I have put gas here and gotten snacks at this Flying J location many times without issue. The employees have always been friendly and the snacks are pretty tasty.

Always friendly staff, clean and what I need.

So the water goes out in the showers as I’m showering. I tell manager. “Of coarse it would happen on my shift” she replies and walks away. I proceed to dry and change, since there isn’t any water. I get to the front and I ask “so what now?” She replies “it’s fixed” and walks away. I get nothing from her. .. no apology NOTHING.!!!

Great place in a prime location.The manager Mrs Melisa Hunt the manager met me with a smile as soon as I entered this establishment. went out of her way to meet my needs.Her attitude toward her customers reflects through her employees setting an atmosphere of welcome.She is an awesome lady that knows how to lead by example.

1st time as truckers coming to this location...Crystal helped my husband and I this morning with coffee and breakfast...great customer service..very nice personality. Patrick...you are amazing !! This location is spotless. As we came out of the shower room we noticed how hard you were working to keep things clean. As my husband was fueling I noticed you wiping down trash cans and gas pumps. You sir are a hard worker...a man that takes pride in his work...your boss should be very lucky to have you. Crystal and Patrick...people like yall we rarely come across at truck stops...you both are very much appreciated

Went in to take a shower and the bathroom was nasty. Hair all over the floor in the shower. The toilet was nasty.

They never have anyone on duty for propane fill ups! Might as well remove this service from being offered! Ive wasted my time twice coming across town in my RV to fill up with propane for nothing! I wont do it again without calling to find out if they have someone on duty for this. Bad business!

Not expecting much after reading the reviews. Learned not to expect a shower here or get fuel. Thanks everyone for that tidbit. Ill increase my rating, if applicable let ya know my experience once I get inside. Will say we found parking rather quickly. Code did not work for shower door. Took 3 employees to let me in. $12 is a bit high for a shower. Room and shower stall were very clean.

Very bad service; only one cashier, 5people in line, the cashier serving orders for food as well as taking cash for fuel, pulling items off from locked cases for customers was their to just make a quick stop to add fuel as I am a cdl driver felt like I was taking my 34 hr. Rest break.. it was supposed to be 10min for fuel ended up being 38 min. I called the # to see if someone would answer the phone to come help the old lady out and she was the same person that was waiting on the customers... just a big big lack of personel

1 hr in line for a shower. They should have checked if all of those having a shower might be DEAD. Same position in line for 1 hrs is not something usual for a 70 parking spaces truck stop at 11 pm. Might be wrong... but I do this job everyday... and stop all over America.I guess understaffed. Out of the shower and 3 showers waiting to be cleaned, 3 people waiting to shower... sad faces 😢Otherwise: clean place and feels good and safe.

It’s 12:30AM and I reserved a shower using my phone. The employee inside “working” locked the doors and won’t let anyone in, she said she has to wait for someone else to be there with her and that person is her GM and the GM isn’t answering his phone, she said this has been going on for the past week and the GM will walk in around 5-6AM... now I wasted my time and a shower credit... this is ridiculous, how do you justify as a GM closing this business for 5-6 hrs for the past week.

Best place to stop if you are passing through Lubbock

Beware and use washers at own risk. I suggest swiping card as it is $1.50 cheaper. Unsure why such a huge difference. Staff was very courteous and accommodating however despite the washing machine flub. Salads and hot food items all looked appetizing and fresh. Happy with visit in that regard.

Its alright. The staff are helpful enough. Only has 4 showers which can cause a wait at times. During the week the parking fills up in the evening time.

Stopped for a shower. Too many people in line. About 12 ahead of me. Clerk was rude. I ended up having the maintenance supervisor help me purchase a shower quicker. Now I am waiting for them to clean it. Do Not stop here truckers!!

Great place to make a pit stop. Big variety of snack foods as well as country style cooking. Restrooms are nice and clean.

Easy off and on from I-27. The restroom was clean. The actual store part is smaller than other Flying J Centers. Everyone was polite.

Stopped to buy diesel, and paid for a reserved parking place before arriving. I was greeted by a local young lady whom was panhandling. For services. Who refused to leave my wife and I alone. Then went inside to use the restroom and pay for fuel and get parking receipt. Cashier on June 28th at 02:55 am. Said there wasnt any parking left. I tried to re-explain I had one already, thinking I may have not worded it correctly. He then rudely turned screen and said he did not have any parking. So I went back out. Got fuel, went back inside a different cashier was there and I brought in my phone. With the receipt to my email to show I had paid. But apparently it was not an issue for that cashier to pull it up. And I did notice that he pressed a different tab that was shown to me on the same screen. Same young lady in white dress was apparently offering same services to the manager same person whom refused to look up my paid parking. I feel if you love to mess with tired truck drivers at 3 am. This is the place to apply at. If you dont have good communication skills and customer relations. You can make manager at this location. Probably a reflection of upper management at store...

