSIDE! NO CUSTOMER should be forced to wear a mask, ESPECIALLY OUTSIDE! It’s also adding insult to injury when you ask the customers to pay you $1 for a mask that you require them to wear! 👎👎

I went to Menards today and I never made it into the building. I was asked to leave because I had my 8 year old daughter with me. Seems they believe children make people SICK! I would gladly wear a mask and my daughter would to. There is no logical reason not to let a parent with a child in the store!

Never order online through menards ever. So after waiting 6 days for my item to be sent for my dads birthday I called them. This store is where is was supposed to ship from. There was an error, they were very polite about getting it sent out but I had to call again since I never received the new confirmation number from them shipping it. Then today I get a notification but plot twist they sent it to the billing address instead of the correct address. Completely defeating the point of my online order. I appreciate that they were nice but please double check the address. Now not only is this two days late but I have to either mail it to him myself or drive 3 hours to give it to him.

I understand their decision to ask customers to wear a mask; however, banning children under the age of 16 means this is no longer a family-friendly establishment. Moreover, they were rude when informing us of this ignorant rule. I doubt I will shop at menards anymore. A good reminder we should all be shopping at locally-owned businesses anyways.

I love providing reviews that are positive and motivating, however I am finding myself very disappointed and disrespected in a recent situation with this location that my husband and I spend A LOT of money at. I was being assisted during a recent shopping experience in the paint department by 1 of 2 employees which quickly became 3 employees. I was approached by Employee 1 of the 3, and asked did I need assistance, in a VERY professional manner. I was standing behind the tape line which was on the floor in the paint area, as well as wearing a face mask, talking to Employee 1, when 2 additional employees then entered, the paint counter area. While engaged in a conversation with Employee 1, Employee 2 VERY rudely interrupted and started pointing and talking over us telling me to move to the front of the counter. There were NO signs placed anywhere, telling anyone where to go, other than the tape lines on the floor around the counter area. I have bought paint from this location 3 times in the past 30 days and NEVER have I experienced or dealt with rudeness like this. My husband was floored. As Employee 1 was talking, she stopped and told Employee 2, I am assisting her, but as Employee 1 tried to continue Employee 2 begin to shut her down and overtalking her with her rant. Employee 3 kindly stepped in after looking very embarrassed by Employee 2s behavior and stated, that he would gladly assist me, where I was standing. To avoid any further issues, I walked to the front of the counter and was assisted. My point of the review is we are all in a state of a new norm for now. Respect is due no matter what kind of day a person is having. VERY disappointed by Employee 2s behavior, but THANK YOU to EMPLOYEEs 1 and 3 for your PROFESSIONAL demeanor through the situation.

While waiting for nearly 15 minutes to buy a mask so I could enter the store ( I usually have mine, but left it at home this tine), one of the Menards employees slammed a shopping cart into my back while pushing it into the store (from the parking lot). The person that did this showed no concern and seemed very agitated. When I shared this with the store manager, he said he would mention something to the employee. Yes, that would be nice. Ill probably have a bruise on my back for a while, but at least there wasnt a child or a smaller person where I was standing. Things could have been worse.Needless to say, never going to Menards again.

My senior citizen mom came in to buy something and she had to pull her mask just a tad bit away from her face because her glasses were fogging up as she was talking to the sales woman. She asked a question and the lady VERY SNOTTILY said, I will wait on you if you leave your mask on. REALLY?? Masks are not required by law and she was out of line to be so snotty. My mom wasnt taking off her mask just adjusting it. Ridiculous . My mom will not be3 coming back.

Not great...waited in line to return rental truck w fella having small talk...and he tried to charge me a late fee. I asked how late...1 milinute ...i said whishbis way less than i have stood here. He waived it. Oncw home turned out the washer has a dent...i had noticwd a hole in box when it was fork lifted onto truck. Even crossed my mind. About a dent but in a hurry. At the moment we are happy to get clothes washed.but not happy w service or results

Disappointing experience. I ordered walnut composite decking and paid for it. A week later they informed me that that color was no longer available, they are only making the popular colors right now to keep up with demand. So I changed colors and set up a delivery date a week out so I could enjoy my vacation. Came home from vacation early to be here for delivery only to find out they couldn’t deliver on their end of the deal. Project is 2 weeks behind schedule because Menard’s can’t seem to get their act together. Is 11% off worth the incompetence? I think not. Lowe’s...sorry I strayed, prodigal son is coming home.

Loveland menards was terrible today. I wanted a tube of caulk. Paint guy said they didnt have any. When shown the website said they had 15. He tried to pass his problem, claiming it was in another department. Went to other department, they pointed me back to paint. Had to get manager. Manager found it in under 5 minutes...it was 2 shelves over from pain guys desk. Over an hour in Loveland Menards. Should have gone to Evendale Menards.
