C&B has no problems taking your order, but they send un-vetted third party delivery people to your home.Heres our 5-piece sectional in the wet street, upholstered side down in the rain for 15 minutes.Of course its soaked, broken, and dirty.Additionally they damaged a custom wood blind, and 2 weeks later.....NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.One broken promise promise after another and no follow through
I bought what came up to a $5000 sectional including tax and delivery after a lifetime of buying cheap ValueCity Furniture. My purchase price included a 5 year warranty strongly pushed by the saleswoman and, I must say, gladly bough by yours truly as I wanted to protect my investment. $5000, to me is a lot of money. I am married. I weigh 165lbs. My SO is sub 130. I mention this because even if we were double the weight that we are, we would not be far above the national average, therefore not unreasonably outside of the weight range that the customers buying furniture would be. Furthermore we work most of the day. We hardly even spend an hour a day using this sectional. We have a movie room elsewhere in the house that we use most often. This sectional is now almost a year old. Even with these things in mind, it is now worn beyond belief. The foam has simply receded into nothing. When you sit, you just hit wood on the one side. The fabric has just come undone at the seam. Thats not a tear in the picture. Even more incredibly though, Crate and Barrel considers this normal wear. It is not covered by their warranty.I realize this is probably an unnecessarily long review. If you are still with me, please, for the love of god, dont spend your money with them. Not only will you be swindled, but laughed at. The hardest part when buying furniture is finding something that works for your space. Their furniture looks great, no doubt, but its absolute garbage.

I was there last Saturday evening before closing and the helpful gentleman Barry, went above and beyond normal customer service to help us out on a registry purchase. He helped us navigate in-store purchase, online, gift wrapping, and curbside pickup. I cant recommend enough his professional courtesy and staying a bit after hours to help us out. We even bought a knife on sale too. All sales staff were kind and polite. Thank you for making our purchase so effortless. Looking forward to going back and shopping. Stopped here after the holidays for an exchange. The store was very busy but luckily India was kind enough to help with anything and everything we needed. Her personality made my day!We ended up buying a few items from the Tour stemware collection amongst multiple other things and are very happy with our purchase.Thank you India!

I AM absolutely Impressed an in love with this store. My sister made me come to look at Furniture for her. And I ended up purchasing a bed Room set .The staff is very friendly and helpful . The delivery service was awesome. I had a bit of a problem with Two of my items, Which was taken care of immediately. I would say my only reason for not giving 5 stars . Would be the follow up phone calls. That I was told I would get and the extra help on reordering merchandise. With that being said I will still be making more purchases in the future. FYI Furniture came within a week or two after purchasing i got lucky.
Went there for bridal shower gifts . Got what we needed and get back out . Then lady who helped us was fantastic and we got what we come for .
The store was very cleaned the employees were very nice and helpful and they have the best items for birthday, mothers day, any day they will have that something special for everyone, and yes everyone was wearing a mask.
We were looking for a nice, high quality sectional for our new house. We settled on $4500 piece from Crate and Barre because it looked nice and it had a 5 year warranty. After 8 months, the foam has completely lost its shape. When you sit in it now, you just hit the frame. It must be said that it is remarkably low quality. But thats not even the best best part. The warranty is not so much a warranty as much as it is a sales scam. Turns out the warranty only covers things like if somehow it broke it half or somesuch nonsense. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.Update. Previously rated 1 star. They finally cane around. They offered me an option to exchange or return.
I went for a few kitchen utensils and got lost in the vast array of beautiful and unique kitchen items. Didnt even go upstairs, as Im sure Id come home with three filled shopping bags instead of just one!

The staff was so friendly, happy, and attentive. This was my first experience at a Crate and Barrel. I will definitely be back. The products were appealing, but I was blown away by the staff. Unlike anywhere else Ive been. This store is definitely a place you want to visit!
Nicely fashioned store but didnt find anything I liked this past year.
My mom and I stopped in this afternoon to browse for my bridal registry. An associate by the name of Harry and a woman in bath whose name we did not get were very helpful and kind. I wound up finding something small, even though I hadnt planned to make any purchases today. After proceeding to the check out, my total came to $7.01. I presented the cashier with $7 stating that I did not have any (coin) change. My mom did not either. After the cashier knew this, she just kept repeating, Its $7.01 and then she said something to the effect of I can wait. Wait for me to mine some copper, cut it, stamp it, and polish it into a penny? Instead of saying, Dont worry, well find one around here. or Its not a big deal.I was so disgusted that I left the item with her and walked out. Forever. Sad that over such a trivial amount, Crate and Barrel lost not only todays sale, but my wedding registry and any other future purchases. That employee needs to be re-trained on what customer service is because she is obviously clueless.

I ordered my couches online which were somewhat similar to what I saw at this location. The sales associate in the furniture department was extremely helpful. Ultimately, I ended up having to place a special order due to the color I wanted which resulted in a delayed delivery. The wait was worth it! From the ease of the ordering process, interactions with customer service and the smooth delivery process my experience was exceptional. Ordering furniture online can be risky, but the furniture was nicer than it appeared online. Keep up the great work!!
Whats not to love?! Their customer service was great! They held all of our purchases until we were were leaving Pinecrest...We picked it all up hours later at the delivery door... It was so convenient!
Always an experience. Everything is beautiful. Very attractive and temptingly displayed. It happen to coincide with the village art festival and a sunny day to boot we just walked in. Very quality items hence very expensive too. Staff are so friendly and professional. Lady took her time to look up information which we were merely just passing by. But never pushy. I always go back there.

