Love this Walmart, always so clean and manageable. Staff is friendly too! But the outstanding Pharmacist, Ajay is incredible. Such a sweetheart and hardworking! He administered our covid vaccines with a gentle touch and price matched my prescriptions to their pharmacy so i could drive up and get my prescriptions with convenience and trust

Everything went great. I had to do 3 things and they were able to take care of everything in a timely manor. Again I know what to expect from Walmart but this visit exceeded my expectations. Thanks!

This is one of the few good Walmarts in Lubbock. The employees are always great and friendly. And they seem to be the same employees so you sorta grow to get to know them. Is that a good thing? The store is also always clean and organized. They seem to take pride in this location. Quick and easy, in and out. Overall, this is a great store and a great location.

Great service...plenty of cashiers today...self check out is for the birds...especially with a full cart.

This store is awesome. Wish we had a similar one in my neighborhood. The employees are friendly and the store is clean. You can get in and out fairly quick. Because it is smaller, you dont spend as much and dont have to walk long aisles to find your items.

They fixed their pumps! I have only used their WalMart gas insulation but it is now quick and easy. Just watch out for other satisfied customers while pulling in and pulling out. Can get super busy during lunch and right after work. They also have a bathroom that was its very clean, at least when I was there. Its my fuel stop when Im headed home

This is by far my favorite Walmart in Lubbock. It’s super convenient and they always have what I need. It’s nice to not have to wall through a bunch of things I don’t need to get the milk.I mostly use their pick up service and every employee has been super friendly and genuinely seems to enjoy their job. They always pick quality ingredients for me too!

The Walmart is great but I find that First Convenience Bank inside the store plays games with my money. Holds in town checks for 7 days to 9 days after deposited. The check was written on a bank that is two miles away. Why 7 days to 9 days?

Store was clean but they were stocking so hard to get through aisle. All in all good trip

This has been my favorite Walmart in town since it was built. It is extremely convenient, and has all the every day necessities.The staff is always kind and helpful.The store is clean and well organized, including the bathrooms.They regularly have items on clearance or rollback, so there are always deals to find here.

By far one of the BEST Wal-Marts I have ever been to. It is well located in a nice neighborhood, and the staff is helpful and very friendly.

This is where I take my mom to shop for groceries and prescriptions. Everyone is friendly and ready to help. The store is clean. Then I buy my gas before heading back to home. Thank you Walmart for meeting our needs.

Sign above pizzas says 2 for $10 pizzas M and XL traditional crust pizza but when you go to check out that is not the case. 2 XL traditional crust pizzas came out to $15 and when asked about it I was told there is nothing they can do about the price.

An excellent alternative to the convenience stores. Not too big but big enough to have what i need most of the time.

I highly recommend this store particularly because it offers everything you could ever want, great prices, convenience, friendly atmosphere and a great location.. its at a easy location for people that are coming through Lubbock that might be in a hurry. Theyre open early and closes somewhat late for peoples convenience to fit every member of the families needs.

Wanted to get groceries at the very start.of my day to avoid crowds. Not one check out line was open that was occupied by a human. I guess Walmart wants free labor from their customer base. Can anyone tell me a good alternative to shopping Walmart in the Lubbock area?

I love this neighborhood Walmart has everything you need in one spot much smaller than all the other ones has a pharmacy groceries household supplies and a Murphys in front of it for gas and cigarettes or whatever.

Wal-mart and its employees have gotten lazy in the way they leave the store with pallets in the middle making it hard for customers to pass. To not helping customers place groceries back into the car. While living in Houston and San Antonio I always had them to help place bags in the cart. But not no more! Today two young people were at the full service check-out and neither one offer to help this old grandma who was having trouble standing. But no worries Wal-mart. Now that Heb is here in Lubbock all my business will shift to Heb. Heb knows how to take care of their customers.

Whenever visiting the In-laws in Lubbock. My family prefers Walmart over H.E.B. This Walmart is nice and quiet. I get what I need and check out with no wait. I love the prairie dog colony next to the grocery store. So cool.

The last two times Ive gone, the 2.2 gallon water has moved up a rack! Absolutely out of reach on the top, on both sides of the aisle, today! This is one of only a few items I buy here so probably wont return.

This Wal-Mart is easy to get in and out same prices as super Wal-Mart sometime a little hard to get checked out but always someone to help

This store has such a small town feel. I love the pharmacy. Its usually quite fast.

There is a noticeable difference between this and the larger super Walmart but nothing outstanding. Layout is decent, shelves were lined with products and had adequate staff. I wouldnt drive out of my way but if Im the neighborhood, no problems using this facility.

Close parking, clean uncluttered aisles. They had arrows on the floor to direct one-way traffic down the aisles so it was easier to maintain social distancing while shopping. Shelves were well stocked, staff helpful in finding items on my list I missed. Great specials.

This store was super clean. Not too busy. Went 3 times and got in and out quickly even getting a moneygram. Staffs personable and helpful, (All of them).

This was a very good experience they were not short on supplies they had a lot of the things that the other Walmarts are out of and it was not crowded it made for a very good shopping experience

This is my go to Walmaet here in Lubbock! Very clean and fast service. If you want to get your groceries and not be sold out, come here. You will be in and out in a gif with everything you wanted.

Quick in and out with everything i was looking for at the last second. The guys stocking the shelves were of big help offering help since i looked lost trying to find items and the girl at the checkout counter was efficient and fast as well as friendly...wished we had one of these on the west side of town...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

The management is HORRIBLE. Employees push baskets at people. The store is just over all ran very poorly. Erika the hiring manager is in mature and so disrespectful. One of the WORST job experiences of my life. I don’t know if I could ever work for another Walmart after this if this is how employees and customers are treated.This store is literally ran like a high school.

Love this place. I shop here alot..mostly food and hygiene items, over the counter meds, pet stuff as far as food and play toys . Very nice grocery store. Clean and nice staff

Was looking for pseudoephedrine for daughter and her family since it helped me when I had Covid in Aug. Clerk said sell it only in pharmacy now. I would have left thinking they didnt have it except for that man.

This is a very convenient new addition to this side of town. It’s perfect if you just need to grab some last minute items before dinner. The store is very clean and the staff is nice. Of course they always have very few checkout lanes open. I also wish this location was open 24 hours. It’s always nice that the baskets are new, so you never have to worry about getting a dud.

Saw a sign on the door “due to weather conditions we will be closed at 5pm”. It was 440pm and doors were locked. I heard knocking on the window and it was both the employee and supervisor telling me they are closed. Sad excuse for management!

I took my 88 year old mother. It was easy to shop at, staff friendly and parking fairly close. I will go back there from now on.
