I took my son in this morning to look for a ring for his girlfriend. Upon walking into the store and talking with a older sales lady, she rudely told my son they didn’t have anything in his price range. She could have handled the situation much differently and showed some grace!

I love going into this store. They have so many beautiful things and the staff has always been so friendly, especially the manager. Always a pleasure doing business there!

The ring itself is beautiful. The associate who helped me was very rude. Then 6 months later the stone fell off and had to go get it repaired. Unfortunately it was the same associate who attended me from the first time . She was ride again and even asked if I had the stone and what color it was. Like if she didnt believe me. Great thing I did get warranty on the ring. Will but be purchasing anything from them any longer.

Came with family for purchase of graduation ring for my wife. Ring was purchased 1 day ago, and kept for resizing. Was told curbside after 6:30pm would be great. Arrived at 6:30pm, called, and we were told it would be just a moment, and the ring had to be photographed for proof of pickup. We finally went in at 6:50pm and were told that curbside after dark was not allowed due to a new policy. We were also told that the ring had to be found. After waiting another 20 minutes or so, my wife was instructed to return the next day, as the shop lady needed to be contacted as she was on lunch and no one knew what the status of the ring was. She would be called when it was ready. Instead of having us drive all over Gods green earth, and waste an hour of our time, a simple phone call would have been the very least effort. Ring selection was great, but customer service? Two stars, barely...

My husband and I bought my ring from Kay Jewelers many years ago. It used to take weeks to have it checked and rodium plated. I took it to Gracie Villarreal and her team at Jareds and they had me in and out and did all the work on site. It was perfect. They even let me know what work needed to be done next time. It was fast, easy, and they are taking such excellent precautions during this pandemic. I always felt safe in the store. What a great store and team!

First of all this place has signs banning concealed handgun carriers from entering. I saw no security at this place so I am not wanting to go in there and be a sitting duck. Second they have their doors locked and will not let you in without a mask. The mask mandate has been over for weeks. Take your woke policies and get out of west texas.

If i could give this place a NO STAR i would do it l Me and my husband been trying to get our customers ring for 4 months and yet there was no progress on rings. We spent over $12,000 on something that never came. Started with sales person and they messed it all up than i went to a so called manager Gracie that took over and she ended up not getting it situated. than i asked to speak to her Manager Luis and never heard from him had to call a couple of times. Now they are making it impossible to get a refund. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE or your dream ring will become a NIGHT MARE.. really disappointed on the service by all the JAREDs LUBBOCK customer service. I will be doing a BBB compliant.

I only give it four stars because there is always room for improvement. Everytime I go inside Im immediately greeted and waited on by somebody in the store. Im always treated with courtesy and respect and there is never any pressure to buy or to spend more money than I planned on. I feel that the store offered a quality product that is much more reasonably priced than other stores Ive been to in town. As far as Im concerned there isnt a better place to shop in Lubbock.

We asked for assistance in finding the matching rings to complete my trio on Tuesday; the sales person said the diamond manager would have to help. Thursday evening I was told she had been busy and would call shortly. Today, after being brushed off, we decided to go to Dallas.

I got my our rings repaired here, Guita was extremely knowledgeable, & patiently explained every step of the process! She took care of our jewelry like it was her own & was very pleasant to work with. We will come back for sure & will refer all our friends & family to this store & specifically Guita! If I could give this place negative stars I would. I went into this store with the hope to get my wife a ring that had all of our familys birthstones for Mothers day. We have a 10-month-old and it would be her first Mothers day. I went in the weekend before (8 days) and as I was discussing what I wanted with the sales reps, I asked and they assured me it would be done by the following Sunday in time. A few hours after we had everything finalized, I received a call that the ring model I chose wasnt available to be ready in time. So the rep texted me three other options and I chose a new one. I then called the store on Thursday and asked how it was coming and was told itd be done on Friday. Then Friday morning I received a call from the store manager that the model couldnt be ordered and made on time. With only two days before Mothers day they left me in a situation where nothing could be done. While expressing to the manager how ridiculous it was that I was told this wouldnt happen, he threw his staff under the bus. When I called him out on that, he then back tracked and only then did he start apologizing. He offered to text me three more options that might be done on time, but other than the fact that he proved their word meant nothing, the options he sent were nowhere near as nice as the other ones I had already chosen. After telling him I wanted a full refund, he told me it couldnt be done electronically and I either had to go to the store or hed mail me a check. I seriously dont know how anyone can drop the ball like this, especially since we were in contact frequently and at every correspondence I was assured everything would be fine. These people ruined my wifes first Mothers Day and I wouldnt trust them to sell me a ring from a Cracker Jack box in a timely manner.

Ive had the best experiences with the Lubbock Jared store! Their staff are respectful and are very helpful! I love that I dont have to have my jewelry sent off for repairs because they are able to make them in store And sometimes repairs can be done in 1 day!!

This is absolutely the best Jarod store in the whole USA. My wife and I have become such good customers just because of all of the management including todays plus the past. You could not find anyone in the retail industry giving such an excellent Service as the employees of this store. We will be shopping there for all of our needs for as long as we can.

I was told by a friend to go to Jared & ask for Guita. I had always used Stuart Jewelers till they closed down, Guita was amazing & went far beyond my expectation with how she took care of me, I was very impressed with how knowledgeable yet kind and caring she was. I believe I have found myself a favorite jeweler and for sure will be back for all my jewelry needs.

CAREFUL OF THE UPSALE!!!! Spend around $2,700 for engagement ring and my wedding band. Constantly used their fear bating to get me to spend $180 protection plan for a $600 ring. WHAT???? Even it being a while gold mens plain band, they still kept warning me that if my ring gets mangled (yes the ring on my finger. If my ring is mangled then so will be my finger) they will fix it if I got the extra protection. They even said the protection plan would cover cleaning and buffing away scratches even though there is a sign that says this is a free service. After I bought my band, I asked them to size it to my correct size, they said they wouldnt because I didnt buy the protection plan and said it would be $18 to resize. I JUST SPENT $2,700 ON RINGS AT YOUR STORE!!!!! You cant comp me $18? Waste of time. Go elsewhere for your jewelry.
