My girlfriend and her friend went into the store exchange my Christmas gift and were constantly asked if needed help multiple times and responded by saying they were looking to continue to shop. Towards the end of the shopping experience the two of men working the floor were told by my girlfriend friend that should come back next week to buy and that’s when the two men commented saying “ is that when you get your onlyfans money” this was a very unprofessional comment and shouldn’t be tolerated at any store.

I drive down from North of Amarillo to buy my jeans. Boot Barn is the only place that has small enough sizes in womens that look great.

Womens selection is horrible.... Staff not very helpful.

Wow the best experience of our life my grandson at 17 got his first pair of boots I had called to let them know the budget I was on they literally went out of their way and found some boots but I was on the phone we went in the next day perfect fit the staff so so amazing thank you all for being so wonderful

Easy to get to, with a front side store, you dont have to walk through the mall to get to it. Very large selection, every kind of boot you can think of. Great selection of apparel, for the every age and occasion. Hope to stay longer next time I visit.

From the time I enetered the business and until I walked out. I had no less than 6 people trying to help me with finding the right pair of boots I was after yesterday. Everyone was very polite and very knowledgeable. I’ll drive an hour and half again to come back to this business when I need to purchase boots.

My husband and I went to Boot Barn to look for work boots for him, this was my third and final visit to this store. We didn’t get ANY customer service until we were walking to the cash register, and then the female that asked us if we needed anything did so as she was power walking to the back. There were 2 female employees standing about 30 feet from us as my husband was trying on boots and never asked if we needed assistance with anything. I have NEVER entered a western wear store where you were not greeted and asked if you need any help finding anything in Lubbock ever, until the Boot Barn. I won’t ever go back.

I love going shopping here, but I get tired of being attacked at the door as soon as I walk in. Let me shop a bit before you harass me to buy something... thats a great way for me to walk out empty handed and head to Cavenders.

I love to buy stuff from Boot Barn for my husband especially the 501 jeans and the Ariat shirts he looks really good and then and I like to get the cologne for him there his wallet my daughter I buy her the Miss Me jeans when theyre on sale and theyre not overpriced they have some really good sales if you keep an eye out

I shopped there and was told my purchase was $231. The next week, I noticed an extra $90 charge to my debit card. When I finally got an answer from the store a week later as to what that $90 charge was, they told me the checker made a mistake and the purchase was actually $321. BEWARE!!! they can charge more to your card than you agree to.
