TERRIBLE SERVICE!!-They had my RV for 3 months!!-Constantly lied to me on timetable/when they would have it fixed.-Never once called me for an update.-Got drivers seat and carpet dirty with grease/oil-SOMEONE WAS SLEEPING IN MY RV!! I found the bed used when I picked it up. (see pics)-Only fixed one of the four issues that I brought it in for.-Diagnosed the generator (under warranty) but never called my extended warranty to file a claim. So it never got fixed.-Chris and his team seemed very unconcerned with fixing my vehicle, and were quite unapologetic for their horrible service.Absolute worst service I have ever received at an automotive shop.

Absolutely would NEVER use this place again. They took over 2 months to get my boyfriend’s truck diagnosed. NEVER once received a call from them. We had to reach out nearly every week to attempt to get an update on his truck. We drove by periodically, and several other vehicles were in and out of there while my boyfriends truck was in the same parking spot he dropped it off in. I called and asked for an estimated time on when it would be done. They said they would pull it in to the garage to look at it then. After a month and a half, they still hadn’t even looked at it! Finally, we decided to pull his truck out and take it somewhere else. My boyfriend called THREE times in a week for them to pull his truck out. Every time he called and asked, they had no memory of him calling.

Great service and great attitude trust worthy. They finished 2 days earlier than anticipated and $120 under budget quote. Well worth the time to go to them for your DURAMAX engine repairs. Misty at front desk is a charm.

Okay I have to tell yall i regretfully used this horrible shop, I dropped my pickup off (had it a wrecker drop it because engine needed overhaul) but it was running. In October 2020, I just barely got it b as back on September 10th 2021. And I had to take action to just get the status of repairs. Kcbd investigations with Scott Mann had to get involved and just to get my keys after pay bill took county sheriffs deputies to get them. And they lied about why my engine harness was damaged I found evidence of a fire, which was because of their lack of knowledge . A little back story I dropped pickup off while out of the country,I use this pickup to pull camper for ministry. I still have to reprogram all my keys and fix several oil leaks and fix wiring that they just cut its obvious when they had the fire, if they hadnt tried to hide it ... But they shouldve washed fire extinguisher residue off... Do not use this place. The lady at desk is a professional liar,for Chris the owner and Chris wont even speak to you in person unless hes cornered,but over the phone he will tell you off. I will add this the day I finally decided to take my ram 2500 no matter what I blew up and demanded my pickup,they pretended like Chris wasnt there when in fact his cowered self was in a camper right outside by my pickup. I pray they either start doing things differently or that when this investigation gets on kcbd11 they are run out of business so they can never do this to anyone else. As a small business owner myself,I cant believe they even have customers,we that have had issues need to reach out here and to kcbd11 and push this investigation on tv.

After 4 or 5 months of having my truck i came back and found a bunch of things missing. Injection pump, stereo, and computer system.The keys were in the car, the hood and doors were open when the keys shouldve been in the lockbox. The people working refused to take responsibility for this theft despite happening on their property behind locked gates.

Avoid this repair shop, especially if you are on vacation and passing through the area and need any repairs. Maybe if you are a local it is different.9 / 3 passing through town I went to the shop because I was leaking fuel from my rear fuel tank on a 1995 F250 Diesel. Chris looked at the truck. Could not see the problem but suggested I have the tank dropped, inspected and repaired. He suggested I do not drive back to you CA leaking fuel. I agreed and they jumped on the task right away, which I was grateful for. They found the leak and made the necessary repairs.Leaving the shop, I headed to Roswell NM. On my way there I discovered my first problem with the repairs, which was when I switched to use the rear tank the gauge pegged out past full. This usually indicates a non-functional gauge. Second problem when I went to fill the tank in Roswell fuel dumped on the ground. I looked under the truck and noticed the fuel filler hose was not connected to the fuel neck but instead was crumpled up against the chassis.9 / 4 called the shop, spoke with the secretary and she said Chris would call me back. Never did. After limping the truck back home to CA, I have called the shop numerous times. All I get every time is the secretary making excuses on why Chris cannot and has not returned any of my calls.I am so angry and disappointed in the owner Chris and the secretary. This is so unprofessional on how you run and operate a business. You make a mistake or in this case his employee you own up to your mistakes and make the necessary repairs to correct the mistake. I would not be so upset or even writing a negative review if Chris would call me back, refund my credit card or at the least pay for the other shop here at home in CA to do the repairs I have read the reviews and can not believe Chris will not correct his mistakes made by his mechanic.On a positive I do appreciate how they were able to push aside other work and do the necessary repairs on my truck right away and complete within a few hours knowing I was in trouble and passing through. On another positive everyone was or seemed very friendly and professional. Will I remove this review and write another? Yes. Only if he can return my call and do what is right.

