Great Place with friendly staff who definitely know what they are selling. A great help to the community, and definitely one of the most Iconic Stores in Lowell. Excellent Prices and range of accessories as well as instruments too! The staff is very down to earth and friendly,Marlene has a great memory for anything, anything, whether it is musical gadgets, gimmicks, or students shes taught (like my 20 year older than me cousin who she still remembers! Wow!)Eric is more than a whole unit of Inspiration from many Students across the Middle Schools, (where the band program and a generation of musicians begins), and is also very amicable,And Im sure Buck is great.They also serve free cake on special dates!

We went to give our rising 5th graders a chance to see the instruments they can select between for next year. We got tons of 1 on 1 attention, they got to hold and try whatever instruments they were interested in. In the end everyone is happy and instruments are selected with confidence.

I strongly recommend this place! They sell various instruments and its the perfect place for band students. They do private lessons, got sheet music, can try the intrument out (as long as you bring your own mouthpiece) and got nice brands that I always use. The owner is very nice and kind. I feel that it is a bit more expensive here (at least saxophone reeds), but considering youll most likely get what you want here, its not bad at all. Strongly recommended!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I have bought my alto sax, reeds, and tons of music from this place. My questions have always been answered quickly and easily. This place has lessons as well which I find very helpful. Overall, an excellent place for any instrumental or musical needs.

It was 4:10 pm on a Saturday and I realized that the store closes at 4, and luckily I calledThat lady waited for me until 4:30 and we’re able to get the violins for my girls.The best customer service, helpful and quick. Truly recommend them.

Very helpful and knowledgeable people here. They enjoy every instrument (and they have a LOT to choose from) thats in here, and are glad to help you find the perfect fit for your style and budget. Luthiers are available to fix and adjust almost anything. Music lessons are offered, too. Its a little hidden and tucked away, but the best places are.

Phenomenal local music store with wonderful owners and staff, an incredible asset to the greater Lowell area. I took intro saxophone lessons with them and continued to buy supplies until moving away for college, including ordering music for auditions. I wish I had a place this friendly and well stocked where I live now.

Brian and Marlene are so awesome! They are very knowledgeable and can answer almost any question one could have about instruments. Ive ordered music before and its come in much earlier than estimated. The one downside is that the teenagers they hire dont know enough to answer basic questions about guitar strings or woodwind reeds.

Great resource for musicians and parents of budding musicians. They had the Alto Sax instructional book my son needed and offered to order something else we wanted. Met the owner and her mom--lovely experience!

Very helpful staff, I bought Alto Sax for my son here after searching for many months online and other stores. They had very good condition Sax at very competitive prices. I cant recollect the guys name who was so helpful in showing us all the pieces even though we told him we are still not sure of buying few weeks back. We went back and bought the same piece last week and happy I bought it from UM.

Always helpful, fixed my guitar up really nicely. I refuse to go to Guitar Center after going there because its a small business who takes care of its customers.I bought a new guitar from GC and it needed work. My girlfriend bought a used guitar and it was in great shape, especially for the price.Support local businesses, and if youre lucky, youll hear Stairway to Heaven on a ukulele.
