Always find something I could use and at a good price a lot cheaper then the big tools company and the same quality on some of the products

Quick to get in & out when you have a pretty good idea what you are looking for. Only 2 customers in front of me at register. Very few items not in stock.

Went in there for a sump pump and Harbour Freights didnt disappoint. Not only found what I needed, but it was also on sale. The staff there is so polite and helpful it was a pleasure doing business with them! Ive never gone in there and not found what I was looking for. Always a pleasure....😊

You can make fun of Harbor Freight for having cheap tools but everyones been here and has tools from here. Great if you lose something or it gets stolen and you need a cheap replacement to get you by so you can keep making a check.

I enjoy shopping at H.F. True, many items they sell arent the best yet most items are good for at least a few uses. Most people buy from H.F. because they need something now! Unless its an expensive purchase I, myself, am glad if it works the one time I need it. Anything beyond that is a bonus.I have many items I bought from H.F. that were 3 digit purchases. These have held up very well. The 21 gal air compressor has been doing its job over 5 years. The offset ratcheting dog bone wrenches are a joke and peeled open on first use. On average I rate H.F. tools a strong 4. Pittsburg wrenches and socket sets have worked well for me yet they may not meet the standards of a pro mechanic. The buyer is responsible for his choices so do your research before you buy. Until the tools offered at H.F. go tango uniform I will continue to buy from them.

While shopping,I wasnt smothered by any employees,which is nice,they let me shop. But I got the feeling it I needed someone,they were available. The only negative part of my harbor freight experience today was the snooty little girl at check out,who obvious didnt want to be there. She brought the entire experience down one star.

I went with a friend, they were looking 4 a 2 ton floor Jack that was on sale but they didnt hav 1..

You can find good deals on some tools, but some are definitely over priced or not worth buying at any price. Also, I really do not like the way they have changed the pricing on items just on sale for their club members. Also, service in the store could be improved.

Its Harbor Freight, they have quality tools at affordable prices and every day something is on sale or you can get some sort of discount. They have all sorts of useful products and a large variety of selections. Returns are very easy to do and customer service is excellent. If you are looking into buying a new set of tools, try Harbor Freight first, you can get a great deal finding something here.

I like Harbor Freight Tools. I always get the yellow and black with four compartment tool box for my jewelry beads I fill them up too! I have four of them now. Today being that they had my husbands phone number on file I was able to get $3.89 off the regular price. Loved it!! The draw back was there were not enough cashiers. The wait wasnt too long but they should have opened another register to better serve their guests.

They were closed for good friday

Believe it or not these tools are getting better it seems to be moved over as time goes on

This was your typical Harbor Freight Tools/Hardware Store. The store was very well stocked and was overall clean. The employees were helpful, courteous and prompt. I overall had a good experience and would probably visit this location again if I happen to be in the area.

You would think that they have everything. No they dont. Okay to look

If you need a cheap, but probably lesser quality tool thats made in China, Harbor Freight will very likely help you get your job done... at least once. And their return policy is great if the tool fails to work. Just BE SURE to keep your receipt! It is what it is, but it does it well.

Never ever stepped into this store, but was in desperate need of a temporary ramp for my mother who had just had foot surgery. Long story short...the manager was very helpful and kind. He told us what we needed and showed us everything he had. Weather was bad that day and he helped load it onto my husbands truck. I am grateful for his professional, kind & courteous gesture. I will send people there and myself, again. Awesome experience.2 thumbs up👍👍

What can I say about this place that does it any justice? I know they have, in my experience, dependable, durable, great performing tools, adapters, replacement items that I put my faith in 100%! Many evaluation youtube videos say as much, but some say that certain things are one timers and theyre done! I seem to think, IN MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, that they are much more, AND GETTING EVEN BETTER!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HARBOR FREIGHT, NO QUESTIONS!… and can you beat those prices? I DONT THINK SO!

Its Harbor Freight. What else can be said? Everything is laid out in a logical fashion where it can be found easily in a space that isnt unreasonably large. Theyve got stuff cheap and, on some things like the bungee cords that I got when I went in today, it was a really good deal. Would recommend it, if youre in the market for cheap stuff.

Always an amazing place to go for quick, cheap tools or supplies. Great return/exchange policies of needed. Tools are sturdy for small or home jobs. Some tools work well for heavy duty work, however most will give up after a few days. Simply exchange it and keep going. The staff at this store is always friendly and courteous.Remember to use the HFT coupon app for all the great deals, using the coupons and getting the free items makes the place a routine shopping point for us.

I love this store but was disappointed this last time. Not with the store itself, but with the products I purchased. To make a long story short DO NOT purchase paint roller cover frames from here... Spend the extra couple of dollars and get a good one from home Depot.

Soooo many deals! Great bargains. I do understand you get what you pay for and that the tools will not last forever, but for simple use or light duty this is the place to go. You will always find a bargain.
