I usually do all my own service work but when I started having electrical issues with my truck it was to much to diagnose with my little code reader. Matt and Carl in the service department were knowledgeable, honest, and fixed my truck fast. Even called when they had found more issues than I had brought the truck in for to make sure I wanted to spend the money for these fixes. I highly recommend for quality service

Yesterday we bought a car from Mike, at Hinton Chevrolet. The place is 30 miles out of our way, but my sister had a good experience here so she said “Go to Hinton!” as soon as I mentioned that we needed a new car. The whole experience was wonderful. The first car we were shown was exactly what we needed and about $10,000 less than I feared we would have to spend. Years ago I bought only Saturns because of the low pressure selling tactics. This place is just like that. We are delighted.

This ended up being the best car buying experience we’ve ever had.We drove up here from Snoqualmie due to them having the specific truck I was looking for, at a good price. Having gone through experiences in the past where the prices stated online included a bunch of offers that couldn’t be combined, I called ahead and talked with the owner, Steve, to validate the price was legit. From the get-go, I appreciated Steve’s no B.S. style.The dealership itself is small, with not too many vehicles, the the nostalgia of the actual building was great and something that’s hard to find anywhere else. Steve ended up being just as amazing and transparent in person as he was on the phone, and personally handled the entire transaction. There was no “going back and talking to the sales desk if you commit at this price”, no “closer”, and literally just none of the normal B.S. you see in most dealerships. Steve was great with our kids, equally respectful to my wife and I, and just a genuinely good person.A truck is a truck (or car is a car) no matter where you get it from. What sets Hintons apart is that you get amazing and honest service, at a price that’s comparable or better than anywhere else. My bf bought a 2017 Chevy Colorado (custom odered). It arrived right after Christmas 2016. Steve did all the paper work to insure everything was all set up for us. Hes good at his job, patient, and answered all the girfriends questions about the vehicle. 5 stars just for that! ;) Personally, I wouldnt want to pay quite as much as the bf did but I do love the pickup. I might have to splurge on a leveling kit tho and it didnt come with the top racks like we had hoped but other than that I think he got most everything we wanted. Oh yeah, and Steve took the time to sit with gf and show her how to use all the new features in the pickup. Cool dude to work with. Thanks!

Hintons is in every since of the word, a hometown dealership. Their service department has bailed my out more than once when my van went down. Helping to get back on the road and onto my day. I think their service rates are fair. When its time for a new vehicle, they will be my first stop.

They do not check their work, it took me three tries to get my truck fixed right, and it seemed like they broke as much as they fixed. Very small shop with a small town so what attitude.