For months I have been stressed about the back hatch of my Nissan not opening. I just knew it was going to be a very expensive repair. A friend of mine told me to take it to Willis Auto and Diesel. I had a contaminated DEF tank and needed to drive my truck to Ohio from Lubbock. First I took the truck to the Ford dealership off of 289; they wanted me to replace my entire DEF system to the tune of $2500.00. I called Willis and they not only got me in right away when they learned I was on a tight schedule, they thoroughly cleaned out the DEF system, performed systems checks, and got me on the road by the afternoon for less than a third the cost that Ford wanted. If you have a diesel with problems, take it here! Can’t recommend highly enough.

Great service and nice folks. My wife and I were 6 hours from home and on a deadline when our diesel box truck had check engine light issues. They were able to fast track us in and had us back on the road in no time..they also fixed the a/c which made the ride home much more bearable. I highly recommend them from our experience.

Couldnt believe it! Im so disappointed in the owner and front desk person. We have spent money with them in the past, and they have done a great job in the past. I understand the pressures of small businesses as we own one ourselves without going into detail in writing a book we will no longer take our cars to them due to a very hostile and angry owner. It felt like our money, our car, and our time didnt mean much to them, I guess they have plenty of customers and bread and butter is not a priority, thats not a why small business move my car was there last week for a couple of days so I decided to pick it up because it was. Okay to drive. I returned it Monday and picked it up with an owner coming at me yelling and screaming for $125 diagnostic fee I asked for the reading for proof, oh boy. that was the wrong thing to do! I still dont believe they did anything! my husband is rather Stern at times but very precise in verbal communication the receptionist is used a couple of words that did not sync with what the owner was telling me it was quite scary... in thier office, haha or not, I feel like a gun would come out at any time... I paid of course! Im still stunned!

My truck broke down in my driveway! Willis had it towed to their shop and diagnosed it. Their estimate was lower than anyone elses ! Fraud. Thief. Pathetic mechanic. Horrible.Does not warranty work and does not call to confirm price of services and then wants to hold your car hostage until you pay.He had my car for a month 6-8 weeks ago trying to fix it. He finally said it was fixed after almost $1,000. Within a couple of days I called with a video of my car blowing air out the gas tank. I’ve since called several times to report issues but didn’t have another month to leave it. Today I had no choice. It wasn’t working at all. I dropped it off assuming he warranties his work. It was the EXACT same issues. I was asked a couple of questions and then received a call that it was fixed. Never a call with a repair amount. I would have picked my car up and taken it to a reliable mechanic. I walked in to pick it up and was told I needed to pay almost $300 in LABOR to get my car. I was infuriated but needed my car. Instead of staying I took my keys, left and immediately called with a credit card...because I’m not a low life loser thief like he is. I’ll deal with it in other ways beginning with reviews and word of mouth warnings to everyone. Stay away from this business.

