I Bought a used suburban in November of 2020. DVD system did NOT work. We agreed when the transaction happened that DVD system would be fixed. The dealership held up their end of the deal. The DVD system works now. The service department is unsatisfactory. Not only have I had to bring the purchased suburban in 4 times, but they damaged the dash each time they’ve had it. I’m appalled by the carelessness of the workers they had working on it. So now, I have to bring it in yet again for the damages to be repaired...when the parts are ordered. This is the first and last time I will do business with this establishment.The service department finally made everything right. 3/17/21
Not happy today, got there super early 640 and didnt get out until 10am Ive never experienced this for a oil change and tire rotation. But the upside is that I was accommodated for it
It was ok, but was wanting to talk to the original dealer ship guy that helped us 5yrs ago. He was promoted to a higher position so he couldnt help. I still like that dealership.
Best service ever. Eshan done a amazing job and helped my mom find the car she wanted, so friendly and courteous and he showed her all features and how to work them on the new car. I highly recommend this dealership and ask for Eshan he will give you a great deal.

I dropped my car on Monday. They said they will call me on Wednesday. I called them on Wednesday around 5 pm and they said they will call me back. I didn’t receive the call and I am still waiting. Very bad service.

We had a car problem leaving our hotel in Lubbock Saturday morning. Luckily we were right next to this GM dealership. The service advisor, John Dillon, told us that he wasnt sure if they could get to it today because they were really busy, but he would see what he could do. We are in the middle of a two week long road trip with and bunch of kids and all our hotels are already booked and non-refundable, so this set back is a big deal! We brought our car in at 9:00 am and we were driving out of Lubbock at 11:00 am! Thank you so much for having pitty on us and being so quick!
Nice sales lady and they didnt take all day as other dealerships take. They had snacks, waiting area with TV, and section for the kids as you wait for the bank to get back to ppl.
Took truck in to get ac fixed, now truck does not drive right and makes noises it has never made. Going to give them one final chance to fix the issue, then going to trade truck off. Will never own Chevy again or buy from Gene Messer. You can get a vehicle cheaper in Dallas if you make the trip, at least 10,000 dollars cheaper.
