In the middle of trying on shoes, that I intended on buying, my husband was being sweet by grabbing a chair and bringing it to where I was. The manager came over and told my husband that according to CDC, the chairs need to stay where they were. I couldnt hear what was said, so I asked. My husband said, Apparently, you get Covid if you sit over here. To which I replied, lets just go to the mall and give THEM our business. I asked the manager before leaving what the big deal was. He said it was against CDC regulations. I asked, so, the CDC tells you where you can place chairs? He said, no, but now we have to clean them. Really, Dude?!!! What do you do with all the shoes everyone is touching?!?!?! Shoe carnival lost our business because of that idiot manager!

Not a large choice last time I was in there.

First off none of the 5 different shoes i wanted were in stock so i had to order them. After ordering i received a confirmation email with the wrong shipping address, called the store and was completely dismissed and told it was a customer service issue. Ive sent multiple emails trying to get some kind of resolution anf have yet to get any kind of response or information. Have even called the customer service line to be put on eternal hold. Not only was the shipping address wrong it was a nonexistent location! This has been the biggest waste of time and obviously $75 as ive yet to get a refund either! I will not refer or shop with this company again if this is how it is.

Visit was pleasant was not packed and you could actually get to the register in a 5-minute time instead of a 15 or 20. Store did not have exactly what I was looking for in womens size 12 but I was able to find something that was pleasurable in the mens section.

Buy one get one 1/2 off...you cant beat that...😀😀😀

Great insoles but expensive shoes...

A little disappointed that I was able to walk around the store for 12 minutes before I engaged an employee for assistance. Not the place to shop for dress shoes. Id certainly go back for casual or athletic shoes.

Used Google to find online retailers who had the shoe I was looking for and it also gave me local availability. I drove the whopping mile and sure enough, found them right away. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Great deal on my shoes.

The Shopper stalkers in the store make you feel uncomfortable they asked you about 30 times in less than 10 minutes if you need any help and you tell him know when they continuously ask

I was able to order the shoes I wanted at that moment and not get a response of we cant order those shoes for any reason what so ever.

I went Black Friday shopping and everyone was super nice and helpful. They had all the door Busters stocked out on tables, so I didnt have to hunt for them, there only problem was 2 of the shoes in the ad that I was looking for were nowhere to be found, they helped me look and find similar ones, but my daughter is picky, and wanted what she had picked out, and she had a plan b chioce, but like I said they didnt have that one either. I guess 4 outta 5 people in my family found what they wanted so not too bad. I just wish they wouldve had 1 of the 2, it was kinda a pain.

My fiancé and I initially went in to purchase a pair of non slip shoes for his new job and realized they were having a buy 1 get 1 half off sale and decided to shop around for some tennis shoes. We were inside the store for about an hour and one of their employees named Mike, was following us around the whole time. It seemed as if he was making sure we were not going to steal from their establishment. It made us so uncomfortable that we decided to leave and not purchase anything. While outside sitting in our vehicle deciding where else to go, Mike, decided to make it obvious to gawk at us from their windows. Even more solidifying that he thought we had the intent to steal. I returned to the store to request a corporate number. His response was very snobby and disrespectful that I had even dare to ask for one! I will never shop here ever! I do not appreciate being spied upon while shopping just based off of my appearance! Most unprofessional establishment Ive been in by far.

Good place to find mens size 14-16. Wish they had more of a WIDE selection for boys age. the staff was helpful and friendly

Staff is often low and uninterested in customers. Shoes are sometimes misplaced and its sometimes hard to find specific sizes. Well organized, but a little difficult to navigate.

I was looking for some cheap red Nikes, I found a pair or two at a few places around town. The best looking and cheapest pair were here, at Shoe Carnival

It was amazing, this girl named Vanessa Esparza helped me find the pair of those orthopedic running shoes with the spring in the back I was looking for, those shoes are so nice and swaggy. But ya that vanessa girl is so prettt and nice. She should get a raise.

I went to exchange some shoes there. The sixes I needed were not even in stock and the shoes were too expensive for what you got. Needless to say I will never go to that store again. The service wasnt very good either. From now on I will buy my shoes somewhere else.