Oh my gosh. Horrible! Were in a 40 ft diesel pusher and specifically searched out the flying j so we could refuel, dump tanks, and get propane and weigh our coach. They asked us to wait for someone to come do the propane. We waited and waited and waited. My husband went back in and the shift had changed. He asked again for someone to fill propane. The lady saidactually theres not anybody qualified to do it here really?!*. Then we asked about the scales and getting weighed. She said that cant be done because the person who does it is on an important conference call. After all that we didnt even fuel up, we left and drove all the way across town to a Loves, where we were taken care of without delay. In a professional manner. The discount we get at pilot is 100% worthless to us. Well go out of our way to avoid them from now on.

DO NOT fuel here. Got fuel from here yesterday and now my 2019 Kenworth is in the shop because of water in the fuel all thanks to this dumpster fire posing as a travel center

I fuel here, I food and beverage stock up here, I shower here, I park my Semi and Trailer here to sleep for 8-10 hours, I do my laundry here, I watch T.V. here, I fuel here, right now while Im texting this, Im also watching the sunset here, very pleasant. Im very thankful to all of the Heres throughout the blessed U.S. of A.!

I came at 1 am found parking really quickly, at the entrance. Staff was a little slow on getting showers ready despite nobody waiting besides me. All in all a wide open easy in/out Flying J. Would definitely stay again and/or recommend.

At this location the hot food or deli case is always dry and crunchy oh meatloaf shouldnt be crunchy cant hide crunchy with gravy either! Just saying!! Thought this time might be different.

This is a truck stop/gas station with a Subway sandwich shop connected to it. There are lots of pumps for both cars & big trucks. Also has a wide selection of cold drinks, coffee, etc.Inside there is also a food bar with hamburgers, pizza, chicken wings, potato wedges, macaroni, etc. All of the food Ive had here has been good & filling and a good price.There are showers available for truckers and large public restrooms.

Flying J is above average here. Clean and neat, going by truck stop standard. Service is also above average and prices are moderate. Bring your rewards card, prices increase sharply without it.

The day crew is super polite and everything is pretty clean in the restrooms and shower rooms. Night crew comes in and it all changes. Walk in and the night crew is cursing and doesnt great customers at all. The restrooms are a total mess. Urine on every seat and the floors are covered in toilet paper. Not to mention the toilets all need to be flushed.

Other than the def pump out everything good, Im sure the truck not getting her ammonia fix will hurt down the road...oh well!! yikes

Small limited store, no restaurant. Limited parking. I’m sick of subway. No Denny’s or nearby restaurants. They had hard boiled eggs so I thought I could make an egg sandwich. Nope, they don’t sell bread.Never mind, I’ll go someplace else down the road.

Great people. If i miss a day whey will ask where have been. The coffee is the best. Great for awake up. And the food will always geel you up.

Close to center of town. You would think they would have a decent 24hr restaurant NOT a Subway (ugh) that closes before midnite on a Fri. GIMME A BREAK! If you are stuck here for a reset, you have my sympathies. Pack your own food. Store and people ok.

We usually stop here on the way out from Lubbock to Amarillo. It is clean, has good snacks, and nice restrooms.

These people are amazing. I was in bad circumstances when I first moved here to Lubbock. They have fed me when I was hungry. Smiled and talked to me when I was lonely. Treated me like a human being. And now that God has blessed me and changed those circumstances I wanna tell everyone how wonderful they are. Thank you all.

This place is gross. The showers are nasty with balls of hair all in the shower and the boy that cleans them just wants to stand around on his phone I told the manager she didnt care. The bathroom was beyond gross and filthy. There hot bar food was burnt. And its so small in the store you have to stand on top of people to look at anything. This place definitely needs knew management or something.

I visited the subway and had a bad experience but the management team of flying js and subway took care of the problem and made everything right. They take pride in providing their customers with great service. Thank you to all of them.

Good location. BUT this is the smallest Flying J I have ever seen. I also drive a lot of late nights... so when I arrived at midnight, I was very disappointed that the Subway is not 24 hrs... hello!!! night time drivers need to eat too!!! subway should definitely be 24 hr service..
