Mri technician is amazing. He makes it very comfortable for you

Used to be great but doctors are being replaced with NPs. Some are good but some are REALLY BAD! I have had a primary care doc for 3 years I still havent met because he is booked several months ahead and I get pushed to nurses.

0 stars! Doctors have no idea what they are ordering and give zero thought to patients medical history. I work in a hospital and can tell you OSF doctors are bottom of the barrel! Insurance fraud is a possibility too.

I like Dr. Zeigler here at the Rock Cut location! And the nurses are nice as well as the receptionists. Everyone is knowledgeable and everything is clean, regarding the pandemic. Thank you!

Awesome place

I hate coming here. They literally always tell me nothing pretty much give you a band-aid and tell you to go home. The doctors dont seem to intelligent and nurses arent very nice I wish my insurance covered another clinic. If you can avoid going here please do no one there has any knowledge.

The receptionist with the long blonde hair has aways been horrible. Terrible attitude and doesnt check in patients in a timely fashion at all. Had to call my doctors pediatrician upstairs and explain the horrible service in prompt care and beg for an opening immediately.

I am extremely happy here, when my former physician retired, I found Dr Kouimelis and staff here, closer to my home, professional. No longer need to go to the hospital for mammogram, or labs.

The doctors really care about there patients and go the extra mile to ensure that you not only know what is going on but also know the alternative things you can do for it.

I’ve seen Dr. Marck (primary), Tom Magerl, and Dave Finnegan. They’re all amazing. Highly recommend!

Nice and clean facility. My doctor was very nice and its close to home.

Ive been here three times within a month for the same problem and still have my problem. The third time I came back, the doctor made it sound like I was lying and didnt do anything new to try to solve my Heath issue, I could even say they did less; Not sending my sample to culture even after I asked, not giving me antibiotics, nor recommending me to a specialist. I didnt even receive a call back. Theyre negligent. Even their immediate care on my second visit said that if I get any worse I should just go to the er... which is extreme...and I come back to see a doctor after finishing my second set of medication that hasnt worked and they say nothing is wrong? I will have to live with the consequences of not taking care of this for life and this medical facility makes me feel hopeless.
