They overcharge you! Sent an overnight box weighing less than a pound, I had it packaged and ready to go. At first it was 149.00, when she saw my shock, she gave me a discount and told me it would be 109.00. I went ahead and shipped it. When I got home I found out I could have shipped it for 65.00. Even the PREMIUM overnight was only 96.00. I understand adding to it if they have to box it, but that was not the case. I will never go back!

I have gone here many times because of their location, but they grossly overcharge. I had to return a box that cost 6.59 to ship 2-day back. It was less than a pound and not very big and I asked them to ship it back the cheapest way and it was still almost $18.00. Then I sent 5 envelopes one day and they were over $3.00 each to ship regular mail. One of those came back and I took it back and it was only $2.49. Theres something fishy about this place charging SO MUCH and so inconsistently. I will not go back here again. I would rather wait in line at the post office just to know Im not overpaying.
