What a great store for buying the perfect, personalized gifts! CJ and Tabitha were friendly, helpful, patient, and extremely professional. The gifts are personalized and so is the service. I enjoyed my shopping experience.

I went there shopping for an engravable picture frame for a baby shower & I was NOT impressed with their selection at all... was very disappointed.

Not a huge selection at this store. Slow on engraving. Staff seemed stressed. I would recommend going to a different location.

Deb from the Lyndhurst/Legacy Village store is the absolute worst employee! She is EXTREMELY rude, does not have an “inside voice” - truly felt like she was going to lunge at me just for asking to engrave a cross (same cross I have had engraved at this store 4 times). She yelled so everyone in the store could hear and said she would get fired and it goes against company policy to engrave outside the company. I told her I’ve gotten it engraved there MULTIPLE times and she said it’s been the policy for 5 years since she started then LIED and said 8 years. I pulled up the website and was told now that it’s outside wood. She claimed to talk to her manager and her manager is saying no to it. But when I called and spoke to someone else they told me it was no problem and I could absolutely get it engraved! That woman should NOT work in this store - great store ruined by an awful employee!!! Now I have to go to a store 45 minutes from my house instead of a simple 20 minute drive! I will never go back to legacy TR ever because of that one poor excuse of an employee!

This is the best place to find the perfect gift and have it personalised for any occasion. The service is always exceptional.

I went to this store yesterday (May 28, 2020) at 1:00 hoping to order a gift for Father’s Day. There was a note on the door stating the employee had temporarily stepped away to do a curbside delivery. I stood outside of the locked main door and waited for almost 30 minutes-clearly seeing 1 employee and 2 customers in the store. I knocked on the door several times and was ignored. I called the store 3 times and was promptly hung up on each time-never getting the opportunity to find out what was going on. Is this how you treat customers? I thought you’d be thrilled to receive business as so many stores have shuttered due to the pandemic. HORRIBLE customer service.

Although I can understand that it was the Christmas season so staff may have been overwhelmed, I felt as though they were a bit dejected. I spoke to a couple of them who were assisting me, which took a minute for anyone to offer assistance even though I was obviously seeking some, but they didnt even acknowledge that Id spoken. It was a disappointing experience to say the least

Bought a promise necklace for my gf from this store it was $100 supposed to be made of sterling silver she wore it for a while and it turned her neck green this place sells lies and markets them like they are freaking tiffany diamonds I will never buy anything from this brand again and I urge u all to do the same.
