I would recommend anyone to go here as they are the most helpful. They were very welcoming and OK very good feedback in regards to what would work best on me most places do not do. They told me my classes would take over an hour to get ready and they were ready in as little as 30 minutes. I am a poor college student and they try to find me the best deals possible. I am in love with the glasses I got.

The first thing that they need to ask: Do you have insurance? I wasnt ask at all about having insurance. If this had been ask I would of gave you 5-Stars. Because I liked the way the people you have are very helpful and explain everything so clearly. Ill still come back. Everything else was great.

They helped me get good glasses for my son at a reasonable price for 2 pairs. My sons glasses were ready the same day! Thats a must. Mind you my son is seven and he loved it! Trying on different glasses and picking the ones he wanted and liked. My sons glasses were ready in two hours. And waiting to the glasses was fast waited about 15 minutes. They made sure both pairs fit him well before leaving the store. We were two happy customers.

It was my first time coming to this place. I never go anywhere else other than my usual place I go to for glasses but thought of trying out a new place so came to Visionmart. I asked if they could hold some glasses for me that I couldn’t get that day and was even told by the manager herself that they would hold them for me for just a few days until I got paid and they said yes. They even wrote my name down to put in the box along with the glasses. I called a day ahead of time that I would get my glasses the next morning and was confirmed by a worker both the price and that they still had my glasses. When I went they “couldn’t find my glasses” so they told me to go Monday when the person that helped me was going to be there again. I came today, Monday, and they were gone. Not a good first time experience.

I was very happy with the customer service. The lady who waited on me was very nice and answered all my questions and was very patient.

They are so kind and helpful. They do their best to get through customers quickly, but take the time to be with you when it’s your turn. The respect they show for others is next level. The warranty allows me to not panic EVERYtime my son destroys a pair of glasses! They take care of it and send me on my way. Thank you to the crew, you made my day watching how you treat others!

The lady that helped us was super sweet and very helpful. She helped me decide on which glasses and sunglasses looked good on my face. We had all 4 pairs of our glasses ready in less than an hour. We were so happy with the experience. We will be back.

Sales lady was very helpful. She gave me important information about my insurance benefits and then pointed out the frames I could purchase. She gave me a breakdown of costs so I knew exactly what I was getting and how much it would cost. Excellent service, fast and efficient! Glasses were ready within an hour. 😁

When I went to pick up my glasses the store was incredibly busy. There were many people waiting ang the phones were ringing non-stop. The associates at the counter were working so hard to get everyone seen and serviced well and I was amazed at how they handled it all with smiles and great attitudes. I was so impressed!

I have a very complicated vision process that is due to an avm in the right side of my brain stem. I have found it hard to get glasses that worked for me. Dr. Strett from Lubbock has done a lot to help me out, more than any other doctor. Vision mart helped me out with his perscription. Thank you to all involved.

They had a very large selection of glasses, customer service was good but did have a 30 minute wait until we did speak with consultant and purchase my sons glasses. But what made it worthwhile was the glasses were ready in about a little more than an hour

While they can get your glasses done in less than 30 minutes, the wait time and lack of people to help is insane. We waited almost an hour and a half to get what we needed. People were leaving due to the wait. Their bathroom was out of order, which isn’t helpful during a long wait. The employees were nice, but the time one has to wait to get glasses is just unreasonable. The line to pick glasses was even longer. One person to help get glasses and fit them.

They always go above and beyond for us and making the wait time super fast!!!

This eye glasses place did great I went it early in the morning it was 9:30 I got out happy as can be honestly and the staff was very friendly and also the doctor I had she was very friendly helped me to the fullest I can now see everything and it’s the most amazing feeling I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone that needs glassesI also paid in cash for my exam and my framesBoth were very affordable

My daughter and I got there got our eyes checked got contacts went next door picked our glasses and they were ready in 15 minutes they said and hour but they did 15. We were there maybe a total of an hour. We love Visionmart express always always we come here.

I needed glasses quick so I called around looking for places to get into that has a lab in store. One of the other stores finally told me about Visionmart. I went for an eye exam and got 2 pairs of glasses which where done within an hour. When I went to pick them up the lady (I wish I could remember her name!) with blonde hair and tattoos made sure my glasses fit properly, she was I amazing! I would definitely recommend this place!

Great place to get glasses. Super busy at times they need a better system of getting people signed in. We sat in there along with other customers saw other customers come in sign in and move the paper that they signed to the top making the ones that have been sitting there wait longer and then get upset with the associate that tells them.

