Horrible experience. Came today, a Sunday, and there seems to be only one tech, Lauren, working. She did a horrible job on my eyebrows and didn’t seem to care in the slightest. This ruined my day. Don’t go here, it’s not worth it

Love this place. Great atmosphere! Had Meghan for my first 3 waxes, she was amazing. Unfortunately she is no longer there, hoping to find someone like her soon. Will continue to visit till I do.

Very professional, clean and friendly staff. The prices are a little bit on the high end but worth what you pay in my opinion. I love that you can make reservations in advance and their website is easy to use. Just dont let them convince you that you need all their products because they definitely try!

Brenna has been my wax specialist for more than 2 years. We always have a great conversation and she does an excellent job!!! I went to the European Wax Center for the first time to get my brows done. great quality with educated employees. i could of asked for better service. chelsea was the one that did my brows and she was extremely polite and welcoming. she made my brows look amazing. i would definitely go back it is a great environment with and it is very clean and modern and you even get your first visit for FREE!!

First time waxing, I Went in and Madison greeted me right away and made me feel welcomed, she was really sweet. Alexis did my eyebrows, she explained the whole process and surprisingly it did not hurt, she did a really great job! Will definitely be coming back to see her.

Madi was my wax specialist and she went over everything with me and asked my opinion about how I wanted my brows done, etc. She was awesome. So glad I found this place!

The only thing that brought me in was the first visit free waxing! However when I walked in, I kind of regretted it. The ladies in the front presented me with this booklet of services and explained to me their products, etc. They then tried to get me to purchase this buy 6 appointments and save kind of deal, which I turned down, but then they still encouraged me to book my next appointment. I felt very pushed to buy something from there and then it just got uncomfortable when it was actually time for my appointment. I get it, its a business and its sales, however it was too aggressive for my liking.

Their products are amazing! Its a really clean place and the workers are veil friendly. You really will not regret ever going into the wax center.

Had an appointment for a full bikini wax yesterday and it was a great experience. I have had truly terrible experiences everywhere else and Chelsea was great and completely normal, professional, & quick! Will definitely be going back.

Have been coming here since it opened and ive paid alot of money over the years . i bought for my granddaughter and all of sudden they try charging me when ive paid in advanced and they were telling me my granddaughter cant use my account. I bought this for her and asked them to change the name then. They cant a manager has too. Ill wait and see how long it take for them to call me back

Very unprofessional business, I used to follow one of the waxers on social media and she was dipping different objects into her wax as a joke. As someone who is extremely allergic to different substances I felt this was a health hazard. I have also overheard the manager scolding different employees publicly which makes me very uncomfortable as a customer. Will not be returning.

I’ve grown out my eyebrows for 6 weeks with hopes to achieve a fuller shape. I called to book my appointment and asked if there was anyone in particular that was the best at shaping brows, or loved doing them etc. the girl on the phone told me they all had the same training so it wouldn’t make a difference. (At other locations they always refer me to someone that feels shaping brows is their specialty) I went in for my appointment and will never come back to this location. The conversation in the room consisted of “have you been here before?” “Not to this location I’m new to town” “oh”.... the end. Which is not typical for any other European wax center I’ve ever been to. Following the lack of conversation came the wax.. maybe I’m wrong but isn’t it standard for the esthetician to apply pressure to the location after ripping the wax off? Because didn’t happen in my silent wax. By the end One eyebrow was waxed okay, the other was basically only waxed on top and there was zero symmetry in my brows. When the girl handed me the mirror I asked if she missed a spot and she said oh yeah I’ll get it. Then tweezed 2 hairs. (There were about 20 that should’ve been removed) you know when you get a bad haircut and don’t even know what to say, you just leave quietly. That’s what I did. Then I FaceTimed my friend in the parking lot who works at a European wax center in California and she confirmed that 1. My brows look awful and not similar at all & 2. That whoever did my brows didn’t do them well. There wasn’t a chance I was returning for them to solve the problem so I went to a place across town who gladly did what they could to make me happy. Bottom line, go elsewhere.

I have been going to EWC for about a year now. I have got brazilian waxing done by others before I decided to give them a try. And it has been a great experience! I go see Chelsea and she is the absolute best. She has the technique down and takes her time to make sure that you leave with what you want. She is extremely sweet and takes the time to get to know you and make sure to answer any and all questions. She always gives me great tips and instructions for future appointments. I love that EWC give you the option to get prepaid passes. I purchased the buy 9, get 3 because 1. they dont expire, and 2. you can pay payments on them. I have a few left and I will definitely be signing on for more. If this is something that you want to try I definitely recommend Chelsea at European Wax Center. Plus, the prep and wax that they use is extremely less harsh than other hard waxes that I have had in the past. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

The lady who waxed my eyebrows left a LOT of excess hair, leaving my eyebrows looking jus as untamed as when I walked in. She didnt even bother to trim the long, unruly hairs. She barely even plucked; she basically took the wax to my eyebrows and walked off. She didnt say a single word the entire time she did my eyebrows. Very rude.
