You dont have to lie to me just so you dont have to service me. You guys had 10 min before you closed and im told the doors have been closed with the open sign still on. Thanks for the customer service 🙄😒

Went in to pick up boots being stretched but am pretty upset that they were just set to the side and nothing done to them. Especially since I was leaving town . They did try to correct there mistake while I was there but kind of late to be trying to fix the problem. Through my company I work for I have sent a lot of people over to get work boots. I would hope they are taken care of . I do appreciate the effort from the gentleman that was helping me but ended up having to get my money back.

Staff was incredible. I went to 3 other stores, will be bringing all my business here. They answered questions and helped a lot. Never made me feel pressured or bad.

I get all my boots here. Ive known Ken and the Crew since about 1980 (yes, that is correct). It is rare to find a store that has been operated by the same staff for so long. Get my work boots here... Ariat and also Just boots for casual.

Management is wonderful! Staff friendly, but clothes shrink even washed in cold water and hang to dry.

Wouldnt let me return waterproof boots that leak, I didnt have a receipt but had a bank statement which they said was okay. But once I said they were worn for a week they wouldnt take them.How am I supposed to find out if work boots are any good if I dont wear them?Wont be going here again, they are the cheapest but would rather pay 20 dollars more for better customer service.

One Gas Wastin Mile Outside The Loop On The Levelland Hwy.Went in with an exchange already had a return (RA) number from the manufacturer. Assistant Manager was very hateful. They did not give good customer service. Called another local store explained the situation they said to come by, it totally does not cost the store to do a RA return. Drove back into town they done the Exchange and I spent over $300 in school clothes. Money that Boot City could have had from me, but they are lacking customer service skills therefore they did not get a penny from me.

Great Place! Great People! Great Prices! Bought a pair of Caiman Lucceses this morning. Just awesome service and the best price by over $200. Love the boots and couldnt have asked to be treated any nicer. There are some single star nay-sayers here on Google, but Im being dead honest when I tell you these folks will do all they can to help their customers!
