I love the selection they have for men my husband is on the bigger and taller side and since I found they have a wide selection of clothes for him at a decent price we havent shopped anywhere else, also the lady at the front was so nice and welcoming!

Better selection on the one off I27. The one on parkway gives better discounts. No pro club here though. And the plain tshirts are way too thin.

Staff was friendly.. prices continue to increase. I love in dfw and needed 1 thing. I was surprised by the price difference compared to what I could pay elsewhere.

I love this place, makeup, hair coloring, hair items and cloths. Where else to go. Plus good price and good services. I love it.

Horrible customer service I was looking at the nose piercing when I was about to check out and she literally rushed me..... I said I’m about to spend my hard earned money and you want to rush me out.... I will never recommend this place to anyone.... she also was switching the prices of the wig to this other customer... there are better beauty supplies in Lubbock that will not be rude and rush customers

Love T Mart but first time coming to this location in Lubbock. Showed up at 6:50pm in a rush to grab eyelashes knowing I still had 10 minute to shop. Lady locked the door as I was walking up and told me they were closed. Guess I’ll continue driving to the East Side for eyelashes! DONT COME HERE!🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

T Mart in east Lubbock has horrible customer service.

Found what I needed at a fair price.

They can be okay with you up until you ask for a refund they dont like to take much of anything back. Please dont leave the store and come back in to ask for something that THEY FORGOT TO PUT IN YOUR BAG that you actually PAID for you wont be getting it. They dont care about providing good customer service.

Absolutely TERRIBLE Customer Service!!! Was treated extremely rude by someone who claimed to be the manager! They carry a particular style of hat that friends and I have worn for years. On a previous visit I asked when they would have more in stock. I came back a week later and they didnt have them. So this time I asked the manager and she said they dont do special orders and to check back in a couple of weeks. I explained Im not asking for a special order, Im just asking when your next order will be in! She got loud and irate as if I were bothering her. I dont know! I said we dont do special orders! I dont know! I told you to come back and see in a couple of weeks! I just walked out, shaking my head like, wow!!!

I visited this store this past weekend. Sadly, my experience was very unprofessional with the manager. The manager is not diverse friendly. Within five minutes of leaving the store, I returned to exchange an item. The manager asked for my receipt (interesting that he needed a receipt since I was there within five minutes). When I stated to him about the receipt, he became very rude, pointed to a sign on the counter and stated to me that this was his practice as written on paper sealed to his counter but was not written on the receipt. In addition to his rude statements, he took my receipt in which I was only there to exchange one item and kept it. I purchased several times from the store, 6 items and he was keeping my entire receipt. When I stated to him that I was displeased, once again I got a rude comment on his store practices. I have never been to a store and my entire receipt was kept when I had other purchases. This manager is rude and not respectful of minorities in this area. Sadly, for this store to be located in an area that serves predominately lower socioeconomic populations, this store has not contributed to the well being nor build up of the area. I wrote a statement on the website and realize that the manager took down the website within 24 hours. Thus, I hope that my comments stay to provide clarity into this bottom feeder who consumes from customers with uncustomary practices.
