Went to Lubbock Journeys Store 12-14-20 looking for shoes for our daughter as a Christmas present. I purchased 2 pair of shoes. One pair had to be ordered due to not having her size. I was hesitant to do so, wondering if they would make it in time for Christmas. The sales person assured me that the shoes would be here in time. Well... the shoes arrived but the wrong shoes were sent! I’ve called support and explained, she said that it takes 2 days for a shipping label to be sent to me and the correct shoes will not be sent until the wrong shoes are in the mail!!!Today is the 23rd of December and I’m hitting the streets to purchase another pair of tennis shoes!Thanks Journeys!!!!!!

One of the few places in Lubbock that Ive found Doc Martens. That alone is worth an extra star. Found some limited release red Adidas there too.

I accidentally ordered a size 4 infant red Chuck Taylor converse for our GRANDdaughter who needed a size 4 youth. The salesman @ Journeys was so kind and helpful as I exchanged my gift ! He and his manager graciously expedited what could have been a long trek for me to the Journeys kid store. Kudos, Journeys in South Plains Mall, Lubbock, Texas!

Our sales person was a young girl named Jacki she was super friendly had answers to all our questions was able to deal with my husband and our 3 kids made our experience a breeze HIGHLY recommended this journeys all the staff seemed in great spirits and super willing to help out. Definitely going back !!

This is a neat little place. If you are looking for Converse or Vans this is the place to go. The young girl that waited on us was extremely knowledgeable and kind. She was very patient. We enjoyed our visit.

Really good change of pace from other stores like it. The merchandise is just as you would see it at concerts and not mass printed the way its found in other shops. The owner is a veteran like me which made it a lot easier to relate. Definitely recommended!

The associate was helpful from the moment I walked in. She noticed I had my eyes on a few of the shoes and when I asked to try on one pair, she brought out the others I was looking at as well. Went above and beyond

I love journeys well because I use to work Their we all have goals and no one should make you feel pressure to buy more but it’s our job to make sure our store reaches numbers but I love being apart of them for life

They keep trying to pressure me into buying more than what Im already buying! God its annoying! Brought out 3 different pairs of shoes that i didnt ask for then shoe protectant and socks?? I never even mentioned them... i just asked for one size in one shoe and bought just those shoes and nothing else.Never going again if thats the business model.
