Didn’t solve the problem at all. Just tried to delete the code out the system and the check engine light came on again two days later. Engine and transmission and fuel pump problem going on but the dealership is ignoring it. This is a 2021 vehicle. No check engine light or light of any sort should be on after 9 days of purchase of a new vehicle. It needs to be fixed. So unacceptable. Not good for business.

First of all, I could have purchased my vehicle from any of the surrounding dealerships. What sold me on my experience at this dealership. As soon as I got out of my vehicle; I was greeted almost immediately by one of the representatives. They introduced me to Mr Nolan. He was very polite & professional. He was very knowledgeable & able to answer all of my questions. All of the ones he was not too sure about (on the financial side) he was able to bring someone who could provide the answers. Over-all, it was a great experience!(the proof-I drove off in my new Chevy truck) Great job Mr Nolan! Keep doing what youre doing. Thanks.

The staff had Lumberton Chevrolet GMC are professional and caring. I received phone calls from staff to update me on repairs needed. Staff was detailed about repairs. I was able to pick my SUV up the next day after dropping it off. Great job. I feel safe now and I know I have a trustworthy place to take my SUV.

Lumberton Chevrolet Buick GM Service dept is great! We were on our way home from vacation when our truck kept cutting off. The Service Department diagnosed our problem quickly, serviced our vehicle within an hour or less & put us safely back on the road. This was a BLESSING as we were 7 hours away from home!! Wendy, our Service Advisor, is phenomenal. She is warm, pleasant, knowledgeable, & professional. Thank you for ending our vacation on a good note.

The work was done in a timely manner, according to the amount of time specified initially. However, it was not completed in the sense that a stripe was to be put on the repaired door and back passenger side of vehicle. I understand that a kit was ordered and I will be informed when it comes in so the remaining stripe will either be painted on, or taped on--if it cannot be be painted on. It has been one week and I have not heard anything from the repair shop. It is also up in the air as to how long they will have the vehicle for this minor completion. When and if that is done, it will be a job well done. In addition, there are two nicks on each side of the downward door separators (between the front and back doors) on both sides. They were not there when the vehicle was taken in. A little bit of black touch up paint would take care of that. A better evaluation can be done when these two items are taken care of. A better rating can be given also.

I went with one star, only because I could not review Lumberton Chevy any lower. I took my truck to the dealership on September 6, 2021. I called on September 8, 2021 to check in because I used the drop off service. The service department told me that Wednesday that a technician was looking at my truck. On Friday I call back to ask about the findings by the technician. The service department tells me that they were short staff and had not had a chance to look at my truck. (Not what I was told that Wednesday.) So I wait until the following week and call that Tuesday, same message. I call back that Thursday same message. On Monday September 20, 2021 nearly two after dropping it off I call and they tell me that they were short staff. I decided that at that point I needed to get it and take it somewhere else. The service department tells me that I needed to be there before 5:30 to pick it up because the gate would be locked. After rushing to Lumberton Chevy to avoid my truck being locked in the gate that night, I find my truck in the side parking lot in the exact spot I dropped it off. With all that said this is not a place I plan to do business again. Lack of communication, lies and generic responses equals less than ONE star.

My sales person Joey was great. He was patient and treated me with respect, he kept me informed on everything that was going on & he was very knowledgeable about the Buick I purchased. Hardly no wait time and excellent service. Joey is the sales guy you want. I am a happy customer.

This was my 3rd vehicle from Lumberton Chevrolet. We worked with Jeff on our last 2 purchases and will continue to work with him in the future! He asked what we wanted, we ran him to death to retrieve several different sets of keys, while entertaining my very energetic little boys. There was no hassle. I have carshield and they approved a repair for an alternator.. overcharged me on labor but agreed on what carshield had setup and had a remaining bill of 600.00.. I contacted carshield and they told me that a two hour job turned into 5 hours and they decided they would get paid twice.. guessing about or a little over 500.00 from the contract company and 600.00 from me.. I will not be going business with these this chevy company any more as long as they are over charging customers for would be simple repairs.. Not at all pleased with how I was done.. but carshield paid them in very timely fashion if thats the take away..

I wasnt too happy with my experience at Lumberton Chevrolet..... I paid close to $400 to get my car put on the computer and had my thermostat fixed in a 2016 Chevy....... By the way it was a 17,000 vehicle just paid it off there was no issues with it before and there was nothing showing that there was anything wrong with my fluids..... The day I drove at home I was smelling something burning thought it was some type of fluid change that they maybe had leaked something on my motor..... It is warranty work I do agree with the people there but they did do something that caused my antifreeze to leak.... Dont know if it was an accident or if it was done on purpose for us to have to come back and get more work done but I do know that there was nothing wrong with my antifreeze before they changed the thermostat.....

Fast service, got me in as soon as I walked in to check in. The customer service was efficient & friendly. The prices were reasonable; I even got a slight discount. The waiting area was perfectly situated for social distancing. The let me know anything they found wrong; which was due to a plug in my tire they refused to rotate that side & not put that tire on the front. Lumberton Chevrolet is a rip off. The service advisor Wendy is a liar. She tired to sale me a battery for $369. Prior to talking to her i had already went on Lumberton Chevrolets website and the battery for my vehicle was for sale for $160. Whenever i questioned the price gouging...all of a sudden she couldnt answer the question. I took my vehicle to Baker Chevrolet and they sold me the battery my vehicle called for for $149 plus tax. DONT TRUST THE BEAT UP CHIHUAHUA LOOKING SERVICE ADVISOR WENDY! Makes you wonder whats her cut for marking up the price for the dealership. Scam Scam Scam!

So if I could give this a zero star I would. I have gone through all of the channels of purchasing a used car from this dealer. Even have a signed purchase agreement from the manager! Went and got all of my insurance set up and paid for. Then I get an email stating they sold the vehicle to another buyer. How is that possible when I have a signed purchase agreement? I call and call and they don’t even bother to try and jump on this and sort it out. I get the run around about someone being in a meeting. From the very beginning I’ve been dealing with someone who doesn’t seem to know what I needed and communication was lacking. I’m still waiting to hear back and see how we are going to address this.

I bought a Traverse with malfunctioning windows. I have taken 2 days off to take it to the dealership for apparently nothing. I thought the first time it was gone over and parts ordered and thought I was to be there at 9 am yesterday to install parts. At 10 30 I was told things got backed up and no time to check it. Check It?? No part to be installed. I really need it fixed !!!!
