This is a horrible business to work with. I purchased a shotgun from them online. I was never emailed or contacted when it was available. The gun ended up being abandoned. I spent $350 on the gun. The owner sold the gun out from under me without ever contacting me prior. He gave me $220 when I went in and complained. I had a very expensive gun transferred to their shop from another state. When I went to pick up the gun the shop had stolen items out of the box. They stole eye and ear protection, and a hat. They were gift the other gun shop sent me. I confronted them on it but denied anything else being in the box. The other gun shop sent me pictures and confirmation that the items were indeed in the box. This is a horrible place to do business. I would never recommend anyone go here or use them for a gun transfer.

Best gunsmith in Lubbock, brought in my Ar to get a new hand guard fitted, both men I spoke to were very helpful and informative, gunsmith does great work at a fantastic price, job was finished much sooner than expected! Will be recommending to everyone!

The staff at LSG Tactical are the best. They are very patient and understanding to novice gun ownwers. They are open to questions and answer them to where anyone with only basic knowledge of guns will understand. LSG has now become my favorite place to go with my gun and ammunition needs. 5 Star service.

Ive been dealing with LSG for several years now and they have become my favorite gun dealers in Lubbock. They are full service: they can get you anything, repair or setup anything, build guns to your needs, and their sell/buy prices are among the very best in town. Most important to me, their customer service absolutely cannot be beat. You want it, theyll make it happen--and at a very attractive price. They live and breathe this stuff so they are always ahead of the curve on everything, particularly better/newer technologies. For shooting needs/wants LSG is one stop shopping for me.

Cant believe I forgot to do a review. I brought my AK in to have some work done on it. They were nice to me over the phone, nice to me when I brought it in, and it was done in an incredibly timely fashion. These guys have integrity and their gun smithing is very reasonably priced. Its too bad I lost my AK in a boating accident out in the open sea a few days later.

Staff is helpful and friendly. They have a decent selection of milsurp guns and ammo. Their prices could be a little lower, but they arent nearly as bad as some places in town.

The guys I normally deal with Steve and Brad are always very professional and KNOW what they are talking about and doing in the gun business. The service has always been the best. They give you a fair price on a trade or sell gun and they have reasonable prices on guns for sell as well. Anyone asking me for a gun dealer I will always point them to LSG. If I could give more stars I would. That is one local business I want to take care of

All in one encounter I asked over the phone for a 9mm carbine hi point he said he can orderI told him academy has it priced for $240 he said I can’t go that low but $300 is as low I brought my .22LR the trigger guard broke while hunting he put a new on in less than 15minsCost me like $12 I wasn’t mad he fixed it he consulted me with a decision customer service Perfect pricing for a repair even better people talk about there pricing they don’t see the detail in those guns this was my first time dealing with a gunsmith and gun shop I’m not going anywhere else

Hands down one of the few gun shops Ive been to that has excellent customer service! That alone is something I dont see much of but on top of that they actually are knowledgeable about their product. I travel all over the state collecting guns and LSG is definitely going to be one of my new regular stops. Keep up the great work guys 👍

The salesman took his time to find out what is important to me before making any recommendations. He patiently answered all of my questions and did not use any high-pressure sales tactics. He didnt want to just sell me a gun, he wanted to sell the right gun.Extremely pleased with my purchase and experience.
