Great experience with Emmett from wiser Motors sales. Was looking for another vehicle, found 2015 Kia Soul Plus onWiser car lot. I couldnt travel 250 miles so Emmett brought the car to me in Allentown Georgia. There was no pressure to buy if I didnt like the car he said he would drive it back home but I feel Emmett was selling me a good car at a reasonable price. So far I am happy with sunshine, thats what I call her because shes yellow. I will keep in touch and comment again in a couple of months. He confirmed it with me i also asked him the condition of it both mechanical and body and received a much thorough answer and decide to make the trip, on arrival I looked all round and all I noticed was very clean inventory with ultra low miles, I was blown away. From there i noticed that I will buy something from here. Dan greeted me and told me if I will have any questions to simply ask him,he was extremely busy assisting other customers (literally a line of people for test drives and to ask him questions) I waited and he apologized that I had to wait very polite and kind of him.The car I called about was in much better shape than even what he told me so that was great, we decided to go forward with the purchase easy fast and quick deal great no haggle price so that even better. My partner and I bought a 2000 Subaru Outback from here in April. We bought it under the impression that headgaskets had been recently replaced(dealer stated 100 miles before we bought it.) Unfortunately, ever since buying the car it has been plagued by major issues and is the most unreliable car we have ever owned. This car has left us stranded on the side of the road 4 times while owning it. All of these issues culminated last week when the car was totaled after the headgaskets failed and the engine needed to be replaced, 6 months after buying it. One of our mechanics actually gave us an itemized list of issues with the car that totaled over 8000$- much more than we bought it for. If we could go back in time and not buy this car, we would.

The salesperson, Dan, went out of his way to be helpful and make our experience positive. We found him to be trustworthy and there was nothing sneaky or hidden. The car is in great shape and we paid a fair price for it.

Id recommend wisers automotive. Dan was receptive to getting the vehicle I was interested in, into a mechanic I trusted. Worked within my budget with no pressure. As a single mom much less a female I appreciated not being pressured, and that he understood my need to have it looked over not by their mechanic but one of my choosing. Friendly service. No pressure atmosphere. I ended up buying the vehicle I was interested in.

Lies, lies, lies, lies, lies, YEEEAAAH! Or how ever the song goes. Never been off road, no maintenance need, no damage. Vehicle had seen some off road trails, fenders were reattached improperly, oil and coolant across the entire undercarriage. When I asked about having a Prepurchase inspection, Prepurchase inspection is ok, but... I mean you just did what they are going to do... Uh, no. Mechanics do more then check fluids and looks at gaskets. They put vehicles on lifts to check wheel bearings, test brake fluid for water content. If you really do have other interested parties, I hope they didnt go home with it. Mechanics special is how the listing should have read.

I drove about 6 hours to get a 4Runner with a very rare manual option. It started good until my bank gave me trouble. They were very patient and even said they would hold for a couple weeks while I figured it out. Very honest and kept to their word when I put a deposit to hold it. In the end I got exceptional service and a great car. If anyone were looking for a nice 4x4. I would recommend them regardless of distance. Lots of great looking 4x4s on their lot!

I bought a 2001 Honda Accord from Wiser Motors and I could not be happier with the car for such a good deal. When searching for a car, the advertisement for the Honda was honest as the vehicle was in great condition with only 50k on it which put me at ease while other listings can stretch the truth. Wiser Motors had exactly what I was looking for. As for the the salesmanship, Dan did an excellent job with accommodating us in the purchase. The only difficult was driving out there to get my plates a month later. Otherwise, it was a pleasure doing business with Wiser Motors.

I live in graham and these guys are about 3 hours away from me, 6 hours total drive. So when I called I made it very clear on the phone that I was only coming to buy the car and not waste time. The salesman assured me the car had nothing wrong with it, we discussed a price and I started driving there. About an hour into the drive he calls me and says “someone is coming to look at it in an hour so if you can make it before him you can have it”. I then had to convince him to hold it for me as I was already driving but he was reluctant and didn’t want to until I told him to talk to his manager. When I get there, the windshield is cracked, the rear two tires have tread splitting at the walls. I had already heavily invested in this sale with my time so I purchased the car. In the coming days of ownership I noticed some options had been removed from the car. A week later, I took it to my mechanic and yup, the cruise control module was removed, and the side panels were replaced. Do not do business with these guys. You’ll save a few hundred bucks initially but will have to pay up later anyways.

We bought a 99 Lexus, about a month ago. We were treated wonderfully, and we found out that we have a mutual friend, so was neat. Dan, was wonderful to work with doing test drives, and letting us take the car, to Les Schwab in Lynden, to have the breaks checked. They put in a new battery, before we picked up the car, we drove it 860 miles, to take it to my mother in law, in California. Well be back again when it comes time to pick a car, out for our daughter.

My salesperson was Tim, though everyone in the office was great! They answer their phone number after hours and text you all the information you need. We bought a wonderful Gen3 2000 Toyota 4Runner! We bought it sight-unseen, being AZ residents and had it shipped to us.Tim closed the deal in 20 minutes on the phone, offering me a good price on a 1-owner low-mileage CA titled vehicle. He texted me copy of the PO, title and photos of matching VIN # in 2 places, etc. I needed to feel safe in wiring money. I then did a WA State license check and found their auto-reseller business license to be in good order with the state. They sent title and paperwork 2-day FedEx. I went to the AZ MVD and it turned out, I was missing a final title reassignment. It was difficult due to a CA title to CA business to WA business to AZ resident! With a few simple texts, they sent me the reassignment form AZ MVD asked for, again by 2-day FedEx. They charged a minimal doc fee considering.Tim also suggest a shipping broker that got me connected to a carrier in 2 days, at a price hundreds less than the uShip quote. We received the 4Runner one week after purchase and titled it the next day!Ive read some negative reviews here and I cannot believe them; maybe posted by local competitors. You know how many dealers shine up the tires and then claim good tread? Sometimes they fail to mention how old they are when selling an old car. We got a wonderful surprise with this one. The dealer only mentioned Michelin tires and yes, they were shined up in the pictures. A day after we got the truck, I climbed under the front tire to check the date codes, which translated to May 2018. So, as a bonus we received our 4Runner with $1000 worth of brand new Michelins on board. You can trust these guys, buy sight-unseen and get what you pay for! Thank you Tim and the Wiser Motors team!

RUN AWAY!!!!!!!! Don’t buy from this place. I buight a truck with Tim online through the phone. He told me that the truck was on his lot for 60 days. It was there for over a year when I got the truck it’s was not like the pictures cam with dents damaged spider webs all over the place.Please do not buy from this place.I had to pay $881 and back plates owed on this truck.

I saw a Craigslist ad for my dream Subaru from Wiser Motors and decided to go and take a look. The car was exactly what the ad had described. I talked with a young man named Dan and he was helpful, friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. New to car buying I tried to negotiate pricing as I had a trade-in. Although they were firm in their pricing I found that I got an awesome car for a good price. He even threw in a Subaru roof box for free!They dont do in-house financing but I bank at BECU and found it was super simple to do financing that way.Thanks Dan! I love my car!
