This place sent me a 15% off coupon, in my email, for my birthday and refused to except it in store. I was told oh we dont do that here. Then why send out the coupon. I personally only came in here to use the coupon because I prefer the good customer service you get next door at RDA, and they both carry pretty much the same stuff. Will be taking all my business to RDA from now on.

Awesome service every time I visit. Not sure who I spoke with today but asked about a roll about and she looked around for one gave me a call back and got me one. Love that extra help.

This place has rude team members the owner sucks if you ask me I will never purchase straighteners or any heated product from this store again!!!! FYI THEY DO NOT TAKE RETURNS AND IF THEY DO ITS ONLY IN STORE CREDIT.....they also won’t except the item If there not package the way you bought it? So no I don’t like this place I wasted money on something that sucks and wasn’t worth the money we spent!!!!
