Honestly hate the fact that this is the closest Starbucks to my house… yes I went at 510 which is early I get that but literally being the only person in line that early with a 7 minute ticket time is low key ridiculous!!!! All I ordered was a large caramel frappe….. I’ve definitely had the slowest service everytime waiting 10-15 minutes or longer almost every time I come here…. I’ve even done orders online 10 minutes ahead of time and when I went inside to pick up waited another 10 minutes!!!
Staff is always super nice, they kindly gave me a face mask for class when I forgot mine at home ❤️🔥
So.... I go by often and sometimes i experience a wasp issue in the drive thru. Bella was great and super professional handling it... Some one cal the exterminator please ppl l
The late night shift is extremely rude and inconsiderate. They make rude comments, work with an adittude, slam receipts down and dont even call out the name of the order, they just let it accumulate at the end. My brother is autistic and they dont even bother looking at him or communicate with him. Made him feel stupid. Theyre disrespectful and higher management really should get involved.

An employee reached out the drive-thru window to pet a dog. I dont know if that employee was preparing my food or not. Its was unnecessary and unsanitary.

Normally I have great service stopped this morning to get a chi tea my cup was only half full the rest was form. At these prices they could keep the form and just full the cup with the tea.
Just had the worst experience at this location and will make full effort to never come here again. Went in the parking lot to put in a mobile order for myself and my daughter and her friend. Once we placed the order I then drove around to the drive through and told them the name on the order. There was maybe two people in front of me and maybe another one or two cars behind me. When it was my turn at the window it was a couple minute wait (which I didnt mind!). The worker then decides to feel the need to tell me if I place a mobile order I need to wait before coming to the drive through. It tells you exactly how long it takes the make the order and you cant just come put your order and come right up! Wouldnt this have been the same as if I drove up and placed the order live? I didnt appreciate the attitude from her. You wont have to worry about my order anymore because I will for sure not be coming to your location. South Alpine & Harrison will forever get my business.
Im a pretty consistent customer here and while the employees are friendly most of the time.The drinks are often messed up or lacking. This is the third time Ive gotten a drink with light or no ice and my drink isnt filled. Im not paying obnoxious amounts of money for crafted coffees and lattes to only be served 2/3 of the drink... And have it only possibly made right.In this particular scenario they also didnt have coconut milk, so I had to substitute for almond. 🤷♀️Trying to understand how its so difficult to fill the drinks up all the way...
I came there for a meeting but I was late so the other people had already ordered something and the whole hour that we were there they never came over and asked me if I wanted anything. So I didnt even bother.
The drinks are delicious at this Starbucks. They fix exactly the way you say it... 5 stars from me!!
My espresso was lukewarm. I do mean room temperature. I waited in line for 15 minutes in the drive through and recieved my Americano and my husband s pike with cream and sugar added. We drove away as I sipped my Americano and I was so disappointed so I waited to find a location to turn around. I went into the s.b. and said that my Americano was lukewarm and I was asked if I wanted another. I said yes of course and waited another several minutes to be handed a new beverage and was asked if it was alright? I took a sip to find it so HOT that I burned my inside of my mouth. I guess if you complain you pay. So very disappointed. My husband and I are good s.b. customers and have never had this kind of problem. Would not reccomend the riverside location in Rockford Illinois.
This has become my favorite location! The staff is always friendly and energetic. FAST with as busy as they get. And they even have taken the time to know me by name/ drink. Or maybe I’m there too much? 🤣

I am a very consistent customer as this starbucks is close by my house but the visit i just had was not pleasant, I ordered a Lg and she assumed i said md, My cup was very sticky, Didn’t even give me a straw and my drink wasn’t even shaken and i cant do much abt it bc i have no straw, Highly unsatisfied and upset. 1/10 wouldn’t recommend.
Loved it! What ever my sons girlfriend ordered was delicious. The prices are little much for the quantity. more gluten free options would be great. The cashier was awesome happy with a smile. 😊

Tried a new coffee that I havent tried before. I was very happy with it. Im not a coffee drinker, so if I cant taste the coffee then you have done your job for non coffee drinkers.
They always never get my order correct. They never have peach tea. I came to this one several times with my order and constantly they say “oh sorry we ran out of peach tea. Plus the lines are always horrendous.

Gabrielle has redeemed this spot for me which I’ve avoided since I didn’t care for how to drinks were made compared to other locations. Her customer service in the morning before 8am and also willingness to suggest options, even if I had rewards to get a free item was refreshing even compared to other locations.Normally I’m given a sigh or not given attention of recommendation when mentioning a free drink or free reward, or I’ve been talked down to get “cheaper” options. If I’m paying for something or not I and don’t care to be treated differently.She was also friendly enough to offer a drink that was made wrong even though she didn’t have to regardless of my order.The drinks were also enough caffeine to keep me awake and not bitter enough to make me not finish it.Thanks for making me want to come back Gabriella!! #starbucks give this woman some props for customer service in the morning!

