I received two dozen red roses yesterday for our anniversary and they are absolutely glorious. I cannot express my disappointment with this place. I ordered flowers & Chocolate for my mom to be sent to her job. The flowers arrived but the chocolate didn’t. The flowers were not what was advertised & they looked like they were dying. I called to complain and asked for a refund. Chuck called my mom and asked for the flowers back; he said he would pick them up at my mom’s job! He was very rude to my mother. Why would he call my mom?! She was the recipient! So unprofessional. I called Chuck back and was given attitude! Like ok you forget my chocolate, the flowers suck, and I’m not allowed to be upset?I returned the flowers myself! Will never order from here again nor I recommend it. Take your money elsewhere!

I called in the late morning today for an arrangement to be delivered at Browns Funeral by 2pm. The flowers were stunning and beautifully arranged. Chuck was able to do them quickly and graciously over the phone. This is my 2nd time using them and I completely satisfied of the product and service. I highly recommend them.

Dont bother with this Bills florist in Lyndhurst. Ive placed many orders throughout the years with them and no problems. I showed up today displeased with what they had arranged, something I didnt ask for. They had no interest in fixing it. I of course paid and went on my way because I cant afford to run around finding another florist at this time. This was formerly known as Chucks florist.Extremely dissapointed and theyve now lost a long time customer.

This is the second time that our family has used the services of Chuck for funeral arrangements. Their website is the best, making it very easy to select the perfect arrangements. They are professional beyond words, making it worry and problem free. We have a special thanks, when the funeral director needed additional flowers for the coffin, Chuck provided them at no charge. What other florist would have done that? They made a difficult time a little bit easier. We highly recommend Chuck for all your flower needs.

Great service! Would absolutely go back.My boyfriend and I sent a plant to our friend whose father passed. For some reason our CC didnt go through so the florist called us back but I didnt see my phone go off. When I called back they were already closed but they still delivered the plant for us. SO nice of them!!

There should be a 10* rating as that is the rating that should be given Flowers by Chuck for their customer service alone!! I called at 8:45 am, I was kindly greeted by Chuck:) He not only guided me through the process, he took the time, explaining the different arrangements and the ordering process and waited while I attempted to find my information, then change my order! All the while, a relaxed, genuine pleasantness in his voice. It was refreshing to be treated with such regard. His attitude made my morning!

For several years I ordered with Lyndhurst flowers for my grandmother that lived in Rutherford. Today I was greeted by an unpleasant lady on the phone that was not friendly so I decided to cancel my order and take my business to Chucks. Worst flower shop I ever went to--made 2 arrangements & one was worse than the other, flowers died within 2 days, both were skimpy & the leaves were not removed below the stems which caused the water to sour. I own a major flower distribution in NJ so I know the biz. I was charged for 2 custom vases & he gave me cheap flea market types. When I complained to the owner, he was very arrogant & told me to take my biz elsewhere. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIP OFF DIVE.
