Easy in and out for trucks and trailers and RVs. Parking for probably 20-ish semi trucks. Clean bathrooms, customer service is lukewarm. Decent selection of snacks and drinks, although $2 for a large soda seems a bit pricey.

Wow 👏Amazing store very very excellent layout 👏👌But most amazing was the cashier Juana I was amazed by her customer service taking care of 4 cashiers never seen anyone do excellent service she was just following taking of the customers she even had a line of us customers but she was so POLITE and toke care each one . One on one cashier then she move to help the other customer on the other cashier. As I entered the store with my young daughter and service dog. The clerk informed me there are no pets aloud. I stated he is not a pet mam he is a service dog. And she stated again whal we dont allow pets here he needs to get out. So I walk my 5 year old daughter to the restroom and when she was done we left I felt that the clerk was extremely rude extremely rude. My service dog did not bark did not pee did not poop He stayed right beside me as he was supposed to.

I liked the staffs inside the store are friendly and the Laredo taco food are very good. I can only give 2 stars due to some of local truckers dumped some dirt on the truck parking. Poor management, the management need do this dumping dirt and dropped trailer that is been over 3 weeks.

Omar and Korey very professional. Family oriented and provided me an my family a wonderful experience. I havent met customer service and such a way with people in a long time. I mean. It was clean and theyre nice people.Apparently at breakfast all they have is eggs, bacon, and sausage at the taco place. I havent lived in Texas for years but I at least expected some salsa on my weird tacos? Not sure what all yall are doing with food nowadays but this was a rather dry and uneventful experience.Was also super disappointed because the coffee was more tea color than coffee. I only know beans were involved in the process because grounds came out when I dumped out my cup. So maybe its a coffee to water ratio? It smelled great but that wasnt really going to get me anywhere. Remember kids, you should be able to throw a horseshoe in the pot and make it stand up in the brew. ;) This definitely wasnt strong enough.Maybe it was just an off day?

People behind the counter were nice but good luck trying to get a taco! Loredo taco was open and food was hot but the lady did not look like she was in the mood to make anything! So we went across the street !

Its a nice, new, big convenience store/truck stop with CAT scale... Its too bad the locals just absolutely destroy the mens room here... This could be a really nice stop.. The truck parking lot isnt very big I think you could fit maybe 15 to 20 trucks in here.

This is another trusty place that I drop by when Im visiting or passing through the Lubbock area. Every time Ive stopped this location has had what I needed and the employees were very friendly. The inside of the store (including mens restroom) was also spotless.

Trash pailed up in every trash bin, restroom had trash over flowing, trash on the floor, store was dirty. Parking lot has an abandoned rock trailer. Needs to be towed!

Want to catch Covid 19? Great place to do it. Some of their employees dont wear a mask, and a good chunk of their customers do not as well. Sad that a lot of places in an area that is turning into a covid hot spot dont want to do the right thing.

Every time I come here your out of paper towels in mens restroom. hand dryers dont work, a clogged sink, and always out of half and half for coffee. Can we fix this for your customers. Thanks

Awful!! Very unfriendly staff, the man over night is just rude always has been. This place has no shame in keeping your change either. I only go there if its a must. Restrooms always overflowing with paper. Never no hot food to eat.

The people working here greet you with a smile. They are always willing to help you. But man some of their prices are outrageous.

I only stopped in for a restroom break. I can say though that the bathroom was spacious and pretty clean. Actually was impressed with how clean the whole store seemed to be.

Place severely understaffed and line at check out was about 10 deep. Only one person working register and one serving tacos but you cant pay at Taco place you have to go back to main register which has a horrible long line.

Food is normally fresh. They have some awesome sandwiches, but they dont all need onion. Food is cheap, so is fuel.

Has numerous gas pumps, but runs out of gas frequently. Food is okay for a quick bite. Has trucker accommodations-parking/showers. Usually busy, especially so at rush hours.

Only gave one star because I cannot do zero Stars. My vehicle runs flex fuel and it takes on average 15 to 25 minutes on every single pump that pumps e85 fuel. Ive tried moving to a new fuel pump same thing please get faster fuel pumps for the e85 that is ridiculous

They have sold food burnt at the bottom and day old food. They dont seem to be able to keep adequate staff. Not sure if its management or what. Could not wait when they first opened and it started out good and I understood that but they lost a big part of business from people that worked at the prison. Food might or might not be ready at about 5 because it seems they could not keep enough staff there. They put in the machines were you could order ahead of time while in there, I guess to make it faster to receive your order. That was a big joke. So many of who work at the prison dont stop in the morning like they use to because there always seem to be some kind of issue. Also, when you tell them there are flies near the food where they prepare and sit the food, no one seems to care or pay attention. I might as well talk to the wall. I do love the variety of food and items there. By the way, they definitely need to have more staff at the cash registers, especially in the mornings. You might have to stand in a long line and hope you dont be late for work because only one person is on the register. Its a good place but much room for improvement.

I love this lil store! They make their own tortillas! Its like Rosas cafe with a gas station and chocolate candy bars! 😍 very clean and friendly workers with a well lite parking lot and inside bathrooms!

The clerk was in a personal conversation about an arrest warrant on their cell phone and only interacted with customers with nods and gestures. I left feeling awful that my trivial need for a peanut butter m&m restock was bothering them at this crucial moment in their personal life.

Easy on easy off, clean restrooms, ample parking, parking lot level with entrance no disabled ramp necessary. Fuel price ten cents lower than surrounding stations, at least on this visit.

Do to there new workers, there are very slow sometimes and the workers in Laredo Taco in the mornings are always slow, and attend you with bad aditud and may forget to put all the ingredients so make sure they make them right!!! But the burritos are very good!!! LOL!

This is for laredo taco.the salsa was good.the flour tortilla was good .the corn tortillas were dry yuck.the beef tasted rancid, the chicken was shoe leather .the beans tasted like chili beans from a can.the rice was cooked horribly .that was not mac and cheese gross.

I love Stripes and stop at them every chance I get. Always have clean restrooms and good homestyle Mexican food with alot of variation. But I found this stop disappointing in that they do not have much variety in the food choices and the carnitas that I got where burn to a crisp. I realize that there is suppose to be some charring on the meat. But one third of the meat I got, was charcoal. There is an older Stripes stop, a few exits down, so I will be going there next time. There is also no fruit bar at the newer one, which is a big mistake in my opinion. In the long, hot summers in Texas, having cool food options is a big draw. At least for me.
