The Owners were extremely kind, helpful and responsive when I needed a defective gun looked at. Instead of charging me to repair it, they kindly informed that the manufacturer’s warranty would still cover the necessary repair.

This place is amazing. I had a problem with my para ordnance. After taking it to two shops who basically were no help at all and one took 6 days to even call me back. I was told by a friend that the shak is the only place he will go. Well I now I know why, the gentlemen who helped me called me back in less than 24hrs!!! He was very nice and very helpful, couldnt have asked for more. He found a piece that would work, and even took my gun out back to test fire it. He didnt even want me to pay him but thats just too much so I gave him a little tip for his amazing effort and great customer service. Seriously guys, can it get any better than that???? I will never ever step foot into any shop but this one as long as Im within 100 miles of it. AAA+++

The people arent nice. They snap at you before you can finish a sentence and if you bring up a suggestion to help them from being liable of being sued they practically kick you out and accuse you of trying to mess with their property. Not easy to work with and put on a front to seem nice.

Worth the drive, theyve earned our repeat business. The prices are fair, the staff/owners are knowledgeable, and they teach CHL course too.
