Went in to buy concrete steps with hand rails both would have cost $1000.00 I asked the short sales guy if they can deliver he said yes but couldnt set them by my door it would be dropped of a few feet from my door, no if ands about it. Their 600 lbs each and Im 62. Thanks for the no help Southerlands got my business.

This is by far my favorite store for my building supplies. I have 4 homes in vidor area and they make it easy to get what I need when I need it. I compare prices and OCBM is always the best price.prices

There is always a line to check out. Never enough cashiers, and no one to help. I would have to be very desperate to shop there again. I refuse to shop at OCBM in Lumberton.

This place is amazing. The staff is so kind. I had driven for hours looking for propane items to heat my house during this entergy outage and the gentleman helped me put together what I needed.

Purchased a corded Skill saw Sunday May 4th 2020.I took saw to work and gave to employees to use.They had trouble with the saw.I took had the same trouble.The saw had a bad vibration in itIt would not cut straight.It was becoming dangerous.I stopped them and went to another store and bought another.I could not go back to the store I purchased as I was out of town.When I went back to original store of purchased to re return i was denied.???I was told to contact Skill to get an adjustment.I was very upset.But I did contact skill.This store will not ever get my business again.You must have a new store manager.Robert Weatherton

The girl at the front desk was the rudest person I have ever seen. They need to do something about her attitude. The guys in the back loading items were the greatest.

Was getting dropped off at the door. Instantly got screamed at not to park in the fire lane(well I was not parking in the Firelane we were straight up in the driveway, no way were we planning to be parking there LOL) walked inside sourpuss faces and rude workers dont go there.

Loading area trashy & dirtyLoading employee to busy looking at his phone, barely acknowledged me. Had to get out of my truck and move a board that was laying across the driveway...Ladies inside were very nice and helpful.

We drive the extra mile while remodeling and seem to always find what we need.

Charged Lumber on credit card, drive around back to pick up, they said its not in stock, go back in store for credit. Get home, look at CC account and it was charged. Three days later and credit still not on acct.???? Why are charges immediate, but credits take 3+ days, when both purchase and credit were made within 10 minutes of each other.

Had everything I needed, one stop shopping.

Delivered 2700$ of wrong material, got stuck in the ditch, dropped the (wrong)pine flooring, charged 150$ restock fee, had attitude about unloading the wrong flooring. Employees were out of their way rude.
