I’ve been using Peterson Toyota for the last 7 yrs. Their very detailed and on schedule. They’re not like many other shops I’ve been to in the past where they’re trying to charge you for every little thing During a service visit. I’ve bought six vehicles from them also and Mr. Shawn Pevie and Matt Davis are the ones that I’ve worked with. And their absolutely the Best I’ve ever did business with.

The lady who checked me in was very pleasant and nice. I have had problems in the past with a vehicle that was covered in black dots on a red 4 Runner. The service department is okay for the simple service but problems are never solved for me. They don’t present a detailed vehicle even though it is new. You will get a vehicle spotted with water drops.

A message light on dashboard kept flashing. They only took about 15/20 minutes to run a diagnostic, and fix the problem. Thank you for your prompt attention! Joel Witham

Be careful here with your vehicle, the MECHANICS are not trained and do not know anything about mechanics I lost $ 4958.56 and the work they did did not work and to pick up my vehicle I had to pay pure scam but inexperience is where businesses are used as this they fired a worker for this incident but that does not justify my expense they brought a lawsuit for damages and prejudice
