Ive really never had a bad experience at this or any other Axe Hardware. It generally lives up to what I expect from a business. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place though maybe a little too stocked. (When you have that much stuff it makes it challenging to find what your looking for) not a complaint. Just an observation.But if you do have a similar situation. Theres plenty of staff to help you.

Quick in, quick out. Easy paint purchase. Usually only go to Ace for specific items that I cant find at the bigger hardware stores. At Ace, you get quality and pretty much always pay more for it.

Very happy with the sales persons up front and at the gun counter. Very helpful employees all around. I will definitely be back for anything I need for my home & garden!

As soon as I entered I was greeted by two cheerful female cashiers. Wow! It takes soooo much pressure off of a woman going into a hardware store seeing smiling women. All the men were very friendly too! I was asked if I needed help and was able to mosey around and price things out. I felt so welcome and Ill definitely come back

If I could give the service at this ACE a minus score I would!! Every time I make a purchase in this store something is mispriced! I went back in to get the price adjusted, the clerk acted like it was my fault!! This clerk is so rude, I should have just thrown the product at her and gotten a refund!

I LOVE ACE! I’m like a kid in a candy shop! They will have what you are looking for! Trust me! I have a blast coming here looking at all the gadgets. We came here for a better quality snow shovel and we found one! They have free popcorn in the back to enjoy while you are shopping. They also have a nice gun store attached to it. My husband has been treated very well there and respected. He has bought two guns from them before and they had excellent customer service!

A first class hardware store that also carries sporting goods. Best in Loveland.

Lots of knowledgeable people who like to help and offer assistance. Also, a friendly atmosphere. I like that it has a little fashions and trinkets area up front too.

I purchased a new key fob last winter. It didnt ever work properly. Im disabled with COPD. In extreme heat or cold I cannot breath. I cant be locked out of my car. I just returned to Ace. Id lost my receipt.Fisher, from the Key Department figured out to fix my key fob on the spot as no replacement was available.Thank you Fisher!

Id like to know why my husband was kicked out of the store when he just went in to buy a wrench to put a part on our car? Two store managers accused him of not having the funds to buy anything and said he looks like he is up to no good. This is outrageous. You discriminated against a customer because of how they look. SHAME ON YOU!

I really like this place above all the rest. If you cannot find it, theres a really good chance Ace is the place. Ive only ever left there once unsuccessful, and it was for an absolutely obscure item I didnt expect them to stock (brass m4 .7 nut). No one carries micro metric brass nuts. 😉

Our Ace Hardware here in Loveland is the best! Not only are the people always friendly and helpful, but they also have the coolest, most eclectic collection of fun, random stuff!

I LOVE ACE! Whether Im grabbing something I need in a hurry at either of the two Fort Collins locations, or at my fav in Loveland, ACE never disappoints. I visit ACE for plumbing, electrical and hardware needs. My wife prefers ACE for yard items such as bird feeders, hummingbird feeders and accessories, and more. And if you shop at ACE youll have been blown away as we have been by the sheer number of well-trained employees. They are all over the place! As you walk in youre greeted and asked if you can be helped with anything. If you ask for the location of an item be prepared to be directed to it within inches of its spot on the shelf. Its a bit amusing actually. Please support local stores like ACE. Theyve gone out of the way to be customer-focused and provide an experience you wont find easily anywhere else.

Too many encounters with rude employees for me to ever want to shop here again. I went to one of their smaller competitors and was greeted warmly at the front door, helped by very nice employees in multiple departments, and easily found everything I was looking for.

If you are looking for a specialty tool that some of the big box stores do not have Ace is definitely the place to find it. Their staff is super helpful even during the pandemic they are doing a great job social distancing everything. The staff by far is the most helpful.
