Sylvia and Michael made this the best glasses purchase Ive ever had. Michael wasnt even the one helping me directly but he still helped make the experience. Sylvia did not pressure me for extra options for my lenses. What really made my day is they both treated me like an actual person and not just another sale. The computer system was being uncooperative, but they didnt make me sit through awkward silence while trying to make it work. I could go on and on about this experience. I will definitely keep going there for my glasses.

DO NOT ORDER YOUR CONTACTS FROM THEM. I loved the doctor I saw but they dont order your contacts unless you call to remind them. I ordered my contacts April 5th. Called three weeks later and they still hadnt ordered them. It is now May 23rd and I have no contacts. I gave gone up there 3 times. This is the second time this has happened. Go somewhere else and save yourself some trouble.

Valerie helped me with some new lenses she was very nice, and informative.i was always getting my glasses at lens craft but now will be buying at viionworks got abetter deal there.

I had my eye exam with Dr. Efrem Alambar and he was so rude!!! Also he was trying to rush because he was behind. Which is why I wasnt even seen until 45mins after my scheduled appointment. Would definitely not recommend him!! His staff was great but he was definitely unpleasant.

Sylvia was wonderful! She helped me choose my glasses and was super patient with me. She also taught me how to properly care for them 😂. I brought two of my friends with me to help me decide which ones to get and the process took over an hour but overall, it was a fun experience! They also liked the store and said that they would definitely go there if they needed new glasses.

For an office so small, their workers are not all on the same page which resulted in me wasting my time. This store apparently does not accept Firstcare Medicaid. If you are told that by a Firstcare Medicaid rep like I was and said they mustve not updated it on their end for a second time that I spoke with them. I understand miscommunication between their office and medicaid but to speak to a representative at the store and be told its accepted and come in taking the time off school and work only to be told it doesnt....at least in an office so small youd expect everyone to be on the same page. That shouldnt be confusing. Hopefully this review saves you from wasting your time.

I googled best glasses in Lubbock and Visionworks came up with lots of 5 star reviews. So, I went to check it out. Let me tell you, they deserve every 5 star review they get. Dora approached me as soon as I entered, very friendly and super helpful, informing me of the 50% off glasses. Dora and Sylvia were so great, and very professional. They explained everything to me, prce, fit and options. If you need glasses, go here! Cant recommend them highly enough.😊

Purchased glasses from them before quarantine and my glasses broke a few months after. I called to get them replaced and they said I didn’t purchase a warranty. Which doesn’t seem like me because glasses are all I wear and I paid a pretty penny for these. Anyways she then tells me I can still purchase the warranty but I’ll have to purchase the frames and lenses again for 50% off? What is the point of the warranty then? VERY dissatisfied and DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Eye Glass World was helpful and took care of me.

My glasses had broke, I had warranty. Unfortunately the office in Amarillo closed down. I made a few calls to get my glasses fixed but as soon as they were able to get my info sent to their office. They had ordered me new glasses and sent them to me. Thank y’all for all y’all’s help.

Vision works was very easy to work with. My nephew had seen a pair of glasses which he really liked. We live out of town, but we’re able to get Valerie on the phone and she ordered our glasses for us. It was a very pleasant and hassle free transaction. I would recommend them to friends and family.

After Lenscrafters messed up my glasses 2 times, I got a refund and walked over to Visionworks. I should have gone there in the first place. Ashley helped both my husband and I pick out really great glasses and it was during a promotion which saved us a lot of money. They have a better selection of glasses (and better prices) than Lenscrafters.
