Good ambiance. Generally good products and prices. Bakery is stellar.Milk goes bad 7 days before use by date and vegetables are not so good either.

Clean store and friendly staff. Well stocked. Gets busy at times and lines back up into aisles. They installed a scan-as-you-go option about a year ago which is amazing. Speeds up the process even more.

This is my favorite Giant Eagle in town. Always well organized and beautiful displays. They keep the stock levels high, and faced products. Favorite grocery store chain in Cleveland, and this is the cleanest one!

I love this Giant Eagle. It is always clean and the people are very helpful and friendly especially Rose and Karen in the bakery. I also enjoy talking to Brenda behind the service desk. There is one thing I would love to see fixed and that is the consistency of your Starbucks opening on time in the morning. This week alone it wasnt open early twice. It appears to be the norm. This needs to be corrected. Ive been a loyal customer for years and am sad to see this happening. Please correct this issue.

Ms. Sharon in Deli/catering made my shopping experience wonderful. The order was ready a few minutes earlier than expected. The chicken and salad ordered was excellent. Ms. Sharon was kind and a delightful as she assisted me. I recommended the store and Ms. Sharon to everyone who asked about the delicious chicken served.

This is one of the most clean and organized Giant Eagle Stores I have ever seen around! They definitely set their standards for excellence very high.

I love this Giant Eagle! In my opinion its the best one in town! Ive been to many Giant Eagles in my time and, this particular location is the best... Hands down! The staff for the most part... is always friendly and helpful. Not always going to get 100% satisfying experience with staff but, the food is fresh, a more variety of food and, just an overall better grocery store!

The store was adequately stocked. It is bright and airy. It has well placed signage. Everyone was wearing masks. My two complaints are 1. Inadequate lines. While my cashier was friendly, there were many many people in line. This caused confusion as to whether the line went straight back or curved around. Then there was an argument and clear line cutting. In this day and age where kindness should be a priority and count for something, this didnt happen. And all of this could have been avoided with more cashiers. 2. My second complaint is I feel being a flagship store, it would be very nice if the store were a bit more like the Market District store in Solon. They clearly have many more shopping offerings. Thousand of different, unusual products, many more made locally. Sometimes you just want something different.

The bakery team member Katrina was very nice assisting me while I looked for a cake for my daughter. She took her time with me and was never rude. Also, the only team member in the store that asked me when I came in did I need any help with anything.

I love this location. So clean, staff are helpful as well as polite. The lines move quickly!

Mostly the pharmacy drive thru, I give them 5 stars. The Getgo is slow. Stopped grocery shopping - economy made me go elsewhere.

Seems like they never have alot of products we need. And it was 5pm on Sunday and the deli was closed. Thats ridiculous! The store used to be much better

This is my go-to Giant Eagle.** They have the scan-and-go option, which is fantastic. Usually have paper bags along with the plastic ones for scan and go, definitely a plus in my book.Always clean, organized, well-stocked, and easy to navigate.The folks in the liquor store have been great to talk with every time Ive stopped in.

I enjoy shopping in the store. Although my curbside experience was horrible last new years eve. The kids who work curbside were anxious to get off and gave me someone elses order and when i went back to tell them they went to pick order quickly because they were leaving. They got order wrong again and gave me stuff I didnt ask order. So I no longer use their curbside.

Waited 10 minutes to get to a cashier. Only 3 of 13 lanes open. I dont like weighing produce at self checkout and I dont like contributing to union jobs reduction so corporate can boost profits.

Love this giant eagle!! SO much nicer than the one on Mayfield Rd. The layout makes sense and they always have what I need. And a small thing that makes such a difference: the checkout lanes have enough room to step around your cart!! I hate how most grocery stores around here feel claustrophobic in the checkout lane. Workers are nice!

I stopped here on the way to a Christmas party out here and had no idea where anything was. It’s totally different than the one close to me. A employee was very nice to me and helped me out. I greatly appreciated it and will be stopping back when I visit my friends up there a lot!

Did curbside pick up. Order was correct however it had not updated to items I placed 36 hours prior. Website would not accept my gift card. Waited 17 minutes at the store to verify it. No fault of this store problems with giant eagle website.

Best and cleanest giant eagle on the east. Great neighborhood, parking, great customer service. No matter how busy they are you get through thr line quick. Wherever i move to i always go back and do my grocery shopping once a week.

This delivery seemed to be missing some items and I didnt get a receipt for comparison. I texted the driver who directed my to the store. The person answering the phones said they were closed, it was 8PM, and to call back in the morning. When I asked to speak to the manager they refused to transfer me. That person answering the phones 7/6/2021 at 8PM is why I gave one star and am switching to another store.

Ive been at this location many times before. It seems to be a clean store that is well-kept. If I have to give it a little bit of criticism I would say that there not properly judging the number of cashiers that need to be available or active at a certain time. It just seems like the lines are really long even though they have self checkouts. I understand that the pandemic may have something to do with this but in my mind thats all the more reason to have more cashiers available.

