Cashier (Rita) was rude and gave attitude after asking if i had a cvs card, i said no and she continued to ask “you dont have a phone number or card or anything?!”. I said no and continued to check out. When i left i said have a good day (out of habit) and she just said “mmhmm”. Im not sure what it was about me that made her hostile but she sure didnt act sassy like that to the young man in front of or behind me.

Went in to find the something I know nothing about glucose tester lancets and stood by the pharmacy waiting for 3 girls just talking away never helped me so yea if I could give negative stars I would. Came at 2:04 p.m. on Monday Feb 26 2018.

Had the worst experience at the university location. There Was a VERY rude and disrespectful young lady named Cassidy. She should not have a job at CVS and should not be in customer service business. And the supervisor on site didn’t say a word to her! I will be talking to the general manager about her, I am stunned at how a person can be so rude and disrespectful. The supervisor finally told her to “stop Cassidy “ after she jumped into a conversation I was having with the supervisor which she had no place to step into and being rude and disrespectful and getting loud with me. And she mentioned she was not on the clock so why was this young lady even speaking to me??? So disappointed and stunned, if this is what the company allows from their employees I will take my business elsewhere.

I just called to transfer my prescription to this store and I waited on hold for almost 5 minutes before anyone picked up. Finally someone did. I kept having to repeat my info louder and louder because for whatever reason he couldnt hear me. He then yelled at me for yelling at him because *my* connection was apparently bad. What?! I could hear him fine. I was only raising my voice so he could hear me. When I tried to explain that, he yelled over me to tell me that *I* needed to get a better reception. (That doesnt even make sense.) Seriously one of the rudest people Ive ever spoken to.

Really an unplesant place. Never have a experience more bad than this CVS store. The clerk is unfriendly and rude.