2014 Ram 1500 5.7: Experienced and exhaust manifold leak on the passenger side. I called the shop (never used before) and was able to set an appointment that was convenient for me since I don’t live in Lubbock. I dropped the truck off on the day of the appointment and told Misty what the issue was. A few hours later she called me and told me the mechanic located a broken bolt on the manifold which was causing the leak. Misty gave me a price to do the repair over the phone. The repairs were completed this same day. When I picked the truck up, the bill was exactly what I was provided over the phone. Overall experience was great and I have had no further issues with the truck after the repairs were made. Very easy shop to work with.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with this shop.Took my 2005 duramax in a couple years ago with unknown electrical issues. They found the problem almost immediately and had it fixed and out the door quickly, extremely reasonable cost too.Earlier this week (Tuesday afternoon) I dropped my truck off again with them to change some seals, fix some leaks, and service my transmission and transfer case. They were again, prompt and informative with me on the issues and they had the truck fixed and out the door in the early afternoon on Friday.Great shop, friendly staff. I highly recommend.

We bought a used diesel truck and they inspected it and everything was good, except for a pitman control arm. They told us we could make it on a planned trip, but get it fixed soon.m. we thought they were very good.

Since my truck sat there all week and nothing was done to it then Id say very disappointed that no phone call was given at least to let me know it would not be gotten too. This is a business truck and I was off that week so that maybe something could have been done or at least had I been notified i could have brought it someplace that wanted to work on it. Now Im back to limping along till I have some time to find someone who can work on it.so Id say work on communication for most. Thanks

We bring my car to them because it fail on a state inspection for a tag renewal due to something about break problems ( i have no clue what the problem was) they inspect the car find no problem ( well we just have break pad service like 8 month before the inspection), so they suggest to re inspect the car to a diffrent place. We did that and passes the inspection.They did not charge us anything for the inspection, their time or their opinion. And the 2 technician and the desk lady was very friendly oh and their puppy too. I definitely recommend them to anybody. Thank you guys for yall time we appreciate it.

I have had 2 services done there on my 2009 Honda Civic one was for just a transmission fluid change and a 110k mile service Which included spark plugs valve adjustments and an oil change. I have been having issues with my vehicle starting every once in a while and I decided to take it back to make sure it gets taken care of I drop my vehicle off late in the afternoon and the next day I get a call about how they need to replace the battery, the front brakes, the starter and the spark plugs have to be gapped. To my surprise they are saying the battery needs to be replaced when I had just changed less than a year ago and it was a brand new battery and that the spark plugs had to be gapped as they had just worked on them 4k miles ago. I tell them that my battery was brand new and that they just worked on my vehicle 4k miles ago and they tell me they will take a look at it and call back. Now when they call they advised that the battery terminals had corrosion and they were able to clean them up and battery was fine and that the spark plugs they will take care of as they worked on them before and will not charge me for it. I have not had any complaint with them before but this time I feel that either they did not do the complete work when they worked on my vehicle that second time or that it wasnt good work as they needed to work on it again. At this point I let them know I didnt want to get my vehicle repaired and I picked up my vehicle. I have to now find a different mechanic and get a second opinion. I do not think they were trying to screw me over but I think that the situation probably could of been handled better.

Chris and the team went above and beyond.... These guys really know their diesels. No one else even came close to be able to figure out my truck so quickly and accurately. Highly recommend! From what I can tell in their parking lot, they really know their Cummins, Duramax and Power Stroke engines...

I recently purchased a used diesel truck that I knew would need some TLC. The folks at Willis did just that, going through with a fine tooth comb to get the truck running very nicely.A few months ago, my torque converter bit the dust and I had to have my transmission replaced. Misty jumped through hoops with my extended warranty company to get the replacement covered, a literal life-saver for my family and I.A month ago, I noticed a suspension component was worn and took it to Willis Auto and Diesel. On one of my initial visits, my ball joints were replaced, and during this inspection of the suspension component, the fine guys noticed that the ball joints that were previously installed had already destroyed themselves, within a matter of a few thousand miles - way before normal.With no money out of my pocket, they worked with their supplier to warranty those ball joints and replace them with heavier duty parts. That’s killer service.I recommend Willis Auto and Diesel for all of your automotive needs. They’ll do you right.
