Excellent selection of produce. Even obscure items. Cheese selection was nice too. The head cashier was 5 star rated staff member. Beware, the sale prices on the shelf might not ring up on the register as such. Considered changing this rating to 4 stars, as we had to ask for a price change, but Tamara the next register over, Head Cashier, moved quick and fixed it and even shared a funny little produce joke with us. One of my favorite places to shop for groceries in town. They often have a lot of unique, specialty items and brands that fit any diet or preference. Also, their prices on berries are great! Especially since they reliably have a good quality. Plus, their sales in general make trying new things or stocking up on staples convenient.

If you dont mind spending more for quality and hard to find healthy/vegan food then this is a hot spot. Daily, Manager and weekly specials are designed to attract foodies and its effective. Consistently the best produce, eggs and dairy with a meat department than can flex high quality with bargains.

My favorite place to buy vegetables, So Delicious unsweetened vanilla coconut milk(only place in Lubbock who will carry it) best and least expensive fresh fruits and vegetables. Great sushi. Wednesday is $5 sushi 🍣😋. Great prices and great meat...bacon,chicken, fish. Love this store.

This place is great you can find pretty much anything in this place the only reason why I give it four stars is because awhile back they didn’t let us go in the store if we didn’t have a mask.. we live in a free country, let’s start living like it.

Sprouts is a fresh produce market that carries bulk foods, bakery goods, deli items, a fresh meat counter, along with natural grocers type items. We love to go to sprouts because of their produce and the kindness received while shopping there. They have huge selections of coffee wines and snack foods. If youve never stopped into sprouts be sure to stop in over at 82nd and Quaker.

I bought sushi rolls, and the three rolls that you can’t see because of the receipt are absolutely trash. This was incredibly deceiving and embarrassing as I had bought this meal for a friend who was having a rough day.

They carry some of the best produce, but you still need to look closely because some is spoiled at times. Lots of great organic options and the Sprouts brand is good too!

I had never heard of this coffee before and was excited to try it. It not only tastes delicious I am hoping it helps with hair, skin, and nails. Produce is always fresh and I get my vitamins here. Great selection to choose from.

They have a wide variety of non-gmo and natural products. The closets thing to a Trader Joe’s in the Lubbock area. The staff was extremely friendly and were more than willing to help me find the product I was looking for. You do end up paying more for some groceries, but you get a good product.

This is a really nice Sprouts grocery store. It is very clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have fantastic produce, and the prices for it are very good. They have a very nice beauty and Pharmacy area. So many options for different brands of product. We will be back.

Glad they mandate masks recommend shopping here.Just wish they would be more careful about expired products especially vitamins which I almost purchased. Otherwise later they would have given me a hard time if I wanted to return it.

Very nice people, very quick unloading too, the dock is really tight but if you stay as close as possible to your driver side youll be fine.

Unique in its layout, Sprouts offers shoppers the opportunity to experience a simple but wonderful moment of purchasing items that are healthy, fresh, and desirable. Of course, with this experience comes a cost and this is certainly not a place to go bargain shopping. Im sure they periodically have what they consider sales but Ive yet to experience that. They carry items unique to Sprouts along with a variety of other items. Its not a large store so dont go thinking youve walked into a super store. Ive enjoyed the time Ive shopped there and will go back.

The manager here literally chases you around the store until you put a mask on even when is no one around you for 20ft. The mandate is gone leave people the f@#k alone. Will never shop here again and hope they go out of business.

Cashier not only ruined my food, but bagged it without telling me so I didn’t find out until I got home. It’s not hard to be a decent person. Cashier was a younger person with short hair in a bun, arm tattoos, & glasses. They were on register 1 around 2:40pm on May 24, 2020. I made the mistake of throwing my receipt away after putting the items in my car.

I LOVE Sprouts! It has certain food items that I cant get anywhere else. My whole family has dietary restrictions. I eat Vegetarian 4-5 days a week! Its a BIT more on the expensive side! BUT it forces me to budget AND make better food choices! Plus their food delivery is TOP notch.

It’s very sad that the store manager walks around with a bandanna on telling everyone to put your mask on and pull it up to shop in their store. If you walk in without a mask they call out “code 14” on the intercom. It’s sad but I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My Doctors office no longer requires masks. Its up to the person. I realize this is policy. Time to change.

Great store for groceries. Period. Very reasonable prices. Some, such as me when I first visited may think this is an overpriced, gimmick style Health store. There are in fact many Health items to choose from, but prices are extremely competitive and usually straight from the farm!! Sprouts is always innovative, helpful and with great customer care, service, and products!!!

Lubbock store refused to check out a customer because he didn’t have on face mask. They allowed him to walk through entire store, pick out produce and other items, but refused to check him out. He stated he cannot wear mask due to health reasons. Manager still refused to provide him service. Lost all respect for this store and the manager. Won’t be recommending them anymore.

