I made a purchase of $20. Then later my credit card statement says 20, then another charge of 100. The woman working the counter was entirely dismissive and appeared guilty as hell. Would not make eye contact with me. Says there’s no receipt or record of any $100 charge from my card. Absolute BS

Horrible experience. Worst customer service imaginable. The manager has an insolent attitude. I assume that’s why they can’t keep employees

Witnessed the cashier lady, dark hair, make up done, being completely rude to customers today. Even if someone is not following covid procedures there is a professional way to address someone. 11-3-2020

Stopped by to get a drink and snacks and young lady behind the counter wouldnt even flip items around to scan. I paid her and she just threw my money on the counter. Very rude individual. 1st of all with this pandemic going on if you are scared to get sick; stay home. Otherwise do your job and dont offend others ad if they have germs. We all have them...

Apparently I’m not the only one who has problems with the long haired guy that works nights. He’s so rude for no reason, multiple times he’s deemed the change he owed me not worth opening the register over and made me ask for it.

This place used to be nice until the guy with the long hair started working there. He is completely rude to me for no reason every time I go in. Worst customer service. If you want a pleasant experience go to the one on 50th they are very friendly.

Younger staff female member tends to be very rude every time I go in and shes working the counter. Also does not wear a mask. Seedy looking people always hanging around outside, one guy was obviously on some kind of drug just swaying all over the place.

Beware! They dont enforce their mask policy for employees or customers. No shoes, they dont enforce that either.

I wish I could negative star this place. Long haired lazy guy . My wife didnt have her wallet . So I went in and he denied me because I was buying some chick beer . We are both 30 years old and I had my Id. I asked him to scan his and my wifes Id when we both returned. He glanced at them and sold us beer . I go there ever day and he never cadrs me!

Been shopping there for years all of a sudden Alex(one of the staff) carded me for beer. He has sold me beer hundreds of times before and everyone there including Ben the manager knows I dont drive and therefore have no current ID. I am 50 years old. I was with my nextdoor neighbor who is 15 years younger than me and they didnt card him. EZ mart it is. Rough calculation they lost about $8000.00 a year from me

Staff is friendly. Few places to park bc the Narcotics Anonymous that meets next door gets packed and parks in the 7-11 lot.
