DO NOT GO INTO THIS STORE FOR WESTERN UNION PLEASE! The people at this store are arrogant, the big tall man with glasses assuming he’s owner is contravene to his customers reason the store smells malodorous extremely he said he has been running a or the store for 20 odd years I would be embarrassed to have his type of skills in customer service once your inside your considered a Thief watching behind the counter bobbing there head while they fallow you as you walk about the store thinking that’s the only reason u walked into that store that’s about as much consideration you will get went In the for emergency money my father sent to me it was late that was the only store that had one open here in Lubbock it had the appearance of vile should of turned away as soon as I seen the store but I had no choice so the employees match the appearance vile as well couldn’t find my DL so my father sent me a secret question to be able to receive instead first it’s a Western union telephone that looks like it hasn’t been wipe down in days probably weeks had a hard time there for about 30/40 mins once I was done I took the slip to the employee he put in my info and said I need an I D i was trying to explain to him That that’s The Whole point of secret question mentioned it to him twice started to get upset when I started trying to tell him about secret question would not let me speak keep getting louder and louder and told me I can not do your western union and started to shut store down I guess he is not used to a female conterversy he was annoyed with me, me being the customer and him having no type of social skills customer service was a very bad experience so if your having a good and would like to keep like that I would not go into this run down so called convince store, the only convince about this store is ruining your days, and if your giving this place five stars u must either be related or drunk!!!