My first time at this place. I was happy I came to.

This store was only great when it first opened over 17 years ago. It may have a pharmacy, bank, Starbucks, laundry, lottery and state liquor store, but shelves are never stocked including produce, employees clutter aisles with large carts loaded with items to be stocked and forget them or empty carts that should be returned to stockroom. Items never fronted properly, especially in dairy cases, but most of the time, many holes on shelves with no items at all. In the deli section, customers are very often ignored while clerks turn backs on them and do other things. Cashiers spend more time talking to baggers and ignore customers. There are indeed exceptions to poor service. Every once in a while there is a stellar cashier, who most often does the majority of work while the others stand around and gossip. Very often, especially during peak hours, there are only three registers open with lines trailing down the aisles. While this store is less than a mile from my house, I’d rather get on the freeway and travel to a Heinens where I know I’ll get the best produce, meats, deli items, and service with a smile.

Nice clean grocery store.

This is an S tier Giant Eagle. Clean, organized and stocked with all the add-ons (pharmacy, state liquor store, etc.). Working self-checkouts, top-notch prepared food and it even has a little Starbucks inside that sometimes has somebody working in it. Dont be fooled by the small footprint (legacy village rent must be insane), they have everything youd expect and its in the standard store layout so its easy to find things. This is a go out of your way to shop at Giant Eagle.

I use to be able to get in and out of here in 30 minutes with 2 weeks worth of groceries.Since they remodeled and removed most of the self checkouts, it takes about that long to just grab an item from the doorway and getting in a massive line. Its just not worth it.

The employees I came across & spoke to tonight seemed nice & willing to help. There are more options to choose from in comparison to the South Euclid & even the Lyndhurst locations when it comes to variety. I dont know if its due to community clientele & what the daily sales show, the actual building just being a bigger location or all of the above, but Ill return. Also, the Amazon pick-up Blizzard boxes are a real convenience as well!

I love this Giant Eagle because they have the scan as you go option. That lets you scan your groceries and bag them before checking out with just a quick scan and swipe.

This Giant Eagle is poorly managed. Inadequate check out line open, those that are open have no bagging help. 1 young man is mopping the same spot on the floor over and over for more than 15 mins. Another stands around idle in between customers instead of moving to the aide of the checkout next door. Shelves are poorly stocked. They have great stuff one week and then never get that stuff again. When you ask cystomer service they say they ordered it but it never arrived but the Giant Eagle down the road has it. Why? The manager never seems to have an answer. I give up. I will never shop the Legacy. Village store again. They often have moldy produce, that was my last straw.

This location I actually was picking up an online order for a customer. Which I have to call for them to bring out to my vehicle employee was very polite and very helpful which they also did a great job bagging my customers items

No birthday cakes, normally they have them available, selection extremely limited.

When you through check out do yourself a favor and try to get in Leah’s line. I always see her there on days and she is exceptional. Friendly,quick and helpful. Which is important to me because by the time I get to check out I’m ready to Go haha

Staff is not helpful by any means and is beyond extremely rude. The shoppers are also rather Rude if you have any sense of human decency that is......its more an annoyance going there than anything.

Excellent shopping experience this Morning. My pre ordered food was ready and great as usual. Clean well stocked store. Excellent customer service even at 7am.

Im giving Giant Eagle for stars I was going to give it three but I dont like how you cant get good reception in Giant Eagle is always a problem. I try to look up recipes so I can get the proper ingredients and I can never get reception unless you walk all the way up to the front of the store with a shopping cart full of groceries which is not good

One star because people like Lona Cramer (poster her review below) believe obesity is a legitimate disability and like most gluttonous motorized cart jockeys, expects others to offer hand outs that promote gluttonous excuses!If it wasn’t for her distorted life outlook, I’d probably give another 2-3 stars easy!

Fast,courteous; kept you informed

My brother is disabled and needs to take one of the electric carts around to get his groceries. Numerous times the carts are not plugged in to charge overnight as he is an early day shopper. He has met several other disabled individuals complaining about the same problem. The managers of the store have been spoken to and nothing has changed. If I could give this store a zero, I would. The managers have said they have spoken to the individuals responsible for these carts but obviously the workers aren’t affected by the supposed discussion. If you are a regular shopper, maybe you can just look and see if the carts are plugged in for the next disabled individual. Giant Eagle management doesn’t care but maybe some regular shoppers can alleviate the problem. Thank you.

Ive never been impressed with the produce at any Giant Eagle location, but other than that, this location is really good. Good selection, helpful staff, and good quality in other departments like meat, deli & bakery.

Good selection however trying to check out was really slow.

As usual clean and well stocked. I went there for the picnic chicken as it is to hot to cook. Everyone friendly and smiling (not something you can say for all grocery stores).📢💕💕💕