Heaven for someone who loves natural products. I couldve spent hours in there. Lots of organic and natural toiletries and supplements. Amazing selection of vegan ice cream. A deli and a bakery. Lots of vegetarian meat substitutes. Prices are decent but overpriced in some areas. I had lots of fun visiting this store! Pistachio muffin gets a thumbs up from me!

Cheap seasonal fruit though often moldy. Good selection of nutritional supplements. Sales on meat and bacon can be great. You will be forced to wear a mask here, so I’ve quit shopping here.

Walked in the other day and placed a few in the basket and we were told masks are required in their store. We walked out and took our business to Market Street who does not require a mask and their prices are far better. Don’t waste your time going to Sprouts .

I was here yesterday actually perusing for a bohemian styled headband, HA! I was looking at the packaged gummies, nuts, & what-have-you. A Sprouts employee came up to me and told me about the Lemon Creme Almonds (Im assuming they are white chocolate and lemon infused??) anyway, he said he personally packages each one of the products. However, when he packages the lemon creme almonds he said they smell absolutely amazing. He let me try one to make sure this was true. HELLO, OH MY GOSH, never had anything better. I dont know his name and I wish I got it, but he is an amazing sales person! Wow! He even pulled some gummy bears from the back that would be discounted for me. I will be coming back for more treats! Thanks for all your help Sprouts!

Always out of stock on everything. I have even ran into multiple customers in store with stacks of rain checks because they never have anything. Some produce was even extremely moldy or soft.

Sprouts has great produce and quite a lot of it is locally grown. They have everything from grapes,potatoes,and apples to exotic foods like jackfruit and lychee.The produce is clean as well.They also carry a large amount of organic,gluten-free, and vegan products and the app contains recipes that cover every lifestyleSprouts has excellent weekly and monthly sales listed on their app that make the trip well worth it. The store is clean and well lit . Everything is easy to find.It has everything any other grocery store carries.Aside from all of that the staff is friendly and helpful and so are the other customers.Ive used their delivery service quite often. They guarantee it will be delivered within 2 hours. I typically get it in an hour or less! I love their service. Ive also used the pick up option and it is also ready within an hour

I loved Sprouts and sadly it is the only place to grocery shop in Lubbock. United is a joke, overpriced and not much of a selection. I now dread to go to Sprouts. Every week that I go there, they are out of everything. I always have to ask them to go look in the back for something and most days it is many items. It never fails! The shelves are empty. If the shelves are not empty the fruits and vegetables are rotten. So gross and unexceptable. Being out here in Lubbock, they also dont carry near as many options as they do in DFW or Houston. We need another health food store. A store that can keep up with demand. The check out lines are extremely long, every time I go and it doesnt matter what time it is, you are going to be waiting in a long line. Sprouts maybe you need to get more cashiers or even better build another store.

I brought my own mason jars to fill, but cashiers were not too familiar with how to subtract the weight of containers.The store has an amazing selection of vegan options ranging from frozen food to boxed/canned food to fake cheese and meat.The best place in Lubbock for anyone wanting to shop bulk and use less plastic or anyone wanting to follow a plant-based diet!

Rudest cashier my mother or I have ever experienced at a Sprouts. She never acknowledged, greeted or spoke to us. Then she combined separate orders (noted by the separation bar) and spent the ENTIRE time talking to her coworker. The coworker was telling her to pay attention to her customers but this girl was ranting on about some coupon transaction earlier in the day. She made the previous customer wait to recieve her reciept. Just stood there yammering at her coworker while the previous customer had her hand out waiting to be handed her reciept. This cashier did not have her head in the game.

Per Gov Abbott’s order, wearing a mask is contingent on medical issues. I have medical issues that wearing a mask causes issues with me. As I was walking in to the store today, a woman told me I needed to wear a mask. I told her I have a medical issue and she let me go on. Another woman stopped me and said I had to wear a mask, and I told her I have a medical issue. She said I could use curbside pickup or delivery. I told her I will go shop at United. I will not be forced to use a mask or curbside to buy GROCERIES. SHAME ON SPROUTS!

FYI all If you are one of those individuals that cannot wear a mask Due to health or lung diseases I suggest you pick a different store. I was threatened with law enforcement to be called on me for not wearing a mask by the GM of the store 79423. I try to explain my health situation he stated I do not care if you wanna shop here you will be wearing a mask like everyone else. So I stated Ill be taking my business elsewhere. I am sure many of you will disagree with me and thats perfectly fine there are many many supermarkets I can go to. Stay gold people.

Sprouts is the best grocery store! They have the best selection of fresh fruits and veggies. Lots of great organic products and bulk items. The staff is always friendly and super helpful! Their prices are also very reasonable, we love to shop at Sprouts and stop in at lease once a week!
