Typical Woodcraft with a wide variety of tools and supplies for your woodworking needs. I can usually find a sale on wood here for my hoarding hobby. However, Ive noticed that with every woodcraft that I have gone to in multiple states that while the staff is willing to answer questions, they do not voluntarily engage. Its almost like I am interrupting their day.

I just drove by your place and the outside looks nice but unfortunately I could not go in because you have nowhere to park a large vehicle. I guess you dont want any customers driving RVs or tractor trailers. The dirt area behind the store was already taken up by what Id assumed were your employee vehicles.

Great bunch of guys to help out in the shop! Im a real rookie at wood turning, so I had lots and lots of beginner questions. The fellas were good to explain markings on the different species of wood.Will for sure be back for additional items, & help....

I love the store and the kinds of products that they stock, however Im a little disappointed in some of the breadth of their stock. For instance I needed dust collection parts for my system and they had no 6 inch or 5 inch parts which would be common in any moderate-sized home dust collection system. They do have a nice selection of hardwood and very nice selection of chisels and planes and router bits and a good General range of woodworking supplies for the advanced hobby wood worker. Well the more specialized things I apparently need to order from the web, its a good shop for common hobby woodworking supplies.

My wife discovered this place. After she brought me there, I have to say it is pretty awesome. They have not only the areas best selection of wood-related tools, but an extremely impressive selection of raw material (wood!) to choose from. The employees know woodworking and are happy to give advice, and thats something you cant get shopping online.

Went in as a novice needing my first hand plane. Wayne spent over an hour with me, showing me how to sharpen, set up, and use the plane. John had lots of good advice on finishes, as did Wayne. I just found my favorite woodworking store! As one who also works in retail I appreciate the time they spent on a first time customer. They built a repeat customer.

Excellent store and staff. I consistently have had a great experience buying everything from pen kits to power tools. While the merchandise is good alone, the staff put this store over the top. Bob, Dee, Terry, and Wayne have all been friendly and very helpful. I came in today with questions on improving dovetails - Wayne spent nearly an hour and a half advising me through the entire process. Ill continue looking for any excuse to visit the store - you cant beat it.

People are great and they have everything a woodworker could ever need. the employees do seem to be a little paranoid. With the cost of some of the tools and being smaller tools that could be easily stolen I can kind of understand why they would come off that way. It does make for a discouraging shopping experience but that is the world we live in now. over all they do a good job and the store has things that you cant find locally without ordering online and I prefer to support local business whenever I can and with wood I want to see what Im buying so woodcraft is perfect for me.

Love this place for so many reasons. Customer service is always awesome. Their staff is very knowledgeable, and if the person you ask doesnt know, they will point you in the right direction to someone who does. Their selection of lumber has just gotten better and better over the years. I have shopped here for years, and will continue to do so for many more.

Absolutely love Woodcraft. Started renewing my love for wood work about a year ago and after struggling with poor quality tools and a lack of available wood locally (Im in Cheyenne) I discovered Woodcraft. They have good quality tools on hand and sales people that are willing to work with me to buy what I need, not necessarily the biggest and most expensive tool. Their lumber selection could be a little better but for the space they have its one of the best for hardwood. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable not only for the hardcore woodworkers but also for hobbyist like myself. After a 15 year sabbatical from woodwork I most likely would have given up on all my woodworking ideas had it not been for the help of this store and its employees.

They have some cool stuff, but this is overshadowed by a belittling, and snooty attitude. Their loss. Spent about five hundred bucks the first and last time I was there. I know other folks who haven’t taken the time to write a review that feel the same way about Wood Craft’s Loveland location. For it being so out of the way they really should hire employees who know how to be polite. It was an older lady who I’m referring to. The younger gentleman I spoke with was great, but my first impression left me looking elsewhere.

If youre interested in wood working or looking to pick up a hobby this is the place to be. Its like an incredible toystore for wood workers. Not to mention everyone in store is super sweet.

Very nice store for mostly anything Woodworking, from Pen-Making/Knife-making to tools to a wide selection of exotic and domestic woods, this store has it all. One of my favorite stores aswell! The store has a few odds and ends, some of the employees act a little paranoid which kinda freaks me out but they are all knowledgeable about what they do, and most of them are very friendly, and also the prices are pretty high for some of the stuff that wouldnt cost much to ship to you from online.

Love this store and spend thousands of dollars there each year. Hate to give a bad review but i feel like people (owners) would appreciate the feedback. First off Id like to say Im probably one of the few younger folk that I ever see at the store and generally am looked at like Im there to rob the place. Today I spent about 30 min sorting through the cherry lumber rack picking out around $400 worth of cherry and when I asked Terry for a ticket to pay for it, he hesitated and asked me if i actually wanted to buy it. Like i was sorting through an entire pallet of lumber for fun or something. When it came time to pay for the lumber and another $200 worth of merchandise Terry rang me up and didnt even have the decency to say thank you. I love woodcraft but am starting to not like this location. I dont usually write reviews unless Im absolutely compelled. This situation is beyond my comprehension why anyone would have such an employee representing a business let alone woodworking and woodcraft.

TERRIBLE customer service. We purchased a tool only seven days ago, and we want to return it and purchase a much more expensive version of the tool. The manager will not accept it back to the store, because we have used it once. It looks brand new, but he claims he is not in the business of selling used tools. When I said this policy should be explained clearly at the time of purchase, he said he has a return policy sign at the registers saying there are limited reasons a return can be made. This hardly constitutes a warning that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. He did not want to do a single thing to rectify our experience. Very disappointing.

Staff member was rude felt very uncomfortable, normally I have good experiences at this store and have spent a lot of money but this has changed my opinion of the place.