At first, I thought my order was completely wrong, getting the wrong egg bites and my drink was made wrong (it wasnt, I was just used to two shots instead of one). When I came inside to ask about it, the staff were so kind and understanding. Though I said the egg bites I got were still good, they still offered to replace them! They also gave me an extra shot in my drink for free. Amazing, helpful people. Absolutely try it.
Worst Starbucks I think I have ever been to. What’s the point of ordering ahead on a mobile order when you go there and you have to wait an additional 15 minutes. And the staff never seems to care 🤷🏼♀️

The last three times I have received a free item, it was not honored at this location, even after showing the employee the reward in the app on my phone. Twice, I have missed out on a reward due to the ignorance of an employee at this location.I will not be back.

Horrible horrible customer service from forest hills and riverside location i will not be going back to this location. I dont understand how upper management can allow someone in a shift lead position who represent their store unprofessionally and are extremely rude to the customers. First of all you are the ones who messed up the order and to get an attitude because you have to remake it along with snatching the drink from their and yelling at them out the drive thru window as they are leaving you really shouldnt be in customer service to begin with
This place seems to choose to close whenever they see fit to. It says online theyre open but they like to use the orange cones to block the drive thru ALOT!
Seems to me that Starbucks attracts some great, hard-working people. The facility was up to the standard Ive come to expect, as well as being clean and tidy, in general, when I visit. The barista took my order accurately, even though it was loud and I stutter a lot; plus I cant say all the coffee words very well and my wifes and my drinks are unusual, with a lot of substitutions and restrictions.

I have gone to McDonalds for years for their iced mocha and they would always get it wrong. Finally took my wifes advice and bought the Starbucks version and WOW! I cant believe how good it really is. I will never go anywhere else for my coffee again. 🥰☕
The drinks were delicious as always, but I was very upset to see people not wearing masks inside the store and when I asked the staff about it, he said that they were not enforcing that rule inside the store. Seriously its not like a pandemic going on!! Shame on you Starbucks!!!

I love Starbucks! They always have a friendly tone, smile on their face, and just seem all around welcoming! Its a bit pricey but I love coming once a week or so. Makes for a great treat! My fave is the Chai Latte- iced of course!
They were so jam packed with the holidays specials and cups that just came out today. Hannah was just excellent with her customer service and calling out orders. The place was jam packed about 8:30 until 9:30 and it took me that long to get service but it was well worth the wait with the clientele it was in there and the workers that were preparing the coffees. They couldnt get him out fast enough unfortunately because of the overwhelming numbers of people at stopped and to take advantage of this and it being just a hotspot for people to gather. Wonderful experience in spite of the long delay
Riverside location is my favorite. Wait times are longer now because of heavy traffic, but they still work hard to move as quickly as possible. Never had an issue with rudeness or unprofessional behavior. Keep up the great work guys!
Amazing. I needed coffee stat. It was delightful. The person working the drive thru was absolutely the most pleasant person I had ever heard. Because they were out of something for what I wanted they gave me a free cake pop. Was so good I was in heaven. Was also huge. Always a pleasure to go to Starbucks

I always recieve my order correctly. One thing that bothers me is when I pay that much for the convenience, to have the same person hand me the card reader out the window and hand me my order.....without a hello, no hi, how are you, no kind of appreciation whatsoever.....nothing. then retrieve the card reader from me....and walking off. I quit going after this last time. In fact I just make my own coffee or do without if Im in town.

It was a Friday night and surprisingly unbusy and quiet. The staff seemed a bit off, as though they would have preferred to have no more customers that night. Its a new location, so the table furniture is fantastically up to date, but not really comfy. It was really clean, which I appreciate. Their coffee and food menu seemed limited. There werent any large glass cases of water, snacks and such. Enjoyable place.
Love this location. The Baristas are great and know the regulars drinks pretty much by heart. Alex, Suzie, and Hannah are wonderful and great to see first thing in the morning! I used to go to the State Street location but they have gone down hill. I found a hair in my drink and to this day the kid still wears his down and not pulled back; I will not go back.
Get service promptly an the drinks are always correctly made. A little pricey but oh so worth it. Love every Starbucks I have been too.

You guys really need to work on wait times. Its ridiculous that you sit 10 minutes in the drive thru without moving. And its not like you can leave because they have it blocked off! The beverages are typically good quality, but the wait is inexcusable!

This Starbucks is never open. Every time I want to just swing in and get a coffee, its never open. Like today...Saturday at 3pm...Closed. Like the other day....5am....Closed. And countless other times. Its crazy. Im going to Dunkin.
I travel the world. I have been in Starbucks in Europe, Middle East, and all over the US. This is the worst in-store experience of any store I have been in. The noise volume is beyond ridiculous. The staff seems to go to great efforts to throw equipment around to add to the noise. There has been no effort whatsoever to deaden the noise through sound absorbing decor. The music is loud and not pleasant. The staff is typical of the uncaring, teenage, socially out of touch, new type of corporate customer service. Think of an unpleasant airline experience combined with the sound of jet engines in an indoor environment. My nomination for worst Starbucks in the World.

They were extremely slow this morning in the drive through. If I would have been able to get out of the line I would have. Curbing wouldnt allow without damaging my car. Sandwich was good though.
