It was ok my appt. was at 10:30 it was after 12 when I left that been said I understand it is a busy place and the atmosphere there is very nice. They make you feel at home.

You must check your car or truck after they are serviced. They didnt top off any of my fluids and scratches are on my truck that wasnt there. Im very disappointed.

My experience buying my car was great, but the service I experienced after I made a referral was horrible. When you buy a car they tell you youll get a referral fee. I referred a friend of mine and was there when she purchased her vehicle. The salesman said hed make sure I received that fee and I also talked to Tony who finalizes the sale and he said he would get it taken care of. Ive talked Tony, the lady who handles the referrals, and a manager and because the salesman didnt put it in the contract theres nothing they can do. Its not fair to your customers when you make a promise for an incentive and you cant fulfil that promise because of it not being mentioned within a contract. I love my nissan and the service I receive when I get my vehicle serviced, but Ill never refer anyone else to nissan again.
Got both of my vehicles serviced here. My Ford Explorer and my Acura TLX. Both of my vehicles were taken care of and done in a timely fashion. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone and plan on continuing my service here.