Walked in picked out a bunch of frames I liked, waited but not too long for someone to give me pricing and options. Got 2 pairs because it was only $10 more after discounts. They were ready the next day and they custom fit them when I got there to fit my head. Great value!

The staff was amazing! They were helpful, knowledgeable, and did everything they could to make this experience a positive one. My glasses were ready in less than 24 hours and the price was on point! I spent less on 2 pairs of glasses than I had previously spent on 1 pair at another location. I will most definitely do business with them again!

I would give them a zero stars if that was an option. They try and up sell you to one of their promotions and give you a certain price- which is way higher than what the insurance company says you are responsible for. Basically they rip you off and say you added warranty and that you got frames that didn’t go with the promotion and so on. Do not go here, unless you want to get ripped off.

Staff are awesome! Very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. I know we are in the middle of COVID-19 BUT the arrangement for the glow of the customers is awful!! They had all but six chairs taped off. Instead of turning over every other chair they had them all in a block with tape and you could only sit in the front ones. People were standing lined up around the walls. I was shopping for new glasses which are on the walls. It was so congested. Free up some chairs!

I have never received a more professional, friendly, and helpful service in my life. Timothy took great care of me and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met.

This place is horrible! The manager has no business being a manager because she lacks the ability to treat customers with respect. She did not fix an ongoing problem getting done what was needed for glasses. When trying to get reimbursed she denied the ability to do that. Seriously I want to know who to talk to to get the problem corrected.

Ive been a customer with Vision Mart over 10 years, I have went to other places if Im out of town and needed emergency assistance and its just not the same at other places. Visionmart Express has my loyalty because I know Ill get quick friendly service every time.

Saturday’s this location is always extremely busy...and this Saturday was no exception. My customer service representative was extremely helpful, not pressuring with sales and keeping me within my budget. He explained how the progressive lenses would work and took extra time to carefully measure the ‘area’ the lenses would transition....the result is a flawless transition in my distance and near vision viewing. Very happy with the results!And, the time to prepare two sets of glasses were within one hour!Well done, Visionmart Express of Lubbock!

3 hours waiting to talk to the salesmen and 2 hours waiting to make the glasses. 5 hours total dont waste your time and money, so expensive.

I was helped by Jessica and she was absolutely amazing! Great customer service and product knowledge! She didnt get aggravated no matter how many questions I had. I have been there the last 2 times i needed glasses and I wouldnt go anywhere else! Loved it! If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Came to vision mart with my sons RX he just received. They had a variety or frames to pick from, and the gentleman who helped us was so friendly! They said they would text us within an hour to come pick them up. We got a text in 6MIN of leaving! It was crazy fast! This place is absolutely horrible. The manager has horrible customer service skill and she is extremely rude! They couldn’t find my sons newest prescription this when I went in a couple of days ago to update his frames. We waited over 2 hours to get new frames. Once those were ready, I went to pick them up and they gave one of his two pairs of glasses to the wrong person! We won’t be back!

Vision mart was great. Picked out my glasses n the clerk was very helpful n honest. Then only took 22 minutes for my glasses to be picked up. The lady that adjusted them was also helpful. I highly recommend them.

Arielle was the tech we drew when we were there, and she was AWESOME!!!!! We had not got new glasses in a few years and we were kind of like a kid in a candy store we were jumping from subject to subject, question to question, frame-to-frame, and back again.Arielle was SO PAITENT! Answering each question as we asked or re asked it.She even helped us when we walked back in less than half an hour later to pick up both pair of glasses. I am certain that everybody in this location is just as friendly.My husband shows two pair of glasses one regular Vision one sunglasses both pair were ready in less than half an hour! Simply Amazing! The location its very easy to get to with plenty of parking, plenty of places if you want to go eat, or shop while youre waiting on your glasses within walking distance.And the store is exquisitely clean. There are also so many frames to choose from! We will definitely be back.

They were quick and polite. They made sure all of my questions were answered and made certain everything was alright with my purchase. They also were extremely clean and had a lot of protective measures in place with the virus going around.

Great first visit. Staff clearly communicated their (new) procedures regarding safety and COVID practices. Found frames fast and our store associate answered all of our questions. I think we saved a ton of money versus shopping in our town where there are limited options. Prescription lenses were made fast... Like lightning fast! We got a text alert for one of our two pairs in EIGHT MINUTES! We love our new frames and will be returning again in the future.