I had a great experience throughout the store. Everyone was so helpful and kind. I only went in to get some ideas and left with a new kitchen aid mixer and placed a rug for my bedroom. The second floor staff in the furniture area were so knowledgeable and sweet. I would recommend this place to all of my friends who want great products and friendly customer service.
Crate and Barrel at Legacy Village is a kitchen lovers dream store! Everything from gorgeous dishes and glassware to Kitchenaid mixers and quiche pans; its definitely the place to indulge your cooking and entertaining fantasies. The second floor is no less fabulous with classic and modern furniture for the bedroom, dining room, and living room. The best part of a store this glamorous is that the staff is friendly and helpful.
As a former East Side resident, I have been a frequent shopper at the Legacy Village store for gifts throughout the years; however, a recent visit to pick up a wedding registry gift reminded me of an unpleasant shopping experience there several months ago. First floor staff was helpful and courteous; however, sales clerks on the second floor stood behind a desk and did not acknowledge customers, though only two shoppers were on the floor at that time. One clerk in particular behaved as if she was put off by my request for assistance with an area rug purchase, making me feel as if I did not meet her standards to shop there. Being in the customer service business myself, I was extremely disappointed. I do not intend to shop at this store or recommend it to my friends in the future.
We felt rushed and like we couldnt browse. The customer service rep kept following us around. She kept directing us to the clearance section. Making it feel like she thought we couldnt afford anything.

My husband and I have had previous experiences on the second floor (the furniture section) where no one would help us. On a whim we recently went back to the second floor and Allan, the sales representative, couldnt have been nicer! He spent over an hour with us explaining the different fabrics and couch styles. We ended up buying a sectional and chairs for our new house. This last time at Crate and Barrel couldnt have been better! We will be coming back for our dining room set.

Terrible customer service, sales clerks have terrible attitudes Dont order online for in store pickup it takes FOREVER in my case a half hour for them to bring out a incomplete order and another half hour of arguing for someone to make it right. One sales clerk there Corrine is the only reason I gave this review a three star she took the time to make my order right. The three other clerks I dealt with couldn’t be bothered.

Just wanted to thank Crate and Barrel for being dog friendly! I needed to exchange an item that came from an online wedding registry order and was traveling with my dog. The only thing we did was stand in line to make the exchange. I didnt have to wander the store to look for the item because an associate brought over a few for me to choose from and quickly made the exchange. Im not usually the person who wants to take their dog to a store but appreciated the accommodation. I did, however, speak with a customer waiting in line who was trying to get assistance and was sent from register to register just to be ignored by associates upstairs. Hopefully she got what she needed because the associate who helped me was very sweet!
I came in here one day and I was looking for pillows, I knew that stuff tended to be pricey, but I also expected quality from here. I walked in and I got the runaround from 3 different employees who, for some reason, either didnt know where pillows were or just didnt want to help some punk kid who didnt look like they belonged there. It was quite a frustration and I was about to walk out and never come back. Then one woman came to the rescue. She found exactly where the pillows were, brought them to me, and then rung me out. Thank goodness for her because I almost left and never came back. I made a return visit and the service was a lot better, and I did some of my Christmas shopping here.

All I can say about this place cuz you can get what you pay for its expensive but some other things are well worth the money and all of the items are expensive you just have to look the customer service was excellent we were helped by for a woman including Cathy Jackson a new employee Sakuntala and Michelle up in the bedding in the department everyone was so nice and friendly even though I was just window shopping I plan on returning the future once they have a sale

Poor customer service experience on the second floor. I have been at that location 7 times and will not return. Being raised in the Cleveland area when returning home I try and support the Cleveland retail market. Customer service has been awful my last 3 visits. On the 2nd floor most reps dont greet you and stand behind the counter and chat to each other. My last visit one rep had an attitude as, if she was disturded I had questions regarding a product. It was so bad during my last visit another customer noticed the cold treatment I received from the sales rep. Sadly, he had advised me he had the same experience. Moving forward I will shop online or in my out-of-state market. I did address my experience with a manager my last visit.
I ordered a coffee table and paid cash in store in early January. They have scheduled delivery 5 or 6 times if not more and everytime the delivery date comes up they call and reschedule. I am always told it never was shipped to begin with and they will call back to reschedule. When I ask for a refund I am told I would have to come in and then wait for a check from corporate because the store doesn’t have ANY cash. I was even given my change from a cash purchase on a gift card. These business practices are horrible and I am continually being given the run around for a very expensive table that was not even backordered.I would never recommend anyone to purchase from this location or this store again. We had planned to custom order other furniture with them but after our first order was treated this way I can not ever go back. If my table doesn’t come on the next delivery date I will have to resort to contacting corporate.
