Overall it is a nice store with majority of the parts and tools available. There are few things to keep in mind while shopping there. There is no returns on tool after they are purchased even if you didn’t use them. Also, some parts come with core deposit, in which case you have to return the replaced part in order to get your deposit back. They want the old part in the same box In which you received/brought the new part or you won’t get the deposit. I found this rule to be stupid and really a tool to rip of customers. I lost my core deposit.

Great customer service !!! Helped me choose and replace my key fob battery. A big deal for me since I had no idea how to do it. It was a $5 sale but I was still treated like a VIP with a large order.They have definitely gained a customer in me and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Very gracious service with a smile and helpful attitude.
